Broken furniture and room wasn’t clean

Stay was nice and quiet staff always professional

Regular hotel room nothing special. They need to upgrade the furniture. Its very dated.

I was in DC for an alumni event and wanted to stay somewhere easily accessible to the Northeast section of the city. The location was just right, but the rest was just average. The elevator smelled like weed at various times, and the public areas and my room were a little run down. The hallway on the way to my room was really hot - like the heat was turned all the way up - and even though it was cool outside I had to have the A/C/ on (moderately) because of the heat. There was an event being held on Saturday, so when I returned in the evening there was no parking close by. I parked in the lower level of the parking structure, which was fine, but being on my own, at night, I was a little uncomfortable. It may have been nice to know there was such a big event so I would've been prepared. There was a lot of noise on the floor where I stayed, especially next door, which didn't quiet down until 4:30am. Check out was fine, but not an overly friendly "thanks and goodbye." Overall, it was fine for the money, but not the best.

The staff at check in was very friendly and quick with getting us set up. The room was clean. There were 2 small issues that maintenance took care of immediately. Would stay there again

Room looked like an apartment from the 1970’s in Harlem. There were 2 doors. And one lead to a roof! View was of a complete wall!

Great for business travelers to MD and close to DC. THE PRICE MAKES IT WORTH IT.

The noisy air conditioner kept me awake all night. I overlooked some reviews that mentioned the outdated and loud unit, and unfortunately, I paid the price, staying up all night and feeling tired the next day. The bed was comfortable, though the furniture could use some updating.

Stained bedding, broken remote control, worn out pillows, dirty bathroom, weird smell. I should've slept in the car.

The hotel didn’t receive my reservation. I made a payment via my affirm account. I never got the room.

The window looked out on an old wall, no view. bathtub tap was broken, stayed 3 nights no one cleaned the room.

This hotel is with a budget-friendly traveler. The hotel does not have many amenities but it's located near a lot of shops there are fast food restaurants nearby and a Starbucks within walking distance

I had a great stay, and best of all was the economic empowerment conference that was being held there.

Location was about the only thing From outside it looked good but room did seem like it was not clean. Draining system, bathroom need to be renovated .

Hotel is hold and room smell . Cover sheet is old. Front desk agent on Sunday was nice. I left my car key in the room. When I call back to get my key, I was told to pay a fee to have my car key returned to me. The agent I spoke to on Tuesday was been sarcastic about my car key.

OK for a single night. Place needs to be fully renovated. The hotel has potential to be a good hotel if investment is madd to upgrade.

Property was poorly lit and very dated. The smell of dank wet carpet was overwhelming. The rooms were filthy.
