Good hotel. Bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. Not being dramatic.

The man who checked us in acted like he didn't want to rent us a room. Checked out Ids to see if we were local cuz he wouldn't rent to us if we were. Floors in the room had wax peeling off and were dirty and sticky. Pillows were the worst so no sleep

The hotel and staff was nice but about 20 cars in the parking lot got broken into on the first night of the stay and they staff didn’t have security or patrol the following night to ensure it didn’t happen again

Planners omitted drawers for clothing items. Foreign housekeepers were not very friendly. If they don't speak english, ok. But at least have a smile on your face.

Housekeeping needs to be retrained. I arrived August 30 the first room was walls floor. The second room was worse than the first and I have pictures. On the wall floor. Bathroom floor, dirty hair. I asked for a dustpan and a broom to sweep it myself, and I went out and got passed out and bleach to clean the rest of the hotel room. Housekeeping only washcloth and I had to ask for towels everyday. There was blood on the mattress cover. It took them two days to take it off. On my second day, housekeeping did not sweep the floor did not mop the floor. Worst experience at a hotel. I stayed there before and it was amazing but something is going on at that hotel and they need to fix it. I will be asking for a partial refund, and I have pictures of all the dirt in the bloodstain.

The first room they assigned was dirty floor, walls. Second room was worse than the first. Grease on the wall, floor dirty. I asked for a broom and dustpan so I could sweep. I went and purchased my own cleaning supplies. Four days stay was not like my previous stays. I checked in on August 30. Every day there was an issue, keeping not cleaning the floor and blood on the mattress pad that wasn’t mine. There was an issue every day with house keeping. I don’t know if they need to be retrained or they don’t know the details of their job but it’s unacceptable. I will be disputing some of the charges with my credit card company.

When I check into the hotel they gave me a room that was already occupied by someone else. This was so scary to open up a room and someone else was in there and I wasn’t the only one that they did it too. I felt so uncomfortable the whole time I was there.

It is truly safe. The younger front deck lady is the best. Always has a smile on her face and the best attitude. She even fully try’s to resolve all conflict and accommodations. She needs to be the manager!

Appears to be an older hotel that has been rebranded as a Radisson. There was sticky stains on the bathroom counter as well as a slimey substance on the bathroom door handle.

Room was not the correct booked room, space was too small, had to rearrange furniture to let out the sofa bed. Lock on door had to be fixed, was partially falling off the door, bedding for sofa bed was not in bag. Had to request at the front desk and was told it was already in the bag in the room.

The room was nice and staff was friendly. The location was convenient and I felt safe. The only inconvenience was the room wasn't ready at check in, but they did show empathy. Also, there was an item left on the reference by a previous guest that wasn't noticed by housekeeping.

The sheets of one bed was rust stained or not clean. The remote for the tv was not there. The room number was not visible on the door. The breakfast was ok. The hotel isnot an 8/10 as expected. However, the front desk staff was very friendly, attentive, and quick to resolve any issue.

I really enjoy the room great customer service the only negative thing about it was they charge you an additional fee after being booked which they should have that in fine print other than that it was a very comfortable bed, room are just like the pics just bring your own pillows those pillows aren't that comfortable but I'll give them a four and a half star and I would book again ❤️

First appearance was nice but close inspection revealed black stains in shower, worn out floors, rusted shower hardware, marks on walls, noisy guests with kids, and the “restaurant” food was extremely expensive for the portion and quality, which was cafeteria level or lower.

One night stay in a road trip. Hotel is very clean and the room was excellent. Bonuses for breakfast, having a restaurant and bar open until 10:30.

Our check in wasn't bad, it was late and for pre-booking seemed to take a little long but a good value for an over night stay. Room seemed clean and a/c worked well. Room over looked the parking lot but curtains blocked most of the light. Toilet seat wasn't fastened on one side and only 1 large and 1 small bath towel but had 2 hand towels and wash cloths. Breakfast was very busy but had a large room and staff tried to keep it stocked. Several hot options, juices, coffee plus other things. We apprecaited a decent place to stop on a long drive home
