The apartment is modern, clean and spacious. Perfect for a stay with family or friends. Lots of amenities such as a hairdryer, iron, etc which were much appreciated. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Location and room space v a hotel room

Needs a proper clean - it wasn’t dirty but visibly unclean in places. Internet and TV wasn’t working on arrival but after a few hours of checking I got it working (might be an idea to have instructions in the property). Broken fridge door shelf and a door handle on the wrong way. Toilet seat needs tightening/fixing.

Location was ok.

Deep disappointment with the accommodations and the handling of various issues by the management during my stay. Despite being assured that the sofa bed was in pristine condition and receiving instructions on its operation, we encountered difficulties the first night. A missing piece prevented us from fully opening the sofa as a bed. This inconvenience compromised our sleep quality, and I believe that such a fundamental issue should not have been even an issue, let alone not been promptly addressed. The shower area presented a persistent drainage issue, causing flooding that extended beyond the shower area into the bathroom. Despite our immediate communication of the problem, the response was delayed, and the liquid provided failed to resolve the issue. I asked for a plumber but all we got is a liquid. This situation not only inconvenienced us by forcing to take showers every 3 days, rather than every day, and take showers between 4 of us between several hours to let the water drain, but also posed a safety risk. I requested a clothes dryer, which was initially absent. Despite my insistence, a dryer was only provided on the last day of our stay. Given the absence of a drying machine and the cold weather in London during December, this oversight significantly impacted our ability to manage laundry effectively. Timely communication is crucial, especially when guests encounter issues. My attempts to address concerns via email were met with considerable delays. The discrepancy between the advertised living room size and the actual living space we received was disconcerting. You should not mix and match the photos of different apartments to get the best of both apartments! Furthermore, the policy of full payment with no refund option adds additional pressure and necessitates a high level of trust. Unfortunately, the experience did not reciprocate the expected standard of service. Stay away from this property!

Lovely flat. Modern kitchen, bathroom and furnishings. Great location. Very safe neighbourhood. Quick walk to station or bus.

Unfinished hallway and entry- I believe they are still completing. Street noise and in flight path for airport. 3 bedroom apartment at the very top so lots of stairs!

Sporcizia, la casa non è stata pulita per niente per il nostro arrivo. Addirittura neppure le lenzuola. Abbiamo contattato Booking x reclamare perché il proprietario non rispondeva; solo allora si è palesato con la promessa di pulire casa e cambiare le lenzuola il giorno dopo, ma è stata una presa in giro perché al nostro ritorno il giorno successivo era tale e quale (aveva solo rimosso le briciole dal divano).

Location is FANTASTIC! You’re right on the steps of central Richmond, so many things to do and beautiful places to see
