The hotel property had Haitian men with growling dog, training him or her without proper notification to me the only one that was left standing with my 4 year old son!!

Check -in was slow (nobody at the front desk.) Room was nice. Clean and comfortable. No hot tea at either the room or (hot) breakfast.

Late night check in was smooth… in the room, there was not clean. Old trash was in trash can, in shower, there was long hair attached on tub … breakfast was ok.. but no coffee. It ran out. Key cards kept reset and every time I came back, I have to go to front desk to reset

Property is outdated and a throwback to the early 80s. Rooms facing the atrium side feel like it’s always night. Despite only having three guests checkin that day, they would not move me to a room with a window facing outside with natural light.

Not as nice as it is rated! There was an odd musty smell in the elevator lobby area. And there were a lot of odd people hanging around the lobby, so my son and I went straight to our room and skipped breakfast.

The property is older but clean. Rooms are small but adequate. Breakfast was good. No issues. Not bad for a one night stay but i probably wouldn’t want to stay more than one night.

So, The front desk tried to help. The smell was unbearable in all the floors. Dogs throughout the night, won out bathrooms, nothing dusted, cleaned or may be take trash out. Imagine leaving your clean house to go to a hounded house. Iam not kidding. So, if you must sleep here, please remember to come with your own soap, bleach, scrab, mop, slippers, and disinfectants. Then come here and and tell me that I was right.

Hotel is old and needs some love. Lobby could be great but its not. Front desk helped seemed frazzled bcs internet wasn't working which is understandable.

Room appeared to have NOT been entered at all during stay. Trash not emptied. Linens not replaced.

Did not have room I booked on line available, room they gave me had a bad smell, toilet did not work, wouldn't flush. Shower ceiling was very moldy looking, complementary didn't have any fruits or juices

The staff, especially the front desk lady.The breakfast was wonderful! I wasn't impressed w the shampoo and conditioner or the blanket but overall it's one of our favorite places to stay ! O don't forget the Pool w the cool lights!!!

This property back in the day was incredible! We’ve stayed here while in Stillwater for many years, had family stays, swimming parties and a graduation party here back in 2008, and sadly have seen it diminish in its age. The breakfast was good, staff was very helpful, such a beautiful space aging with not so much grace.

Pool didnt look appealing. Balcony smelled room seem dingy. For a nights stay it passed. However it could have been better

The pool and hot tub were not working, stated they didn’t have any chlorine. The pool and hot tub were both full of big chips in the floors. Our room had a t-shirt in the drawer from a previous guest and the other drawers were dirty. An employee had their big dog with her and she did not keep hold of the leash and it ran towards us. She just yelled at the dog instead of coming after it. It appeared to have been a nice place at one time, but not anymore. Was definitely not as advertised on Expedia, was old pictures and not current pictures.

Property was in horrible condition. The doors were sticking hard actually open alarms were going off in rooms and never shut off throughout four from 8 AM to 4 PM. Rooms were always being cleaned doors always open never shut while people were while the cleaning crew was nowhere to be found Building looked as if it was 70 years old very difficult to believe that they’ve cleaned or done a deep clean ever very uncertain if sheets bedding was changed or cleaned

Staff was amazing! Customer service was the best! even the roaches in the bathtub coming out of the wall were super friendly. They would hand you the TP and shampoo as needed.
Beds were super comfy and the room was amazing. definately will stay again!

Elevator didn’t work ans our tv was broken. They also had poor snack and drinks to purchase. The hotel needs updated on the inside bad. It appears to have been updated on outside to look nice.

Elevator broke down with my father inside it. The person at the front desk said that sometimes it just gets stuck and kind of chuckled. She reset it and my father was able to get off. Elevator was out of service the next morning.

This hotel was a dive. Elevator wasnt working, ice machine on our floor didn't work, there was a dirty sponge in the hallway the entire stay. The main bathroom off the breakfast area had a dirty towel on the sink. Very dissapointed. Staff was less than helpful. For what we paid, we were very disappointed that a Wyndam Hotel would be so run down and unkept.

The hotel lobby and breakfast area was so hot. It was awful eating breakfast and sweating. We got there and the clerk said I looked in shape so he put us on 4th floor and the elevator was broke the whole time.
The hotel smelled like pot and old building, mold. The WiFi did not work at all the whole time. The outside door to the back parking lot did not lock and was left open the entire time.
Mold in shower, no fan in bathroom.
I asked if there were discounts due to all the issues and the clerk said u don’t know I’ve only worked here a week. Then stared at me. I told her to please make a note on our stay about my request.
