This was the worst hotel experience that I’ve ever had. There was blood on the door, roaches on the floor, and holes in the wall. I was shocked they would even rent the rooms to anyone. I expressed to the manager the conditions of the room and he could care less. I requested a refund so that me and my kids could go somewhere else and the management refused. I would not recommend this facility to my worst enemy.

The first room we got had s toliet that wouldn't flush and blood on the sheets. We were moved to a room next door. This room was covered in dust. The electric sockets didn't have covers. It was very nasty.This was a terrible experience!

Check in was smooth. The lady at the desk was very friendly. Now as far as the room goes, full of roaches, vary strong smell of Marijuana. We left to check out with in 5 minutes, the lady was very nice offering us a cancelation. And agreed to a full refund. After leaving there was another couple also Checking out as well. I have never been or seen a La Quinta like this one. Do better for this location. Would not recommend staying at this location

The rooms were awful TV didnt work people lounging all night i had to check 5 rooms to find a decent room the beds were sunk in some rooms didnt have working lights and i also paid for a king bed and they had none so i was given a double bed room and im still waiting to get my money back for not having what i paid for and the hotel i wouldnt recommend it to anyone the neighborhood its in had all kinda street people just lounging around didnt feel safe at all oh and yhe rooms doors some locked some didnt the key card wouldnt work on some even the managers key card wouldnt work but overall the hotel manager she was very apologetic and she walk the whole complex wit me trying to find a decent room because i was tired i had my wife and grandbaby wit me and i was not satisfied

Hot water barely gets hot. Lamp cords were cut, the fridge didn’t work. They also gave our booked room away to someone so we have to sleep on a TWIN sized bed. They say it’s 2 doubles but the are twin beds. Also, the sausage at the breakfast was so old, hard and small. Nothing was ok to eat except cereal. No pillowcases and Denver got none. Terrible experience and will NEVER go back.

Terrible, I stayed in my car most of the time, towels weren’t in the room, room was switched and still no towels, front desk went room to room to find towels and when I finally got them they were removed from my room the next day while I was gone and never replaced. Not worth staying and won’t stay here again

The room was okay. 3 ice makers, only 1 worked. The one outside in a dark area halfway across the property. Too many people reside at this location. The staff member that serviced me went above and beyond. She was awesome. She saw that I was not having a good check-in. Instead of her becoming offended, she just focused on the issue itself and got me checked in.

This room was disgusting- humid and dirty. Clearly all the cleaning staff did was make the bed and leave every surface uncleaned, especially the nasty bathroom. The door scanner to my room also didn’t work and I had to get staff to open it with a physical key. In the morning, the lids to the hot breakfast food were held together with scotch tape which seemed unsanitary so on top of the disgusting bathroom I decided it wasn’t worth eating there.

There were drug addicts on property, using. The place was being remodeled and room were horrible. Mold, dirty, hair my room bed was obviously slept in before, the linen not changed. The tub was not clean and hair and "other things" were in the tub. The carpet was crusty and not vacuumed or ever shampoo'ed. I would not let my dog stay in that room.

As a Wyndham member, I have stayed at many La Quinta Inns and all have been fine. This one is NOT. These were the issues we had while staying here.
1). Keys. We arrived to this location and they couldn’t get into the room we had reserved due to a faulty key system, which is a problem for the entire facility as we had issues with every room we needed to access.
2). Safety. My fiancé was approached by a male as she was in her vehicle. He looked at her for a bit then asked, “Are you scared?” He gave her a disturbing smile and then left.
3). Food. We were told by our booking agent that the breakfast was a hot breakfast and included eggs, breakfast meat, cereal, yogurt, etc… Specifically said it was not continental, but it was exactly that. Another disappointment.
4). Pet deposit. We were told over the phone that there was a $25 pet fee but no deposit. Upon arrival, we were rudely informed that there is a $100 pet deposit and that we could not check in without paying that. Fortunately, we had cash, but we could easily have not been prepared for that as we rarely carry cash on us.
5). Room. When they couldn’t access the first room, they put us in a second room that had no AC, no lock on the door, and also issues getting in with the key card. They were willing to leave us in those conditions which is unacceptable. You do not leave guests in a boiling hot room with no locks. Upon my insistence, they found a 3rd room which was still warm but was somewhat bearable.

