This house was perfect for our friends get away! We each had our own bedroom and bathroom, neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful with beautiful landscaping and flowers everywhere. Location was excellent - close to the ocean and walkable to Downtown. Loved it - would rent it again in a heartbeat!

Lovely home in paradise. Hosts incredibly accommodating and the home was immaculate, close walk to beach and for scenic walks in the neighborhood. Short drive to ocean ave dining and shopping. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Thank you!

Very friendly and prompt host a beautifully layed out home with ample outdoor seating and relaxation space. A lot of thoughtful touches makes this stay a must in Carmel by the sea or while visiting the Monterey Peninsula.

The house was very clean and had all the items you would need for a comfortable stay in the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, etc. So convenient to town and beaches and local hikes. The patio was nice to sit on for morning coffee or sunning in the afternoon. Manuel, the local person, was there to assist us with any of our requests in a timely and polite manner. We would def stay here again and would highly recommend.

We just returned from a weekend at this home with grandparents and two teens. The level in home with no stairs and 3 en suite bedrooms was perfect. Beautifully remodeled bathrooms, cozy cheerful kitchen, huge sitting room and nice patio with pretty flowers made our stay in cloudy and cold Carmel very comfortable. Don’t hesitate to book this home if you are looking for something close to the beach. The flat streets in this quaint and quiet fairytale house neighborhood made it easy to walk, including down to Mission Carmel. Very thoughtful touches throughout, fully stocked kitchen with elegant flatware and dishes, and comfortable beds made our stay very nice. Close enough to downtown Carmel too but not too close to the traffic and crowds there.

Perfect location for our annual trip. The house was well appointed, clean and a few steps from the beach and the quaint village of Carmel. Management was responsive and helpful when we needed assistance. Check in/out process couldn’t have been easier. We will definitely return.

This property was perfect for us. It's an easy walk to the Ocean Avenue beach and is in a quiet neighborhood. The house is very roomy and is well appointed. Beds were very comfortable. If the weather had been a bit warmer, we would have spent time in the beautifully landscaped, expansive back yard. This property would be great for 3 couples.

Great location! Less than 2 blocks to the beach! The home is beautiful, clean amazing yard for our dogs. The home is so lovely, plenty of room for a couple families. We look forward to coming back here again.

We had an outstanding vacation in Carmel at this lovely home. Everything was perfect! It was a great location, clean and beautifully appointed. We were very comfortable and all of our needs were met. We will definitely be back! Will also refer us property and this company to all of our friends!

Our stay at this rental in Carmel was very nice. Easy check in and check out. Also easy to get a hold of someone if any issues arise. The home was very clean and well stocked with everything. It had a beautiful landscaped backyard with privacy. Plenty of space for our family to spread out and enjoy. Also, so nice to be so close to the beach. We hope to visit again soon.

Very nice relaxing stay. Did note to your host upon initial inspection that there was a paint nick on the wood moulding in front of the kitchen sink. Otherwise it was a nice, pleasant relaxing stay.

This house had lots of space, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful backyard patio, and it was only two blocks from the beach. Another plus was parking. For those able to walk, it is within walking distance to downtown Carmel, but you need to pay attention to cars. It is centrally located so an easy drive to Monterey and close to a shopping center. Three bedrooms each with their own bath made this an exceptional option for us, and it would be ideal for larger families. Comfortable, clean, and a good location. Mornings started with a walk along the Scenic Drive and ocean views. Quiet neighborhood made for a restful and relaxing respite. Cannot think of a single negative about this rental. For those who enjoy birds, the hummingbirds were plentiful and frequent. Five stars because it exceeded our expectations.

This house was perfect for our 6 guests. The location cannot be beat. It was clean and comfortable. Our only suggestion is to put a shower head in the twin bedroom/bathroom. The other two bathrooms have a shower. Otherwise, it was FABULOUS!!

We were 2 blocks from the Carmel beach in an adorable neighborhood. The house is very luxurious with an interesting layout. Everyone had fun there though I would hesitate to rent it for our immediate (young kids) family alone. As a location for a small family reunion, however, it was very elegant and comfortable.

This is an expansive, lovely home that gave the four of us room for privacy but also places for joint activities. The gardens are beautiful, and I spent a great deal of time walking through them morning and evening. The home is in an upscale neighborhood filled with charming, quaint, beautifully maintained houses and gardens, just inviting a meandering walk down the streets then to the nearby shoreline. We hated to leave a bit of paradise and would certainly return in the future.

The location of the house is excellent! It is a few blocks from the beach and a reasonable walking distance to Ocean Beach Ave. The house is dated, but has most of the amenities you'd expect when renting in this neighborhood.

This lovely home is in a very quiet neighborhood and a short walk to both the Carmel shopping area and beaches. The house was clean, well supplied, and comfortable. The management company was extremely helpful and responded immediately to our questions. We loved our stay and hope to return soon!

Location, location, location!!!!! Couldn't have asked for a better place to spend with our kids and young grandkids (3&5). Walkable to both Carmel River Beach and Carmel Beach as well as to the gorgeous town of Carmel by the Sea. House is a bit dated, but the space and grounds make up for it for sure. Definitely recommend :).

This house is located two blocks from the ocean and a short stroll to downtown. The home and furnishings are older but the house is in pristine condition. The kitchen is well equipped with all your needs. Nice size lot with plenty of privacy. We can't wait to go back!
