The cost was great so was the location - if you want to drive to touristy Memphis. It was also quiet and comfortable.

Both lamp shapes were missing - just the bulb and 1 out 2 worked. There was a film of cleaner of the floor that made you slip and slide a bit, but we just wiped it up with a bath mat/towel. Unfortunately, there was no type of breakfast due to COVID.

Everything Place broken down and dirty in a very weird area just off the highway. No coffee maker, no breakfast, rude staff that couldn't process the payment with our preferred card. Everything in the room is broken, including furniture, burnt marks in the sheets, unsafe door in the bottom area. We are not picky but this was too much. Mold and humidity stains everywhere, as well as stained shower (we couldn't use it)

I never saw Hallmarc Inn because At ~11pm 11-28 I tried to book a room at Hallmarc Inn for the next evening but got the actual date mixed up and the Booking.com platform allowed me to make an impossible booking for 11-28 to 11-29 with a likely checkin of 6-7pm, impossible because at ~11pm 11-28 6 to 7pm 11-28 was hours in the history books. Hallmarc Inn apparently gleefully accepted this impossible booking emailing me at ~11pm 11-28 that a 6 to 7pm checkin for 11-28 was fine with them, ie free money--we'll take it. I will never use Bookingcom or Hallmarc Inn again and the Chase credit card used for the booking agreed with Booking.com and has been canceled.

The Bookingcom registration platform should not have accepted this impossible booking or, at very least, pointed out, in some way, that one cannot checkin before the actual booking. Calls to the Hallmarc Inn to ask them to move the booking to next evening led to it was impossible--deal with Bookingcom. It proved to be impossible to 'talk' to Bookingcom.

It’s very filthy, molded and smells like cigarettes. Hair everywhere. the AC was ripped out, one soap and 1 shampoo, no even 1 trash can. Costumer service-they where lost in space, gave us a wrong room and the card/key that doesn’t belong to it, we struggled couple times, back to the front desk, until they figured out that the key was submitted for a different door 🤦‍♀️. I do not know who did put “good” as review, it’s absolutely the worst hotel for $65. Regrettable stay.

Towels were clean. Mattresses were good.

The room was in disrepair with holes in the wall, broken lampshades. The walls and chair were filthy. Bugs in vanity area. No wifi connection in room. No breakfast, though advertised as having.

Roaches and spiders enough said. Well nothing like the picture I guess that's something else.

Absolutely nothing. NOTHING.

This hotel was horrible. From the driveway entrance, trying to pull in and looking like your going to fall into a giant hole. The front desk said we didn't have a reservation because they couldn't find it. Then they finally found it. We got to our room, which was absolutely DISCUSTING. SO Dirty. Everywhere. My kids found old chips under the bed, the bathroom door handle was legit BROKE. There were stains on the bedsheets and towels. There was hair in the bathtub. Soap scum marks, dust piled on every surface. Old toothpaste left behind the faucet. It was the WORST hotel I've ever been in. Dead bugs around the door and window. (Looked like June bugs) I have pictures of everything. My husband ran his fingers on the floor and they came up black. I took a pic of his socks, which were black. We couldn't even walk around the room without our shoes on. Even after our showers, we told the kids they had to put their shoes on to walk to the bed. We would never recommend this is anyone. The worst part, it wasn't just a $30 hotel that I might expect this. We paid about $75-$80 for a one night stay. Do NOT go here.

It was cheap, but not worth it.

The outside was beat up and old as is the inside. Carpet was coming up, there were stains all over the walls and the bathroom tub. The non smoking room smelled of smoke. The cups provided had already been opened. There was long black hair on one of the towels.

The size of the rooms were nice and the location for us was perfect

I didn't like the staff member behind the counter I tried getting a room inside but he refused because I only had the card info via text messages from my mother and I went online and booked it and it was 10 dollars more.
