Property: the two villas are very spacious, beautifully designed and very well kept. They have great privacy due to their location and build. They include all neccesary amenities with a stylish, minimalistic look. There is an outdoor jacuzzi (which is more like a pool suitable perfectly for those Santorini summer days) accompanied with great outdoor furniture. Everything is very well thought of (like jacuzzi towels and Netflix) Location: the villas are located just under the northest point of the main street in Fira which is absolutly perfect. This means great privacy (no street noise) but just a minute walk to the center. Staff: We were in touch throught WhatsApp with the manager, Fannis, who was very helpful, kind and welcoming. He helped us manage our plans and gave some wonderful tips. Also, the housekeeper Matilda (who came daily on a suitable, agreed upon hour) is just the lovliest woman. She was so sweet and helpful and put a smile on our faces each day.

Jacuzzi was a bit cold (perfect for summer but too cold for nights). Also note the roof view faces east (sunrise but not sunset views)

Everything. The apartment is amazing, the staff super friendly and the location perfect just a few steps from thira main street. Big Plus: Early check in and late check out was possible and they organized the transport from and to the ferry.

It's hard to find

Thiro Santorini exceeded all of my expectations!! I absolutely loved my stay here and Fanis was extremely kind, welcoming, and accommodating! As a solo female traveler, I felt sooo safe at this property and Fanis took such great care of me! He was very responsive and arranged my car transport from the ferry to the villa, and then even to my next hotel the next day! He met me right when the car pulled up and carried my bags for me to the room, and then met me the next day to carry my bags back up the hill and stayed with me until my car arrived! SO NICE!! The location is PRIME... right in the center of Thiro, but soooo quiet! It's absolutely amazing! The room was so comfortable and the bed was very comfortable too which is always a huge plus! I can't recommend it enough! I will definitely stay here when I return to Santorini :)

The villa is located in such a great area, literally a few minutes away from stunning views and all the great restaurants, and somehow still manages to be a quiet and private escape. The plunge pool is great for the afternoon after exploring the island in the morning, and there’s plenty of spots for tanning around the villa. Fanis is a great host who checks in with you and is ready to help when you need him. He arranged transport to and from the port for my arrival/departure which I really appreciated after a long journey to get to Santorini. (Ask him to send Cristos to pick you up!) Overall a stunning place to stay, very clean (I didn’t catch the name of the cleaner but she was really friendly and sweet to talk to!) close to everything you need and really is such an island dream ✨

Exceptional choice for our short stay in Santorini

Our stay with Thiro exceeded our expectations. The villa was so clean and welcoming. We loved the vibe and everything about the facility inside and outside. The location of the villa was located in a wonderful part of town close enough to walk everywhere but the privacy was unmatched with any other hotel, home or villa we compared it to. We can not wait to share this hidden gem with others who are traveling to Santorini. This vacation was a once in a life time one for us and Thiro was the PERFECT place for us to stay and indulge in our vacation. Thank you! Thank you!
