Clean room, friendly staff & nice breakfast

Room was clean and nice but AC never got cold, beds was uncomfortable and I seen a baby roach on the counter. Staff was nice

Good hotel for the price. Dated and could use some upgrading especially in the bathrooms

The hotel was clean, and the staff very accommodating. Breakfast was good, with both hot and cold options that were good quality. That said, the overall stay was very uncomfortable. The bathroom fan was loud and could not be turned off. It would come on and off for no apparent reason, including running until 3-4am and not turning on for morning showers. The room came with a mini fridge, but that was also obnoxiously loud whenever it came on. Ended up turning it off at night so we could sleep. Two of the four days of our stay, our card keys all just stopped working. Front desk staff was very helpful in resetting them, but they didn't ask for any ID and just swiped the cards. I could have given them a different room number and just walked into someone elses room. Lastly, the king bed was very hard and uncomfortable. I have a Sleep Number bed at home and go with a 35 out of 100. This bed was probably a 90. I ended up putting the cushions from the pullout sofa bed onto the king bed and slept atop those. While I have stayed in worse places, I recommend looking at other hotels.

The front desk young lady was pleasant & professional. Our room was semi clean, as there was French fry & straw paper under the footrest when I moved it! The hotel as a whole was fine, however the people in the room next to ours were SO loud & there “activity” had our headboard and bed pillows moving on our bed! I know you can’t control the guests LOUDNESS and doors banging all night, but we got no sleep Saturday night!

For the most part, my stay was a breeze. Staff was friendly, checked us in quickly and our room was clean. The elevator needs fixing. It was scary to ride on it due to the sounds and stuff of that nature.

Area was good for our needs. Hotel was ok. Breakfast was fine. Our first room was missing towels. Since we checked in at 11 pm i guess no one could get us towels. So they moved us to another room. But the other room had an old tv that didnt have the movie we were watching and it had a growing bubble in the ceiling that looked like the ceiling was going to give way any second. Was an average travel stay hotel. Had better and def had worse

Nice hotel

I always stay at this property when I am in the area, I never have any problems. Check out is easy and quick, the staff is always kind.

Toilet handle was broke. It was reported to the front desk but not fixed before we left. No maid service. Just wanted to have fresh towels.

The hotel was noisey and not up to date

Kids of the workers are there playing loudly in the hallway all day. Playing football outside the door to my room, bouncing basketballs up and down the hall from 8am until 8pm. Laying in the hallway, or lobby floor. Seems like a regular thing there.

Roaches on the nightstand crawling around after I moved the lamp. The crawled down into the floor and I couldn’t find them. Super creeped out.

Cigarette burns on the carpet, roach around the coffee machine, holes in the curtains. I asked the receptionist for roach spray and the did not have any.

Clean environment, neat rooms.

The property was nice on the outside but the room smelled like cigarettes. I ask to change my room, it was changed and that smelled like cigarettes too. The staff were very nice to me, but those rooms need a good cleaning. Everything needs to be washed and shampoo those rugs.

Fourth time booking a room and receiving correspondence that there was no need to confirm my reservation, then upon arrival to the hotel being told that there is no vacancy. This has happened too often and with little to no action taken in reference to the many hours I've wasted and sacrificed

Nothing unique. Just a regular 2.5 rated hotel. Toilets need work. The elevators too.

It was clean and quiet The buffet breakfast was great.

Room was clean and quite. Breakfast was very good. 24 hour coffee in lobby was great for me

Dark in the hallways

The housekeeper never turned in medication she found in the room. Had to switch rooms because the the door would not auto lock. The toilet in the second room Kept running and eventually got stopped up. The hall is very dark.

Good enough for a cheaper hotel option that included breakfast. Wasn’t a healthy one, but one less thing for me to worry about.

My stay was interrupted by an unwanted creepy crawly friend in the bathroom. Very large very upsetting.

We stayed at the property February the 23rd and the 24th and the room was clean it needs a little TLC some painting some touch up other than that the bed was really nice the bathroom was clean the carpet was clean it was dusted. The parking lot was full of trash it actually popped my back tire. The dining room was clean Carmen the lady that helped with breakfast was amazing a beautiful woman she had a beautiful spirit very very helpful the lady in the morning crew a young lady I don't remember her name she was a Mexican lady she was so helpful and so honest and such a sweet young lady the afternoon ladies were very rude and disrespectful. There was two different ladies in the afternoon they didn't even say hello or look up for any reason. Both of them were African American and I am not trying to be racist I'm just saying the truth. The third floor is where we stayed and it needs a lot of TLC the hallway is very dark people are slamming doors smoking weed and being very disrespectful we had to move rooms because the room next to us was loud and never spoke to weed and they just didn't care. So I think you need to fix the problem with the hallway and make sure you guys are really talking to people look at their face and make sure that they're being honest enough not to go in the room and smoke weed thank you what I stay there again yes

1. I have not been asked for a deposit on a room, that did not have a minibar in 40 years. 2. The elevator needs repair it sounds horrible. 3. Checkin took way too long for someone with reservations.
