Fantastic location. Well equipped and comfortable studio. Good communication from the owners throughout.

It was hard to reach the cord to alter the blinds.(I'm quite short.)

Central location. Clean room, comfortable bed, easy check in.

Location was absolutely perfect- in the heart of the city but so quiet it didn’t feel like it. Apartment was stunning, so clean and gorgeous- I’ve taken notes for my flat!! Could not fault anything :)

Think we may have been upgraded free of charge, enjoyed the more spacious studio. Excellent location and had all the facilities we needed, including complementary biscuits/tea/coffee

Room did smell a bit musty but quickly stopped noticing, very minor really - far more positives

Located about 12 mins from station in middle of old town. But secluded from Main Street. In a historic building sympathetically designed for apartments. Good size. Easy to find. Easy to access - owners send details to open door, which is very clear. We’ll appointed bathroom of a good size and nice big power shower. Room was made up during the day. Big bed. Good Wi-Fi. Kitchenette I didn’t use, but looked good. Overall very good.

Advertised with full functioning kitchen - could not locate it or even see one on the layout plan.

Location is superb, just in the city center, and the service has been always great.

This place was a stunner, everything was absolutely fantastic, comfortable, modern and beautiful inside with everything you need. There is a hob, a microwave, iron, fridge/freezer. Bed was comfortable. Located in a beautiful and quiet street with a cute little square and cafes. The building itself if a very well presented old house. View from the window is a great instragram photo. It is 5 minutes walk to the station, 2 minutes to the castle and right in the city centre with shops and restaurants. Tesco is 5 minutes walk. I definitely recommend and will be back. With my clients.

Maybe have a plug in the bathroom, there are plenty in the bedroom but I prefer to dry my hair in the bathroom. 😊

Great location, great facilities, super comfy and it was quiet too. There's no parking on site, but parking options are really close and the train station is very nearby too. All walkable.

The location was great - close to the city centre with easy access to nice bars and cafes. The rooms were great and modern, with comfortable beds.

The door and lock on Room 3 were old and needed upgrading.

Being centrally located You do get traffic noise from the A6.

Very good location. It's very good that there is always someone available (reachable by the phone number provided) in case there is a problem with checking in at any time of day or night.

Everything was fine. There was an error in the check in information but it was quickly resolved with the help of the administrator who is available at all hours.

I stayed in room 10, the facilities were fantastic, the living area was separate to the bedroom which I loved, felt like I was in a flat. Everything was outstanding from start to finish.
