Very nice

the gentleman behind the front counter had his kids back there with him and they just kept running and screaming while he was trying to help guest. Said the tv in my room didn’t work but it was just the remote that didn’t work. other than that it was a good stay!

It was a very nice hotel. staff were nice and patient with me. However, during the check in, they did not explain how the entry card works on the doors. A lot of the bill paying process was done by the hotel staff member. that process was a little scary because I could not see on the machine what was being signed for and what amount of payment was being made. she hit buttons and tapped ok on the machine, and I had no clue what she was doing. There apparently were no elevators that went to the second floor where my room was located because i had to take stairs each and every time. The room was quite spacious but had lighting issues and the door did not open or close without sticking, I figure that a lot of the issues will be resolved when the construction is finished. The continental breakfast was a complete surprise. It had an abundance of food and great tasting as well. The bed and pillows were great. I went right to sleep and had a wonderful rest.

Check in was quick and easy. The price was competitive. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.

Its worth your money and breakfast is good only one thing i didnt like was they change the wifi password

Signage on the building was limited, so we were initially uncertain if we were at the right entrance. Our room was updated and clean. Our toilet flushed slowly. Breakfast was more than adequate in a fairly large space.

Had to slam your body against the door to the room to get in, as door stuck in frame. Window was also not able to open.

At check-in, we were double booked for the same room with another couple who arrived at the same time. The front desk corrected this, but we had booked a King bed and got two doubles instead. Not happy, but too tired to argue. Also - no tissues and the beds were rock hard so we didn't sleep well. We won't use that hotel again. Sorry.
