Incredibly welcoming and accommodating owners and staff, especially as we were traveling with a toddler. Incredible views from the room in a great part of the island. Wonderful trip overall.

The location is wonderful, some of the best views in Santorini. The staff is friendly and always willing to help and to provide any information or assistance to make your stay more comfortable. The breakfast is served daily in your room and it is delicious.

WiFi was not working in our room. We didn't complain because it was good for us to disconnect a bit en enjoy more of the views. I'm sure that they would have fixed it if we told them to.

The best hotel ever in Santorini, the owner Drossos is a fantastic person who does really everything to make you feel good and make you spend an unforgettable holiday, as well as his collaborators, all very kind and always available !!! Fantastic view of the island and the sunsets of Santorini, convenient location to visit Imerovigli and beautiful and clean rooms !!! We were upgraded to the charming Jr. Suite, which has a private hot tub overlooking the caldera. No need to go anywhere for the best sunset views on the entire island! Although the room itself was small, the quiet atmosphere and stunning views from this property make it a must-reserve for your stay in Santorini. The breakfast provided onsite was generous, fresh, and delicious. The owner is eager to arrange your itinerary, so no need to plan, but I would recommend that you rent a car to allow full access to all the wineries and restaurants on the island.

Very small room - hard for two people to maneuver. Also it lacked a desk so I could set up my computer.

The view from the private hottub and terrace was perfect! Our room was clean and cosy with good working airconditioning. We got a delicious breakfast delivered on our terrace every morning with a lot of different dishes. Staff was also very friendly providing taxi services and tours if wanted and showing directions on a map of the island of were to go and what to see.

Because we were there off season (beginning of Nov.) unfortunatly a lot in Imerovigli was closed, but staff showed us a couple of restaurants that were still open so not that big of a problem. In Fira and Oia most was still open.

They did nice gestures for us like let check out late for free and knocked off the price of the breakfast because we had to go Else where but it still doesn’t make up for it! Nice flowers on the bed for our honeymoon.

I emailed twice to arrange a transfer from the port and was told there was No record of our booking. They told me they would look and phone me back. We then arranged the transfer from the port with them. The driver arrived late and we waited in the heat. When he did arrive he was very polite. When we went to check in we were told we had never paid for the room. We told them we booked upfront months ago when we booked. Again it took them a while to figure out that we had indeed paid. We booked a room on the top floor with a private hot tub as it was our honeymoon. They ‘upgraded’ us to a better room however it was just a bigger room with an upstairs part with two single beds so was actually no use to us. The hot tub was tiny- right infront of reception so you were elbow length away from everyone walking past. The hot tub was dirty snd stunk of chlorine I couldn’t get the smell off my skin after a Shower. Check in took forever- despite us telling them we were only staying for one night and had been ro santorni before she continued to tell us about the island and where to visit. We had just come off the boat and we’re tired and wanted to go to our room. The room was so dark, you couldn’t see a thing in the bathroom or mirrors. The mirror was black and there was no light to do your make up. We were told if we wanted anything extra like food or drink or late check out we had to Pay by cash only. There was also a Smell by the pool. We did not get any choice on what we Wanted for breakfast. It just got delivered to our room and was cold. Horrible eggs and undercooked bacon which we don’t eat. Iced coffee was disgusting. Hard bread and a bland roasted sandwich. It was so bad we couldn’t eat it we had to go across the road and eat in a cafe.

Service was just amazing, all workers are super friendly, helpful, willing to make your stay memorable. We had a birthday celebration happening and received an amazing cake and room decoration from the hotel. Also they offer great choise and recommendations of activities on the island and helping with transportation if required. We enjoyed our stay a lot and felt welcomed. Moreover, great location and one of the best place to enjoy sunsets from jacuzzi in Santorini.

Location is perfect with stunning views from all rooms. Staff are incredible, and will do anything to help if they can. Can’t recommend enough!!

There’s nothing not to like, will certainly be returning

I’ve been to a few Santorini spots now, but this was by far the best! Firstly…the Manager, Pannayotis, always around with attention to detail, timely transfers and collection when I was stranded, and overall island suggestions. What a wonderful way to be treated. There was a manageress also (her name escapes me) but she was probably the sweetest lady I have ever met. The next best thing was our private jacuzzi on the terrace. I had no idea how much we would enjoy it and it was very affordable compared to some of the other high end suites. View and hotel location was superb. And the food was good also! I will be back guys, you made our trip a little more special!

Everything is just magic from this hotel! From the staff (especially the general manager and Katerina) to the suite and the view! Everything beautiful and special! They welcomed us with drinks and showed us what we can do during our stay in the island !

Pretty much everything, the indoor hot tub, the sunrise and sunset, the outdoor pool, the breakfast and all around hospitality.

We have spent the most magical weekend of our life at Abyssanto Hotel and Spa in Santorini. The accommodation was superb, with a breathtaking view from our private jacuzzi! The manager of the hotel has done more for us than would have been expected. We have lived in a dreamland whilst staying there! Breakfast and dinner were wonderful and more than enough! We will definitely return there in the future, and will recommend this suite for our friends also! Thanks for making our wedding anniversary so memorable!
