Absolutely loved our stay, will come back again for another special occasion.

Great stay as always. But won’t book thru Expedia again …. Cause I didn’t get credit for my stay. I will book thru the hotel itself next time.

Room carpet was dirty and we also found a roach in the room during our stay which we had to kill. :(

Great location in terms of proximity to CSUF and the 57. Parking was ample and well lit. Our room was large and clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very helpful and accomodating when we had questions or needed to have our room serviced. We enjoyed the 2nd story pool and fitness center.

Hotel room was clean, staff was friendly. We had reserved room for 3 persons but there were no pillows for the pull out sofa bed, and only w sets of towels. Staff delivered them after we called front desk. Remote control for tv very cool, simple. Bathroom lighting pretty bad.

Overall, I would rate them fair; the hotel could use a little upgrade. The furniture was a little worn, the hotel's parking was challenging, and the area had very few dining options. The staff was great! They get an A

Proportionately great

The AC in the room did not work. It was so hot and clammy in the room. We even looked up videos to try and reset. It was late and we didn’t want to change rooms as we were already settled in. We ended up checking out @ 3:30 AM to start our trip earlier. It was definitely not worth the $200. Everything else was great!

Reservation was a bit screwed up upon arrival due to a change I made after booking — flight delay — but the hotel worked it out quickly with no headache for me

I had reserved the room for 4 people and there was only two towels. The carpet in the room was filthy. I had booked through a third party so I was denied to make any changes in my reservation, like two beds in a room. I was told they were sold out. I went online through Hilton, they still had rooms available. Breakfast and coffee were not ready at 6:30 like it stated on the sign.

Front desk staff are very nice. Booked room for 2 travelers, only had 1 set of towels. Went to front desk and was given another set. Asked for new towels next day-received only 1set again. WiFi is horrible. Logged into hotel site, still didn’t have access to WiFi.

overall visit was wonderful - could use more water pressure in the shower but was the ONLY negative. Will recommend

We spent a few nights here traveling for business. I had two reservations, one of which I was the additional person on the reservation. The person at check in had a little bit of an attitude and gave me a hard time until I finally got him to pull up the reservation and see that I was listed. The attitude was unnecessary and not the best first impression. The parking lot is small. Don’t park on the second level unless you want to walk down the stairs. Stick to the street or first level parking. On a positive note, the room was clean, nothing was broken, there were no funky smells in the room or in the hallway, it was nice and quiet, and most importantly to me, the bed was so comfortable! We had a king sized bed. It was spacious and not too hard or too soft. We slept well each night. We would consider returning just for the bed. Another plus, there are lots of places to eat in the area, one of which is a 24 hour Dennys right next door.

Not bad.

Here were the issues. First the keys did not work multiple times. Second I thought breakfast was included but it was not. Third I got cold cereal and coffee and toast and it took 30 minutes to get it and the restaurant was not busy. Finally I could not get a complete print out of charges only incidentals.

Amazing hotel and staff! Have stayed here before and will again our preferred hotel in this area!
