We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment. It was everything we needed it to be for myself, my husband and my grandmother. It was clean and tidy, we were provided with all the information we needed over email and the views were spectacular. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much.

The location and views were amazing, but the condo itself was distgusting and infested with roaches. The fold out sofa mattress was disgusting and full of stains. Guaranteed this place has not been properly cleaned in years.
A good deep clean, exterminator, and a fresh coat of paint would do this place wonders.

Gorgeous views from both of the balconies. I think we had the best view in the entire building! The condo was clean. Dated but clean so I’d definitely sacrifice a new kitchen/bathroom/closets for those views. Beautiful hotel, restaurants and pools are lovely. Beach accesss right down the back walkway. Having a washer and dryer was nice. The bedroom doors are just accordions so you can’t fully shut or lock the door for full privacy. If anything pictures downgrade the unit/view, better then we anticipated!

Cons - The pullout mattress on the couch smelled like pee. The floor was extremely dirty and could have used a mopping. The toaster was broken. The lanai furniture was uncomfortable and the was no smaller table to place my food and drinks. There were roaches, not many but had to kill a handful during the 5-day stay.
The upside is the view from the lanai. We were able to enjoy the sunset and fireworks show from the lanai.
It’s definitely cheaper than most corner rooms; however, not worth the price.

This condo is in the best location with great views of the ocean, beach, and overlooks the lagoon! Many great restaurants are within easy walking distance! No car necessary unless you want to explore the rest of the island!

The condo was exactly as pictured. Plenty of space for the family. Basic amenities provided in bathrooms and kitchen. Beds were comfortable enough. The views were amazing! Loved the ease of booking, checking in and out (contactless with keypad entry). Management provided all the information needed for our stay. It shares the space with the Ilikai Hotel so do expect some congestion on elevators. Beautiful hotel grounds with direct access to the beach. Located in prime area with plenty of shops and restaurants (McDonald’s and ABC Store right across the street). Parked at Ilikai Marina across the street…cheaper rates and easy in/out self parking. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

The condo that I rented was definitely worth the money that I spent, I have been to Honolulu many times but definitely enjoy this condo with the family, it was wonderful thank you again!

Thank you for an incredible and memorable stay! The location was perfect--easy to get to Ala Moana, International Mktplace, the local night market and the lagoon and nearby beach. We especially loved seeing the fireworks from our balcony, and also from the beach next to the lagoon. Having a washer/dryer in the condo was especially helpful! Would definitely book this place again!

The building had great amenities & shops from the pools to Dave's Ice Cream shop, Hawaiian Aroma Caffe coffee shop, Cinnamon's restaurant & bar, gift shops, with great proximity to the Hilton lagoon & ocean beach.
The unit was clean & well appointed with everything we needed - just like the pics. The in-room laundry was a bonus, as well!

I loved staying here! The location was so pretty. The view from the balcony was amazing. Parking was the only hassle. Loved that the rooms were separated but the whole place felt very cozy and spacious.

Breathtaking views from our condo and so close to everything, shops, restaurants, church, mall and of course the beach! We had the most amazing family vacation and couldn’t have chosen a better condo. It was clean and with plenty of space for our family, the 2 bathrooms / bedrooms was definitely a plus! Loved it!

Ilikai 1028 was perfect for us. Clean, modern, had everything we needed, and was exactly as pictured and described for the view. For a first time visit to Hawaii this was a great central place to be. We used the Marina parking garage which is highly recommended so you do not have to search for parking everytime you go out.

We spent Thanksgiving at Ilikai and had a great time!! The views were breath taking and we enjoyed every sunrise and sunset. It was nice having two bathrooms and a washer/dryer. The staff couldn’t have been nicer, location was great and we would book here again!!

