It's a beautiful hotel and couldn't be better located for a beach holiday. Great staff, great facilities with a very relaxing vibe and evening live entertainment. However, the cooking of meals was not up to the standard.

Despite having great healthy options on the menu we found meals arrived soaked in oil, dressings and salt (or MSG). Even after clear request not to use any salt (MSG) or to add any dressings or oils the dishes still arrived with unwanted stuff added. We sent back two meals which were not edible due to the amount of salt (MSG). Did I mention "MSG" - the staff claim that it is not used in the hotels kitchen but I highly doubt it, as we both had reactions.

We had an incredible stay at The Nai Harn! The resort is stunning with views of Rawai Beach, and it feels far away from the party areas near Patong Beach. The staff was so kind, friendly and thoughtful, and we were warmly welcomed after a long journey from Chicago. We had the pleasure of dining at each of their fabulous restaurants for dinner accompanied by equally amazing views, and their breakfast buffet at Cosmos was extensive and delicious. Our beautifully appointed suite had a stunning ocean view, and we were especially grateful to be accommodated with minimal steps after we informed the front desk that my husband recently had a procedure on his knee and that stairs would be difficult for him. A special thank you to Mark at the front desk for his gracious hospitality!

Wow, the hotel breakfast sounds amazing! I love it when hotels go above and beyond to provide a delicious spread. And with the added bonus of an extraordinary view, it's truly a breakfast experience like no other. Can't wait to visit and indulge in this delicious and picturesque start to my day.

Thank you for providing such a wonderful and welcoming stay at your high standard resort. I must say, my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. However, as a suggestion for the future, it would be greatly appreciated if there was a back up electricity generator to facilitate electricity for all areas of the hotel. This would ensure an uninterrupted and comfortable stay for guests. Nonetheless, the team at the hotel has gone above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and we truly appreciate their efforts in facilitating this pleasure. The Nai Harn ist einer der schönsten Resorts, die ich als Vielreisende (geschäftlich und privat) kenne. Die Unterkunft ist absolut outstanding und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Wer so wie ich lieber abseits vom Trubel weilt (davon aber jederzeit partizipieren kann), wird es lieben. Ich war 4 Nächte dort und bekam ein Upgrade mit Meerblick sowie eigenem Pool (ebenfalls mot Meerblick). Frühstück und Abendessen sind Too-Level - ebenso wie der Service von Dia, den beiden Kellnern abends und von allen ihren Kollegen. Hervorzuheben ist auch, dass ich als Alleinreisende IMMER einen tollen Platz im Restaurant bekommen habe (die gegenteilige Erfahrung mache ich sonst in ganz vielen Örtlichkeiten, da ich logischerweise alleine halt keine 3 Flaschen Wein trinke und 5 Gänge esse und damit offenbar für’s Business nicht attraktiv genug bin). Ich komme sehr gerne wieder. Love it! 🥰

The hotel is beautifully designed, and the view is amazing. The beds are some of the most comfortable I've slept in, and the rooms are beautiful. The service from staff is amazing and efficient. Overall its an incredible experience to stay here. There is also amazing music playing on the top floor, with genuinely good singers and instrumentalists. The beach butler that sets you up on the beach was also extremely nice. Again, the staff are incredible.

Small points, but ordering at the bar upstairs can take time. The area around the hotel is somewhat limited in things to do, and the restaurants in walking distance are not that great. The beach also can get quite busy, and has critters in the water that could put people off, like jellyfish. That are not dangerous but will give you an itch, but look a bit intense as they are quite large.

Hotelli on rauhallinen ja ihan paikallistien päässä, jonne on välillä todella vaikea saada taksia, jos haluaa esim syömään muualle. Jokin shuttle lähimpään kylään olisi hyvä. Uima-allas oli pieni ja matala.

