Due to hurricane/tropical storms had to leave a day earlier than planned to get home, due to exhaustion from driving, decided to book a hotel to get some rest ..
This choice was perfect and offered a great deal of comfort (beds and pullout sofa) just was short pillows for girls sleeping on sofa

Front desk staff were friendly. Pool area was clean. Rooms very nice and clean. The only negative was the pillows cases did not have clean smell. The sheets smell clean the pillowcases did not.

Bath tub had mold in corners and you can tell was just painted over. The second night after being in the heat all day we wanted to get in the pool but there seem to be a pool party going on with loud music and adults acting inappropriately. They weren't even staying at the hotel. Several other people staying there called to complain and nothing was done. I will never book again with this property.

Came to check in there was homeless people asking for money right in the entrance . I guess it was the bad area of Beaumont

Staff was rude, property has no rules at the pool. People not from property/guest were at the pool. Public indecency , public intoxication in front of children was experienced at the pool and when talked to management they could care less! , They do not care about your childrens safety/well being!!! DO NOT STAY!!!!!!

The property was not very clean. The elevators were greasy, the restrooms had mold build up in the corners. The picture decor had mold in the frames in the rooms. The carpet in the hallway smelled.

Terrible customer service would not turn the lights on in the breakfast area for us to eat our cereal she said it was grab and go you had to pour a cup of milk and juice, take your cereal since when do you have 3 hands and can drive eating a bowl of cereal? We ate our cereal in the dark that was pitiful. Will not stay there again

This property was by far one of the best holiday inns of ever stayed at! The lady at the front desk. Her name was Aaron and she was fantastic! Every time I come to Beaumont Texas I will definitely stay here! The value was great. the service was excellent the hotel was awesome! #lc3entertainment

Grabbed a room on my way to California. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Rooms clean, beds and pillows very comfortable! Nice breakfast buffet. Only drawback was the noise from Rt. 10 and the folks down the hall.

Check in went fine and the man a front desk was polite. Next day be8ng Saturday after working a show we came to the bar first. It was closed it was 7:00pm then we went to our room and discovered we where locked out. After getting new card we entered our room and nothing had been done bed not made nothing. Reese put us in another room This room had mold on furniture and bed. Such a shame that now I will be contacting corporate.

I didnt appreciate the fact i paid for breakfast on my booking but got there and they charge for you to eat breakfast off their menu. Also where my room was located, it smelled like mildew and they had a fan going in the hallway as if there was a leak! Also for families i dont recommend due to the area is full of addicts roaming and sitting in front of the hotel, i didnt feel safe at all especially at night. The only good thing was the customer service and cleaners.

The room smelled moldy and I was charged 68.00 more by holiday inn and still waiting for my money to be put back. The breakfast was the absolute best. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean but smelled awful. I’m not pleased with the money situation

Hotel was nice and quiet. I was nervous because Beaumont does not have a good rep, but the hotel felt safe. Some construction going on inside but other than that it was a good hotel to stat in overnight.