The property manager was great, checking in was a breeze, views were lovely and the hotel was wonderful. We truly enjoyed our mother daughter trip, and would stay in the hotel again for sure!
The room was just lack luster for the price.
The living room furniture was uncomfortable for evenings watching TV, the washing machine stunk of mildew from not being left open due to humidity, the master did not have any lights near the bed for reading or for my elderly mom to turn on in the middle of the night. We bought an extension cord to move the floor lamp closer, but it caused a tripping hazard on that side of the bed.
There was plaster missing in places on the walls that were covered in white duck tape versus being repaired.
The unit was clean, the kitchen had all the necessary things to cook and eat in, but there was nothing 'outstanding' about it sadly other than the fantastic views.
I would use this property management group again, just maybe a different room.

Old outdated furniture. The old ugly toilet seat in the master bedroom needs to go!! The AC broke down. Leak all over the floor. The kitchen needs more basic seasoning. Get rid of all old outdated dishes/ pot and pans. Need cleaning supplies and the vacuum is broken. Very disappointing!! Need to remold!!!

We will definitely keep this property in mind for the future. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was great, location to beach was short walk and short walk to restaurants. Over all the stay was great did not want to leave.

This condo was perfect! Perfect view and location. The beds were comfortable (pillows sucked). Check in was sooo easy, check out rules were easy, didn’t hear any other neighbors, and the place was clean enough )a deep cleaning couldn’t hurt. The condo was much bigger then you’d think just by looking at the pictures. There were minor things… elevators got crowded so you have to adjust your leaving times accordingly. Stove cooked unevenly, shower was a slow drain, the washing machine smelled like mildew due to having to leave the door closed all the time but your clothes didn’t smell after using it which was great! We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was clean, more spacious than I thought. The views were truly magnificent just like everyone has mentioned on here. We loved every min of our time not only in Hawaii but in our condo. The only complaint I have is that the pillows were really flat so I had to go and purchase my own pillows so I could sleep comfortably.

The view and location of this condo cannot be beat. If you rent a car, don't pay for valet parking - you can park curbside for free at the marina. The mattresses on all beds are amazingly comfortable. The condo does need a thorough cleaning. Our socks and bare feet were black within 5 minutes of arrival, so floors are swept but not mopped. Master bathtub looked so dingy that I hesitated to step in. Dust was on shelves in closets, so our clothes got dirty that were laid there. Sheets set on the bottom shelf of the coffee table were dirty as well from contact with dust. The area between fridge and counter was disgusting. Overall, this condo needs a hearty deep cleaning, and then it would get a 5 star review. The kitchen range could be replaced. The oven temp is off, and things took much longer to bake. The front left and right burners are inconsistent too. Food was routinely overcooked or else took a long time. Made for challenging meals since the burners cooked so unevenly and inconsistently. Despite these issues, we would stay here again and just mop/dust by ourselves! It was worth it. (to owner: I can send photos of cleanliness issues, if you desire.)

Unit 1843 was absolute perfection. It was exactly as described. The only thing is, we felt that the unit in person is actually more beautiful than it appears to be online! It is super bright and you can tell the person who owns this unit cares and has put love into it. There are 2 white chairs with round backs that are a bit worn, but that will happen with any furniture over time. There was plenty of cookware and dishes, the beds had good quality mattresses (they are firm but we like our mattresses that way) and the unit is located at the very end of the hallway which was a nice surprise, a little extra privacy there. All air conditioners were fully functional. Nothing bad to say at all. 100% would rent this unit again, no questions asked. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your breathtaking condo. It was our first family vacation with our moms! My mom has congestive heart failure and my mother in law is in her 3rd battle with a rare type of ovarian cancer. Hawaii has been on my mother in laws bucket list her whole life. When we first opened the door and she walked in and saw the views, she stepped onto the lanai facing the ocean and cried. Thank you again for letting us stay here and we hope to be back again!

We really enjoyed our time here! The proximity to the lagoon, beaches, and parking was excellent for a family. This place was bright, open, clean, and well furnished. A beautiful location for making life long memories. We cannot wait to come back!
