I stayed the one morning out of the two day reservation. I wasn't comfortable at all and i have yet to receive my refund as stated by the hotel.

First room we checked into had a random mattress leaning against the wall. The second room had a high pitched noise that would continue for 30-45 seconds and then continued to happen randomly all night.

Hotels rooms where dirty, molded, and reeked of urine. Loitering was present on the hotel parking and nearby gas station.

We had a late checkin due to the business of the day. But we had 2 “queen” bed but they were definitely full beds. The top comforters were both stained. The shower pipes screamed with the hot water on you would think they were going to burst. Truthfully I left all my items outside when I got home to make sure they were cleaned before coming in my house.

They claim all rooms are no smoking but I checked at least 5 different rooms and all were full stench of tobacco. The pillow covers were uncleaned. I had to get clean cover and change them. There were insects live and dead in the room. It was completely worthless of the price paid for.

We had to change rooms because the bed was broken, the toilet leaked, the tub was dirty, air conditioner was noisy. when I tried to get a different room the manager made me wait until shift change. Our final night we were woken by management telling us this was not or room. I explained that we were moved to this room and would be leaving in the morning. Not a good stay at all.

The room smelled terrible and it was really dirty. The bed comforter was stained and the walls and were all marked up with all kinds of gunk. It was pretty disgusting.

Stayed here one night and had a horrible experience. On the picture looks decent but when you are there I didn't feel safe. Never in my life had so many BED BUG BITES!!!!!!!!!!!! It was disgusting room was not clean smelly. Don't stay here

Best to stay in your car at a rest stop, then stay at Red Roof. When I was checking in, 2 different homeless looking people were checking in for a weeks stay.

Horrible people were standing around outside of check in area, no security, the first room I went to check out I my key worked but it was locked from the inside leading me to believe someone was already in the room, that was room 245 We then were given room 250 when I turned on the light roaches were everywhere dead and live ones yuck yuck yuck. Me and my 75 year old mom flew out that room not looking back and surprisingly the hotel was packed. I will never ever ever ever come back to this location or a red roof for that matter. The manager did give me a refund but even on hard times I wouldn't recommend here, they should be paying guests to stay there.

This property was so disgusting that we forfeited our money and stayed on an air mattress with our friends at another location until we could find something else. There was no tissue in the bathroom, the floor by the nightstand smelled like urine, and the linen on the bed was visibly filthy. When we asked the front desk for more, no one ever showed up! Please do not book here for your sake I hope you take heed.

Bed sheets had bloods stains on them. Sheets had stains. Its like they dont clean then sheets just make the bed. Nobody seem to care even expedia didnt care. No one wanted to give me a refund so i can go somewhere else. I had to go to the office 5xs for a remote that worked. I was stuck with no where to go. Ended up having to spend more money on a different hotel

We checked in around 9pm still charged full rate for room $100. Room looked ok when we walked in. So we changed clothes for the night. Went in to use the bathroom and it was disgusting. Tried calling front desk numerous times but no answer. I took the soap and a towel and cleaned the toliet so we could use it. Told the front desk the next morning and was told “oh we’ll let the manager know. Thanks but no thanks. Would not stay again.

Worst hotel I've ever been to walk into my room it has not been touched by housekeeping bed was unmade there was a bloody Kleenex on the counter blood in the toilet dirty towels on the bed shower didn't work so I go complain and get a different room and I'm sent to a room that had feces in the shower and dead bugs everywhere it was my worst hotel experience ever

The heat in the room was not controlable. Set the temperature at 70 but room went into the 80's even at the lowest setting. Plus entry door was loose it rattled in the wind.it still locked but the gap sounded like someone trying to get in.

First room we got was the sheets were stained and it was really gross. We asked for a different room and they gave us one right away. The front desk associates and staff were really kind. The rooms just were not cleaned well.
I don’t believe it is the inn’s fault, I think it’s just due to low prices, there was a few people outside doing drugs. You get what you pay for