I have never had issues staying at a La Quinta before staying here. My family and I had booked 2 rooms and upon checking in, neither room had a working fridge. The front desk staff changed the rooms to 2 more rooms that neither fridge was working and 1 of those rooms, neither keycard worked. After changing rooms a 3rd time, we finally had rooms with a working fridge. One of the rooms had a head board hanging off of the wall and no handle on the bathroom door to be able to close it for privacy and the other room was in pretty much the same shape and only had 1 towel and literally 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper. As for the “breakfast” available in the morning, the staff apparently didn’t like us going in closer to 9 AM and made sure to snort loudly with dissatisfaction at us going in. We could have went earlier but we were kept awake most of the night by people randomly knocking on the doors they passed until going to the second floor.

First room we got stunk, the lights didn’t work, the floors were extremely sticky and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. Second room was better with the lighting and the bathroom was cleaner but my children’s feet were dirty and black after only a few minutes. The people in the next room had the police there twice and we were woken up at 6am by the police beating on their door.

This place should be shut down> The front desk host took 25 mins to come to the front desk to check in. The room given to me was gross. I was given another room after another lengthy wait at the front desk. When that room was even worse, I decided to leave. I gave the front desk my key and asked for a refund. I was told I need to go through Expedia to do so and now they can not get in touch with the front desk to confirm I did not stay in order to issue me a refund. DO NOT EVER BOOK A ROOM HERE!

staffs are friendly and helpful reception area is clean but rooms need renovation sooo badly , we are moved from one room to another. first one of the bed is wet with urine. no cable. , no doorknob on the bathroom. moved to another room and the shower /water won't shut off, only one light is working. offer to move again to another room but we told them that is find we just closed the bathroom door and we will leaving early morning anyway. told us to ASK FOR REFUND. I book this Hotel because I am a Wyndham member.

I’ve always used Hotel.com & I haven’t had an issue til this stay. Booked and paid for the hotel but when we got there @1:20am they tell me can’t stay here were full. No warnings or anything. Contacted hotels.combo get a refund since I had find another place and pay for it too ! But all they said was we will “TRY” to get a refund next day they email me sorry couldn’t do anything … wow ! What service…. lol thanks!

I only gave it a 1 star because I can’t give a negative number. Worst place to stay ever! No towels, only 2 pillows, no hangers… the furniture was rotted and broken, the bathroom seeped water through the boards when you walked on it. The wall had water damage so bad it was collapsing. Only two of the electrical outlets worked and no coffee pot, but there was decaffeinated coffee! Oh and when we went down for our morning breakfast it was never refilled so nothing was there at 8:00. We repeatedly tried to talk to management but she did an excellent job of dodging all of the people wanting to complain. Not to mention the 3 police cars checking out the whole motel grounds while we were there. Worst experience ever! I will never use Quinta Inn again.

When we arrived at our room the lights were unplugged and one did not even work. The morning of checkout on two separate occasions the first one happening at 9 am the other at 945 the staff walked in our room without knocking.

The only thing good about this place was the front desk clerk. After checking in, I didn’t even unpack. Don’t know what as worst the smell, the cobweb in the tub or the roach that came out to greet me. Then I couldn’t get a hold of anyone to get my refund.

Upon arrival there were deputies arresting someone at the property boarders. Once I received my key cards, we entered the room (215) to find roaches running across the floor, bathroom and shower! The refrigerator was turned off and smelled as if something died in it! The shower had black hairs in and the toilet would barely flush after multiple times trying! I will never stay at one of you facilities ever again! Me and my family had a terrible experience! Also, no one ever answered the front desk phone after 5 attempts from us! No one was at the front desk when we tried to change rooms and also check out! The facility and staff was unbelievably poor!
