First time staying in Birmingham and we really enjoyed our stay. Being that close to everything was definitely a plus. Staff was amazing as well.

This hotel is still in good shape even though it is a little older. The bed was comfortable. The television worked and had cable tv choices. The bathroom was clean and looked as though it had been remodeled. The room was quiet even thought there was a children's group elsewhere in the hotel. I chose the hotel because my conference was there the next day. I had a good stay.

My stay was very nice and the location is wonderful lot of shopping is close by don’t have to travel far for a nice dinner and the room was very clean I give it a thumb up

The stay was exceptional. However, during checkin I was told that I would be able to check out with no additional charge. The morning after when I verified this, I was told it would be a 50.00 charge because the of the late check out.

We arrived at the Hotel around 5:45 in the evening. After waiting in line to check in for over 30 mins. I was informed that they did not have a room ready for us. The posted check in time is 4 o’clock. The put us into the Que and would text us when the room was ready. We received the text at 7:31. We the. Waited in line again for about 30 mins to finally check in. The check in process took another 20 mins. We did not get into our room until 8 PM. At no time did the staff do anything to make the situation better.

Awful odor permeated all floors of the hotel. Smelled like sewage. Lighting in the rooms was poor. Parking was ridiculous. Then having to haul luggage up 2 separate elevators. Poorly laid out. Refrigerator in the room didn’t work. No microwave in the room. Could have paid less and had better amenities somewhere else.

Hotels. com !! you guys screwed us ! we had this room booked since August 31 st. Then we drive 4 hours and get there and they have no numbers that even match your confirmation number and hotel was sold out ! we almost missed football game and had to scramble to find somewhere to stay!!! fake confirmation number and I had all the booking numbers...

Upon check in we found our room was locked from the inside. I waited in the hall for 45 minutes before going to the desk and asking for a new room. We dropped our bags and went to the beach. Once back in our 2nd room. we discovered BED BUGS!!!!!!! again I was moved to another room and told the manager would call me the next day. I had to go to the desk and ask for the manager she knew nothing about my troubles. She stated she would refund my trip...... still not refunded!

Very convenient to all your needs, clean, and staff friendly. Only downfall was chrging $22 daily for self parking. Other than that everything was perfect!

Everything was good, rooms were a little outdated. There was some type of fire or something and we weren't notified so that was a little scary to learn the following day by some of the parents staying there the next morning.

I love that the mall was in the same building and how clean the property.

A few hairs in the bathroom, room otherwise clean. The doors close very loudly and the walls are thin to where you can hear your neighbors easily. I recommend bringing a sound machine. Service was great

I drove to Birmingham with my kids to stay at this hotel only to find out that they do not accept my card to be put on file. I was basically homeless until I found another hotel.

The staff was extremely friendly as property, and we enjoyed our room as it was clean and well equipped, but one of the main reasons we booked the hotel was to hang out at the pool to find out when we got there that the pool was closed

I was celebrating my birthday so I booked this particular hotel, strictly based on them having an outdoor rooftop pool as well as a hot tub. After Getting comfortable in the room and putting on my swimsuit, I noticed that the pool area was down for a whole season. I really want my money back

Property was clean, but overall is an old facility. Everything in the rooms are outdated, and the sheets are old and uncomfortable .Additionally, they charge $22 to park in the parking garage and 28 for valet, which is ridiculous. Depending on who is working at the front, the customer service was mediocre

Check-in was quick and easy. The facility was very clean and inviting. I love how close it was to everything. The staff was super nice and accommodating. I just hate that we had to pay additional for parking. Great stay overall.
