We have stayed in a number of apartments in the Palm Garden complex and this was our best experience. The balcony furniture was a bonus.

Ubicación inmejorable, vistas preciosas, terraza muy grande, con aire acondicionado, piso muy tranquilo y limpio. David súper amable y disponible!

Faltaría una mesa y sillas en la terraza para disfrutarla mejor, la sombrilla no era la de la foto y era más pequeña y no pudimos usarla pero aun así hay tres sofás así que bien.

Host quite responsive

The pictures look nicer than in reality. Several things broken (shower door, bed) which is not acceptable for the price. Shower could also be a bit cleaner (fungus in the corner), couch and furniture seemed quite dirty with spots. Location is in an area of mass tourism which is not to our liking but that depends on what you are looking for.

Very good location: from the balcony, you could see family members on the beach. Every morning it was convenient to run out for a run right on the seashore, bypassing the streets with cars and people. Very short walk and quick access to everything you need (municipal parking, shops, restaurants, bus stops). Everything you need is here in this apartment. When I booked in January there was no internet and I was having problems with my wife, but by the time we arrived David had already done everything and we had very good internet and Smart TV. David is very polite and caring, does everything right and responds to requests: I asked him for 2 hours late check-out and he let me stay longer for 2 DAYS, because I arrived 3 days later after my father's funeral (it was impossible to use with my flight but I was really touched by his offer).

Some vacationers who use someone else's property do not always take care of it as their own.
