it was roaches everywhere it was also no Wi-Fi also it wasn’t a couch in the living room as pictured and the parking wasn’t free it’s a extra fee of $10 daily. The apartment was disgusting I slept in my car because of the roaches on the table, ceiling and walls.

Primero que me cobraron 2 veces el parqueadero, pues la reserva y pago inicial incluía el parqueadero según el recibo, pero al llegar me dijeron que debía pagarlo por qué no estaba en el pago inicial... Pero eso no fue todo, sino que el Tag para poner en el carro no llego nunca, y esa única noche que estuvimos, pues no dormí por cuidar que la grúa no se llevará el carro. Además el ascensor estaba dañado, y el apto es un 4to piso, y no se mencionó en la reserva nada de esto. Sin mencionar que el edificio estaba más bien sucio y deteriorado, aún que el apartamento estaba bien.

Didn't seem like the AC worked every good but it is Miami, had to give security deposit outside of booking.com via email didn't feel that was very secure

the only thing I liked about it was the proximity of the apartment was very close to the different activities and restaurants and beaches

everything else was wrong , insect infested, towels had stains , bed and pillows had stains , i could not sleep on the bed, i slept on the sofa chair, the sliding door to the balcony was not secure and could easily be opened , i had to go to home depot to buy a door stopper for the front door because it was very loose , anyone could kick the door open. i complained to the owner about it and he said it was a safe neighborhood, I am a woman travelling alone , I don’t care if you tell me it’s a safe neighborhood unless I’m in a secure house. the only amenities in that apart was toilet paper , broom and dust pan , hand wash for the bathroom and kitchen, a tv and one knife , that’s it. I called booking.com for a refund , they refused. book at your own risk

I did not realize this apt was on 4th floor and no elevator. I had to carry 3 heavy bags all the way up.

Great location with parking, the beds were very comfortable and all the rooms were very clean.

The apartment is on the 4th floor and the elevator was not working during our stay. We would recommend that the owners purchased a kettle, a toaster and supplied a dish cloth. We would have liked more utensils and better drinking mugs.

Location was fantastic and for the price, very good value. Located close to free public transport links (MetroMover and Trolley) on dead end street so no traffic. Comfortable beds and good kitchen appliances. Apartment was perfect for our 5 day stay in Miami. Would book again.

Kitchen was a little under stocked in terms of cutlery and utensils.
