Es ist eine 4 Schlafzimmer freistehende Villa mit eigenem Pool, in reifen terrassierten Gärten von etwa 1100sq. m und nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand, Geschäften, Restaurants und Bars in Santo Tomas. Santa Clara ist eine geräumige und gut gestaltete Villa mit allen wohlproportionierten Räumen, die 8 Leuten erlauben, einen entspannenden Urlaub zusammen zu genießen. Unfortunately when we arrived,the pool area and sun loungers were dirty.
The issue with the pool was quickly rectified after messaging the owner.

The house was very well located , close to the beach and the center of small city of Sant Tomas . We enjoyed the swimming pool as well. The owner was available and prompt to support us (from distance with his local technical team) when we had some technical minor issues .
I recommend this rental house.

Spent an enjoyable 12 night stay at Santa Clara. Great accommodation for 5 adults. The Villa smelt a bit musty when we first arrived but this soon resolved. Some problems early on with a broken kettle and pool pump but both sorted quickly by Martin. Also, had to chase maid service and pool cleaning/ grounds maintenance but again, sorted very quickly by Martin and the Management Office. The pool was perfect and well used by all of us. Really loved Sant Tomas- not too big a resort, good amenities and not covered in concrete. Enjoyed having the beach and a few local shops 5 mins away. Sadly the bakery has closed - probably better for our waistlines and buying bread daily for lunch from the mini-market was not a problem. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We used the BBQ most nights. We were bothered a lot by mosquitoes at the villa. We used plug-ins in all the bedrooms and bought a couple of citronella candles for outside. We really needed our tube of bite cream and it didn’t stop us sitting outside in the evenings on the veranda which was idyllic. We used our hired car to explore and really loved our time in Menorca.

Perfect villa for a quiet relaxing holiday which is just what we wished for. Great location away from the main road through Santa Tomas but only a few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and supermarket.

This is a wonderful villa and we genuinely enjoyed our stay. We'd opted for a 'do nothing' holiday this year, just days by the pool&beach, and evenings of good food and scenery. This villa was everything we'd needed, in a quiet location - even the teenagers were content. For those looking to relax - this is the villa for you

Very enjoyable stay in a very convenient location for a nice beach. Easy to drive to other beaches if you have a hire car. Helpful information provided in the villa. Aircon good for sleeping in summer heat.

We loved this villa and area. We felt secluded yet had shops and the perfect beach 5 minutes away.
The villa was roomy, we all had en-suites and air conditioning. The balcony was always shady and we relaxed and ate there. The pool was dreamy, hours of fun…sunny all day and shady from tea time.
We explored the island and went on a boat trip. A truly wonderful holiday. Martin (the owner) answered questions via email immediately and was very helpful.
A points to note - we got bitten at night so take insect repellant!

All in all Martin ́s house is a very nice spot to stay with incredible beaches and hiking paths directly
on your doorstep. We loved every minute of our stay.
We loved the spacious house and the marvellous setting oft he garden with lots of shady spots to
hide from the heat at noon, the terrace overgrown with Bougainvillae. We loved watering the potted
plants which made us feel even more at home. The children soon mutated into some underwater
species, for them the pool was the best thing.
In the late afternoon mosquitoes interfered with our general happiness because it was not possible
to have dinner outside (maybe that is due to the small pond). Apart from that we would like to
recommend a revision oft he frying pans. The helpdesk servicing the house was very friendly although not always up to
date.

Chilled and relaxing week
We had a very relaxing break with plenty of swimming and chilling in the pool. The villa itself is a little tired in its decor but this didn't detract from its comfort and excellent location for the beach and local facilities. We missed minor basics which we have always found in other rental properties (eg dishcloth and washing up liquid) but this could be because of covid requirements. All in all an excellent place for enjoying doing as little as possible.

Great place to stay !
All is perfect in this big house, big swimming pool, wonderful garden with lot of space. 3 min walking to nice beach, 2 min to supermarket and restaurants. Excellent communication with the manager !

