It was close to the strip.

The hotel was clean. But it doesn’t stand by Wyndham name. There used to be other Wingate by Wyndham in same area, which was much better overall. We stayed, but breakfast was not at all good. It was all package and/or processes food with sugar.

Bed was very hard and could hear everything in the room next to ours. Unsatisfactory

The bed was comfy the service was ok. The breakfast was horrible. Don’t put on the website that you’re having all this food and have gross cereal and waffles while there was a line for the waffles that was very deceiving.

It was very clean, staff was very nice. Breakfast was good. We would stay there again.

Very convenient and clean. Bed could be a bit more comfortable, creamers for the coffee in the lobby, and 10:00 end to continental breakfast would be great. Thanks!

The shower dripped, was rusty. The towel bar was falling out of the wall. The mirrors needed updating as they were falling apart. No local TV available, only streaming available with no prior notice to bring passwords for personal accounts. Lighting was very poor in bathroom/vanity area. Freezer was very dirty with dirty water in ice cube tray. No tissues were available.

This hotel was a dump I'll never use your service again it was just a waste of money and a lot of lies on your website

When we first arrived they messed up our reservation then they told us there was no elevator to bring the luggage to 2nd floor so now we're supposed to log the luggage up the stairs the rooms smell they came and spary.the rooms the beds were bad did not.get a good nite sleep we ask for more towels they said after three days we will get fresh towels we went out and brought new towels it look like there was no one front desk every time i went by ist day we went for breakfast and there was no cream for the coffee no oj. No apple juice no butter for thr pancakes so we went out every day i can go on & on i stay at wingate by wyndham many times this was the worst hotel that we have stayed in and it will be the last time that i will be staying in and we take a couple of vacation a year and i will be letting family & friends not stay at any wyndham i don't no what happened to this hotel chain . Just a a place to lay your head, safe and the least expensive around but it showed. My son said, “It could have been worse”.

The lady at the reception was really rude.The wifi and TV didnt work night #2.Everytime I was asking for something the answer was like I was bothering them.Pete , that was working overnight #2 was very kind.

Sheets and towels not changed. Room not cleaned. Hair dryer didnt work. Tv was useless. Floor was not cleaned.

Quite frankly, this property is not one i would recommend. It is by far one of the worst hotels in the Lake George are. When we arrived we where met with no one at the front desk and had to call for an agent to come. The first had horrible odor stained couch and stained bed sheets. 5he second room was no better as it had the same horrible odor and stained bed sheets. The agent at the front desk did not care nor made any effort to apologize or rectify the situation. It took 3 days to finally speak with a manager who was rude, condescending and has no business working in hospitality. This individual refused to give his name and refused to help make the situation better and instead made it worse by continuously making the situation worse. He refused to the very end to give his name and walked away from us mid conversation. A call to Wyndam hotels resulted in customer service giving us the name of the general manager (MJ Parar) who later told us that the manager was not available until Monday. The hotel to date has refused to acknowledge and speak with expedia and has refused to rectify the situation.

Overall is a nice place to stay but a bit far from the town and lake by walking

Hotel Bathroom was dirty & the sheets were stained & dirty. My wife & I went out to the local store, bought pillowcases & sheets. Strong smell of curry coming into the rooms. We were going to stay there for 2 days. We left after the first night & Booked Fort Williams Henry Hotel. Worth every penny.

Stay was nice in general , the pool need maintenance and despite suppose to be smoking free , smells marijuana in the halway

I liked the cleanliness and staff very pleasant, very clean swimming pool although only to be use in the summer ,kind of disadvantage,one of the umbrellas by the swimming pool was broken . Breakfast area wasn't good , very limited food to grab ,cream cheese was put in a little container and it was the one that comes in a bar ,so everyone would have to pick on it ,not the most hygienic way ,muffins weren't packed separately. Saw a roach by the syrup jar ,which made me step out right away .

The front desk was not easy to work with. The safe didn’t work and they said most of them in motel didn’t work. The TV didn’t work. Not happy with their ability to accommodate or try to satisfy people staying there. It was their way and only their way. Poor customer service! Breakfast had poor choices all carbs no protein. Would not recommend staying there!

Property was average. No elevators in property hence had to lift baggage up the stairs. Bugs in the room.

Nice price, clean rooms and friendly staff. Outdoor pool and big parking lot. The only short challenges we had were tv / phone connectivity.

Short stay. The only problem I had was could not find staff.

Looks to be somewhat remodeled a few years ago, but this place still way behind the times. Outlets did not work in bathroom sink area, so we could not use blow dryer. Closest outlet also did not work. Room was very dark with only nightstand light, and desk light. Beds were uncomfortable, and for a room with two full beds, only two towels were provided. My wife needed a toothbrush, so I went to the desk at 7 AM, but there was nobody working counter. Parking lot was pretty empty when we left on Sunday morning. This would pretty much tell the tale at this place. Definitely will not stay here again. You get what you pay for was in full effect this trip.

In overall, this place was excellent. Great location. Will ask to improve breakfast options. Would like to see more hot foods for breakfast. Thanks!
