Our stay was amazing. We opened the front door, and there was a huge mountain with a beautiful forest of pine trees. planning our next trip to my coworkers and family about Clarion Point.

Floor was dirty, hair in bathroom, ceiling tiles was half way off in some spots in bathroom also in my friends room ceiling tiles was out and the shower head was taped on and floor was dirty as well

During chek-in, nobody told us the room service is based on request.

The room was spacious, but had a musty smell to it. I had to buy Febreze to get rid of the smell. The toilet moved when you sat on it and the bathroom floor hadn't been mopped. Housekeeping is only available upon request. There was a closet to hang clothes, but not a dresser. The continental breakfast was the usual fare. It was within walking distance to the attractions, so that was nice.

There for family reunion. Room was clean. They could have finished the wall repair with paint. Shower curtain too short so water went all over the floor. Did have hot water so no complaint on that. NOT ENOUGH PARKING when hotel is busy. Had to park in road beside hotel with two other cars. Breakfast was good.

The room was very clean. Comfortable bed. Checking in was good. Walking distance to shopping and attractions. Good breakfast items.
Cons: vending machine had warm pop. And when trying to check out there was absolutely no one around. At front desk, in the breakfast area. No one. Was hesitant to leave my key in their so called drop box,which was a little basket.

I had an issue with ac. They came looked at it said we will just put you in new room. It was about a half hour total so quick for customer concerns. Breakfast was much more than anticipated. Eggs sausage biscuits gravy potatoes bagels cereal sooo many options. Don't get me wrong needs updates but considering price, excellent service and how close to downtown it gets 5 stars for sure. Pool was very clean I didn't get in but very nice area to sit outside and read a book

I would not recommend this hotel ! Had to call 5/6 times a day for towels, toiletries. No one would answer phone for assistance. Pool water was green was NOT clean and no pool towels ! Breakfast needs more toasters lot of rude ppl …and variety of breakfast food would be nice especially for ppl staying more than 2 days .

The pool was easy to get to. You could walk to most of your destinations. There were bugs in the bathroom sink and there was no fan in the bathroom.

When I went into the room, there was a dead roach on the floor. There was also a half drank Busch peach beer sitting on the air conditioning unit. I asked twice for towels and an extra roll of toilet paper. No one ever showed up with either item. My wife found these items on a cart and had to get them herself.

I did not read the reviews on this property before I stayed and I regret it. The pictures make this property look fully updated. However this is a pretty old looking motel that’s basically had very shotty and very cheaply done upgrades.
Pros- it’s right downtown and close to most things. The air conditioner in my room worked really well, however it is super humid regardless. The parking was pretty easy for being such a congested area. The shower and bathroom were half-way upgraded and comfortable.
Cons- the room was very crapily updated. The bedding is old and musty. The room is very humid and damp. There is very little lighting. The air conditioner blows the drapes open- I had to pin them closed being on the ground level while I sleep. The front desk woman was not very friendly.
Just make sure to look at the pictures closely before selecting. The cost is decent for the area. I did not use the pool or eat the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that.

The breakfast was great! And the counter staff was friendly. While our room felt clean, unfortunately it smelled like dog urine. Location was super convenient as well as parking. Walkable to attractions.

The room was not welcoming at all. There was a hole in the sheet rock in the bathroom. The shower was a hole cut in the tile of the shower leaving a gapping hole. The shower had a shower pan and the shower curtain didn't go down far enough so was pooled outside the shower when using it. Entire bathroom was in loor condition. Vanity looked terrible and was starting to come apart form the wall. The night stand was missing the side trim, top was terribly scratched, and frint was delaminating. Terrbile lighting in the room and the refrigerator smelled terrible.

Place is dated warn out and not cleanest. Bed kept sliding off platform, bed was uncomfortable, we asked for tissues got more Tp instead all the carts wheels struck or don’t turn well. Someone from apt accross from us were shooting air gun at us. We cou look don’t tell the unit going to shooting. Overall the worse place I’ve stayed for the price. At 200.00 a night I will never stay again. You also need to advertise the truth.

This was a last minute trip. Did not know anything about the hotel but was close to our event. Had to wait on someone to show up to check us in. Then when we got to the room it smelt like smoke (asked for a nonsmoking room), could hear everyone around us all night. Had people throwing things at our door. People bagging on the door and window at 2:00 am then running off. Was uncomfortable and unable to sleep.

Our room, #1098, was run down. There were no towel bars, the bathroom floor looked very dirty, maybe just stains?, but it was gross. The toilet seat was loose and would move around when seatedon, and the toilet wasn't secured to the floor. The cwiling tiles near the window were lifted and you could see up inside the space. There were water stains on the ceiling. The sheets didn't fit the bed and would constantly come up off the mattress. The pillows were flat and awful.

The room looks nothing like the pictures. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and the shower didn’t drain leaving you standing in water. The toilet seems like it’s loose from the floor. There was stains on the blanket and a few of the towels. The breakfast is the standard free breakfast no complaints. It’s convenient to down town. We also got locked out our room a hour before check out with all our belongings inside. Took 30-45 mins for us to get back in after waiting on maintenance to come.