- INCONCEPIBILE che una struttura che si dichiara di questo livello non abbia una Changing room che consenta agli ospiti di cambiarsi e fare una doccia dopo il check out. Abbiamo dovuto prenotare un’altra struttura vicino all’aeroporto per fare una doccia dopo il check out prima del nostro volo - personale disattento, non particolarmente simpatico e a tratti scortese, specie nel ristorante Rock Salt (dove il servizio è particolarmente lento). Eravamo in viaggio di nozze: a differenza delle altre strutture dove abbiamo alloggiato (dove ci hanno omaggiato di ogni), qui non abbiamo ricevuto neanche un “congrats”, malgrado li avessimo avvertiti: zero attenzioni - piscina piccola per le dimensioni del resort, impossibile trovare un lettino libero. Stessa situazione con le sdraio in spiaggia: praticamente non abbiamo MAI goduto né di spiaggia né di piscina durante il nostro soggiorno, costretti a preferire altre soluzioni - balcone sporco, pieno di escrementi di uccelli. Vero, non si possono controllare e non è colpa del resort; ma altrettanto vero che se lo stesso escremento resta incrostato per 4 giorni sulle sedute vuol dire che non è mai stato pulito dal personale - decisamente non vale la sua reputazione né le stelle che mostra. Pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Отель гораздо лучше, чем на фото. Прекрасное расположение-рядом чистый пляж, озеро,храм, рестораны. Персонал очень милый, всегда были готовы помочь. Очень удобно, что в номере есть и тапочки пляжные, и сумка, и коврик для йоги, не говоря о прочих стандартных вещах. По приезду в номере нас ждали фрукты, холодное игристое и макаруны - прекрасное начало отдыха:) завтраки потрясающие, отдельное спасибо за фруктовые соки

All amenities were excellent, great staff, excellent breakfast buffet.

Building needs to be updated, lots of moisture seeping into the room which created a musky odor.

The Ocean Suite view room is outstanding, the bathroom, bed and balcony is premium quality. The food is fantastic (huge array with no lapse on quality), for Thailand this hotel is expensive but you get the 5* luxury feel. The location is tucked away next to a great beach, depending on your plans whilst in Thailand, this is an excellent hotel to recharge and treat yourself to some luxury.

The views, nice lounge, and a lot of drinking water. They had a free parking place for the car. Nice beach and!!! DELICIOUS breakfast. Fo-Bo, fresh omelets etc.

Prices in the restaurant are extremely high. E.g. coconut costs 120 Bat, but near the beach, in 100 meters it costs 50.

Attention to detail is excellent. We stayed twice at the beginning and end of our trip and we got a welcome back room set up with an upgrade.

Literally on Nai Harn beach (fabulous sand). no need to bring towels, beach mats. staff set up umbrellas for you. Ok beach for snorkeling in morning too! Had half board option for breakfast and 3-course dinner. The restaurant served the best food I ate in Thailand. don’t get half board if you want to do the half day sunset yacht sailing program. Breakfast cold room served chef prepared items such as beetroot sea bass gravlax and smoked Wahoo mackerel! Greek yoghurt with local honey. Was upgraded to Grand Ocean Suite! Didn’t push the call for champagne button 😂. Had drinks at Reflections bar every evening. perfect view, sunset, 6-7pm half price drinks. Room well equipped. The tour desk arranged a half day Coral island swimming and snorkeling.

has many stairs and appears to have only one elevator. Not good for disabled or injured guests. Some guests said it was hard to call cabs using their apps.

The pool area is way to small for the hotel and since there isn’t much to do you’re in need of a nice pool area. This was a fail. There is only the hotel restaurants in the area and they charge quite well. Other options with good standard would be nice. Although we did enjoy our food. The hotel only have one elevator and there is 8 floors with probably over 130 rooms. so expect some waiting.

Excellent buffet breakfast. Very friendly staff. Fantastic oceanview suite with views of the beautiful bay and long sandy beach. Very comfy beds and pillows. Great day bed and sunbeds on our terrace. Which we used a lot. Everything we needed in our room including mosquito spray and a torch. Great coffee maker.

Too many steps. The hotel is built into the side of a hill. There is only one guest lift which doesn't go beyond floor 6 and only takes 4 people. We were on the 7th floor and there are 2 further levels above our room. There are no safety handrails on the majority of the staircases. The pool is quite small for the size of the hotel and there was a scarcity of sunbeds because of the 'towel on sunbed' problem. At least a third of the sunbeds had towels, but no people for long periods. We were expecting a relaxing quiet stay in this 5* hotel, but there were a lot of noisy young children and the hotel appears to have few facilities for them. Hence the swimming pool and dining room can become very noisy.

This was second time we stayed at The Nai Harn, everything was fantastic. Great location near the beach, great food and fantastic views. Hoping to come back again.

Motobike parking arrangement was not perfect, especially having to walk to the hotel from the parking during nighttime in the dark passing servicing facilities.