Lovely location for a family holiday
We stayed here for 11 nights as a family of seven (including two children aged 7 and 9). We had a wonderful time. The villa was well equipped with plenty of pans, crockery etc for the nights we cooked in the villa. The pool was great-we struggled to get the kids out of it, and had plenty of room for us all to play in it. We also had plenty of sunbeds with a mix of sun and shade around the pool which was perfect for us. The air con in the villa was amazing too, which was great on the really hot days. Santa Tomas itself was lovely-the beach was only a short walk (5mins) and we all loved jumping over the waves. The restaurants are mainly attached to hotels or apartment complexes, but there were enough options for us. The paella in Es Pins was delicious! The walk to Son Bou is nice (but on a cool day-it's a 7 mile round trip to get all the way into the town and back). Might be worth bringing some antihistamine cream as we all got bitten a few times over the stay, but guess that the same all over the island. Overall it was a lovely villa in a great location, thanks for letting us stay.

Another fabulous holiday at Villa Santa Clara
We are a family of 5 and have stayed at Villa Santa Clara previously and have enjoyed another fabulous holiday here. The villa is very spacious inside, is very well equipped has a lovely pool and large gardens to enjoy. Villa as described and is a short walk to the beautiful beach , restaurants and bars in Santo Tomas. Great location and highly recommend a stay at Villa Santa Clara-we hope to return again next year!

Sisters away trip
We had a lovely week in this villa.nice and quiet away from the main part of St Thomas.It did smell quite musty for the first couple of days ,but did get better.Plenty of crockery,glasses more than you could ever use.Nice and spacious,air conditioning was brilliant.Would recommend the villa

Lovely villa in a great location
Villa Santa Clara is a perfect place to stay in the low key resort of Sant Thomas. It is bright and airy with a huge living room which leads onto a spacious, sheltered balcony which has steps directly down to the swimming pool. The villa is surrounded by mature pine tees which give all important shade to the building. The place was very clean and all contacts with both the owner and the management company were dealt with promptly and with courtesy. Thank you Martin for letting us use your property and we will be returning soon.

Another wonderful holiday at Villa Santa Clara!
We had another wonderful and relaxing holiday at Villa Santa Clara. The villa is very spacious, well equipped and had everything we needed. Restaurants, shops, bars and beach are all within easy walking distance. The villa has a lovely barbecue in the garden which we used some evenings. The villa has a UHD Smart TV which can be used to watch Netflix or Amazon Prime Video if you have these subscriptions. The beach is very family friendly with lifeguards during peak season. If you wish to go sailing or windsurfing we recommend 'Wind Fornells' in Fornells who are very good. Es Pins was our favourite restaurant and if you like cocktails check out the bar in Hotel 55! All in all a fab place to stay and we will be back (again!).

Fantastic family holiday at a charming villa
My first thoughts were that the villa looked a little tired in places but ended the week loving it. It has everything you need for a great holiday, good location, a beautiful garden, where we had games of hide and seek, comfortable beds (well, my grandaughter said hers wasn't) a lovely pool and the villa has air con! The kitchen has good appliances and is equipped very well, although we didn't do a lot of cooking but went out to eat. The villa is 6-7 minutes walk from the very child friendly sandy beach. Santo Tomas is quite a quiet resort but Son Bou is a 20 minute drive away (or 40 minutes walk along the beach) where you can find more restaurants, shops and where my son and grandaughter had a great time on jet skis. Also the roads are good for driving but beware of the speed cameras!
There is also a nice bakery a few minutes walk away where you can buy lovely croissants and pastries.
All in all, we had a lovely family holiday and we didn't want to leave!

A really lovely spacious villa with private pool area, yet situated close to the beach at the delightful resort of Santo TomasWe would recommend the villa to any family seeking a well looked after large space with restaurants within easy walking distance, one of which enjoys a lovely beachside setting. The villa was cleaned twice during our stay and met easily with our expectations.

