We had 12 rooms with 35 drumline members, and the best staff and accommodations ever! Very nice and clean, extraordinarily helpful and friendly staff. The free breakfast was amazing, the gym was perfect, and the washer/dryer helped us and our members after a rainy competition at Cal State Fullerton. Even got some pool/hot tub time! Best hotel stay we've had in the last 12 years!

This was the first time staying here. Wish I found this hotel 4 years ago, would travel to Anaheim every year for trade show. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Have to mention the Manger Kevin, He has to be one of the friendliest Managers I have met, He would always announce me as Mr. Edward. Also have to mention Sam, I’m assuming short for Samantha, She would go out of her way to always say hello, If I ever needed anything she would help out. Dont want to leave out the rest of the staff,they where also friendly and accommodating

We are so glad to have found this hotel. Check in and out were so easy. The people were so friendly and helpful. Our room was made every day that we were there and it was clean when we got there, the place is highly recommended.

Bed was a little too firm for us and pillows weren’t the best, but I’ll take that for the cleanliness! Staff was nice.

First off I was treated very poorly by front desk staff. She had nothing but contempt in he voice and was quite rude. Upon entering the room all I could smell was cigarettes. When I told the same staff, I was told no other rooms were available. I suffered thru my stay but here it is 5 days later and tried calling all day to find out where my deposit was I was told I'm being charged for smoking in the room. They said they found a smoking pipe. Seriously I do not smoke any kind of pipe! Be very careful if you stay here they will make things up to keep your deposit

Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. Not much right around the hotel but about 5-10 min away is Fullerton Soco area with lots of food options

Extremely dirty hallways and room, really loud neighbors, one of the worst experiences i've had at a Best Western ever. Management and maintenance charged $125 for a water spill and initially lied about the cost of the "deep cleaning fee," saying it would be $30 and then changing it later (again, for a water spill-- apparently water requires a deep cleaning, but all the carpets being stained and smelling like cat urine is fine!)

The hospitality of the staff was top notch

Me and my husband stayed here for an anniversary just because it was in the middle of all the things we would be doin on this trip. Employees were really nice nothing bad to say about that. Breakfast was ok the waffle maker saved it for us. the sheets on our bed were to small and kept coming off the edges every time we got on it. Now here’s the part that bothered me they gave us a free upgrade which was nice however the rooms ac leaked the entire trip and the first night and waking up all of my stuff that I had set on the floor next to the AC ( nice shoes. Really nice bags and some electronics) all were sitting in a puddle of water. Which cause damage to some of our items I let the desk know about the incident wasn’t upset they said they would fix it while we were out. wake up the next day and I step in a puddle again. Again not mad I let the front best know again and same thing they would fix when we were out. This AC leaked the whole time and this was supposed to be an upgrade. They offered to switch rooms on the last night of our stay abut that was an inconvenience to pack everything up to sleep in a room for one night so we passed. I with they would have given us a discount of some kind for that inconvenience and let down of an upgrade. Again I wasn’t upset that our stuff got ruin things happens but to say its an upgrade and get a puddle of by your feet every day was kinda disappointing I thought they would have done somethin since we were nice and make it up to us but no

The hotel is conveniently located, close to a freeway, but not too close. It’s usually quiet & clean. Breakfast is not their strong suit…

This was a one night stay for a girls trip for a special night on the town. The location itself was convenient, a Denny’s right next-door. But close to the highway. The staff was super nice and helpful. The rooms were cleanly and a full service breakfast, the only complaint was not enough tables in the breakfast area. Overall a great stay

This is a nice hotel to stay at. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The service provided by the staff is great and I like the included breakfast.

Very dated rooms. Couldn’t find one usb outlet in room; in this day and age, that is almost unheard of. Peeling paint, dirty baseboards, dirty curtains, grout missing on bathtub tiles. Located next to small junkyard.

Our stay was amazing and ALL staff were very friendly. Room was very clean! A little far from everything but worth it! Bed were also very comfortable!

Super friendly front desk I paid alittle more for this hotel Thinking it would be super nice but Stains in both lamp shade were kind of gross All the furniture was wore and old It was clean and the mattress was comfortable Breakfast was included run away Eggs were from power and salty Just not much to talk about Go next door to dennys They could have upgraded the food

The bed was very hard. Not comfortable at all. I was given an upgrade to a more expensive room last time I stayed, and the bed was very comfortable. I will pay more next time and get a better bed. Otherwise the hotel is a really nice place to stay.
