The breakfast was good. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

However the floor in the serving area was sticky. I just needed to be mopped better.

This is my favorite place to stay. Just love everything about it

I like that we were able to get a ground floor

They charged us a $100 dollars cash incidental deposit, the deposit was fine but they made it have to be in cash, what if a family had already booked, couldn't get a refund and couldn't come up with $100 dollars cash, it would make it quite an inconvenience. Then they don't have any record they can give you that you even paid it in cash, on top of that the room door lock latch was broken, the pull out mattress was dirty with candy stains , and other things. And there was this weird cat hanging out at the front door of the hotel, making threatening postures, I asked can you move your cat and the desk hostess was like it's not ours I just fed it it will be fine, except my wife's pregnant and it's not ideal to have cats around. It was not the cat as much as it was her disregard like so what if it bothers you. The deposit was a real inconvenience as well, I think about a family that might not have the cash, and was trying to find a nice place to lay their head for the night. We had to stay somewhere cause our home wasn't available and we just happened to be blessed to find a local bank where we could get the money.

The location was ok . The Lady on the Breakfast staff was doing a wonderful job in keeping everything stocked up and clean. The space in the room and bathroom was wonderful. The bed was comfortable. Having fridge , microwave, in the room is nice . Loved the lighting options and the charging stations throughout. The warmth in the pool room was so nice. The front desk workers were extremely kind as well as the janitor in the halls the morning of departure. The dresser space is good .

The toilet paper that was on the top holder was literally moldy and grunge... It could cause major infections/staff/ and disease .... The sofas need to be deep cleaned it could have been dry semen on them ... Idk it was white .... There was a hair dried to the wall in the shower and the bottom of the toilet had orangish fluids and grime on it ... There were no extra blankets for the sofa bed ... And there was a coffee package under the chair in the room ... No TV guide in the room ... & Rags laying on the bathroom counter ... Air conditioner smell extremely moldy upon turning it on ... The pool water could be cleaner .

They took everything out of my room before I checked out. Even my own personal items.

The location was awesome!! The breakfast was average. The staff was absolutely amazing!!

The hallway on the 3rd floor smelt like weed something awful!! The floors on that floor were filthy. The pool had an awful smell, it was difficult to be in the pool area due to the smell. Very disappointing overall!

Very nice. Breakfast was really good. Had lots of choices.