Santa Clara has everything you need and more
We are addicted to Santa Clara. It must be at least the 6th visit to this beautiful villa. It is very well appointed, recently updated, light and airy. There is everything there that we need including a new feature BBQ perfect for pool-side dining. So close to all amenities we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lovely holiday home to anyone. Fantastic stay at Santa Clate
We had a fantastic holiday staying at Santa Clara. The villa was as depicted - well equipped, clean and comfortable and is a short walk from all amenities in a friendly family orientated resort. We enjoyed some lovely local restaurants as well as a number of barbeques at the villa with some convivial evenings spent on the balcony. A variety of water sports are available at the beach, our favourite being the kayak trip to the caves and the Snorkel Safari speed boat trip.
Martin was very helpful during the booking process and we highly recommend a stay at Santa Clara.

Fabulous villa in an Idyllic part of Menorca
The Villa is spacious clean and a very short stroll from the beach. The kitchen is modern and very well stocked so cooking is easy – with a supermarket a 2 minute walk away.
The cleaners came regularly throughout our stay and nothing was too much trouble. The pool was also cleaned regularly and the garden tended to.
Martin, the owner, is a pleasure to deal with and gave us all the information we needed to make our stay smooth. The management company were on hand immediately when we suffered a power cut and restored power really fast!
Santo Tomas is a lovely sleepy report ideal for young families and also families with older children. (Our children 21yrs, 19yrs and 17yrs loved the beach and kayaking and the ease of taking taxis into Mahon and Son Bou where there is more life. The Taxis are safe and transparent with their charges.
We are really looking forward to our next holiday at this villa which is already all booked for 2016!

A beautiful villa in a lovely location.
We have enjoyed a number of idyllic holidays in Santa Clara. The owners have recently updated and refurbished the villa and it offers a really comfortable, clean and spacious retreat. We love the pool which is cleaned regularly so we often spend days just relaxing. The villa is very well equipped and the gardens well-tended. The service providers are very helpful and will attend to anything that may need attention quickly and efficiently. There is a regular maid service.
A very short walk takes you to the beach which is clean and safe. There are a number of shops and restaurants which we use. There is a really good local car hire company. The doctor who speaks English is very helpful and situated above a chemist a few hundred yards away. We feel safe and happy wondering around Santo Tomas day and evening.
If you are looking for a comfortable, relaxing holiday in an unspoilt location Santa Clara has it all.

Villa Santa Clara
Villa Santa Clara is just wonderful. Close enough to all the amenities and beaches but private enough to be able to have a relaxing getaway.
The villa is spacious and clean and the pool is the perfect size.
The owner Martin could not have been more helpful in organising our stay and we will definitely be returning in years to come.
All in all a lovely spot for a holiday with something for everyone.

Fantastic Holiday!
Party of 3 adults and 2 children, we had a fab holiday in a spacious well appointed villa with all amenities being within easy walking distance. Good selection of restaurants in the resort, our favourite being the Malibu with a lovely menu and spectacular views over the bay. We also enjoyed many barbeques in the lovely gardens at the villa which enabled the children to have some late evening swims! As one of our party needed to do some work during our stay the free wi-fi was very welcome and the views from the dining room were much appreciated! Villa was enjoyed by all and we will be returning again this year!

2 families comprising 8 adults, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the very well appointed Villa Santa Clara in August 2013. The large 4 bed villa is set within delightful landscaped gardens, with a good size pool and plenty of outside space to lounge and eat. We had 7 BBQ's during our 2 week stay. The clean sandy beach is a 5 minute walk downhill, where we sunbathed, swam and scuba dived amongst the rocks in the crystal clear water. There are many excellent restaurants just off the shoreline to cater for all tastes and wallets, the best being the Santo Tomas Hotel Beach Bar overlooking the sea where the fish is a delicacy and you can watch the sun set. We will certainly make a point of returning to Villa Santa Clara very soon.
