I checked out on Dec 7 and had one day Dec 8th on the reservation and the facility refused to refund one day even though I had left location. I would like a refund for December 8th.

Not the greatest location. Streets are super narrow. Room view of 5 freeway very noisy. Tub faucet constantly dripping in bathroom. Will never ever stay at this hotel again. Booked for 2 nights ended up leaving after first night. No refund. Not happy at all.

We paid for a bigger room and then hotel said no that’s not what they received and they didn’t have one. Location is right by the interstate 5 very noisy!!! A/C unit was loud and didn’t work properly. Glad we were only here for one night. I would not stay here again.

The beds were very comfortable and the room big enough for two people.
Unfortunately the mini fridge in this room froze our drinks. There was only one small trash can in the whole room. Overall I would recommend for the price and location.

The staff were lovely. The hotel has older furnishings, but was adequate. The pool is heated year-round and i wanted to try it, but never got there. The proximity to Old Town was awesome! We never needed a car!

Bathroom was dirty, there was hair on bathtub from previous guest I guess. It didn’t smell clean at all. There is only one mirror in bathroom. Coffey machine was not working.

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Always accessible. Room was clean but old. Salty seas have aged the windows and screens-screen was broken to unable to enjoy ocean breezes. Breakfast was standard but good

Our room was near the freeway and ice machine. It was loud. Also the outside light was shining in our room. The black out curtain had holes and didn’t shut all the way. The bed was comfortable though.

The parking is enclosed, but they charge $16 a day which seems excessive. There’s no where else to park and why charge??? The room was fine, the breakfast was a hot breakfast. The desk clerk was very nice.

We were there to attend Marine Corp Bootcamp graduation. It’s very close to the base and walkable to all the shops and restaurants.
Convenient store also walking distance.
Breakfast consisted of waffles, eggs, sausage, toast, bagels,cereal, muffins, cereal and yogurt.
There were 9 of us and we had 3 rooms which were next to each other with two of them being connected which made it great for us.
There was some street noise at night and even though we were poolside never heard any outside noise.
Maid service was available as needed.

Skylight allowed for loud freeway traffic. TV remote didn't work well. Lagged or wouldn't work at all. Internet Service was spotty. Sometimes it would kick me off. Bathtub drain stopper was broke and was difficult to open back up to drain tub. Someone slid a delivery menu threw the door and scared the bejesus out of me.

The hotel is a walkable distance from Old Town. Clean and quiet. I found the breakfast buffet was lacking in the egg department. The driest tasteless eggs ever. But there are bagels and waffles

Our room was very very dirty, the shower floor was black from neglect. The room had a strange almost mold like smell. I had showered and walked around in the room and only a few minutes later my feet were black from the dirty carpet. This Comfort Inn was probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. In terms of value there hardly is any as i was charged $142.50 half of what i thought was total before i arrived, then was charged another $275 upon check in and $100 for incidentals then today our last day there another charge for $142.50? Stay away from this place.

All the staff were super friendly. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was also good with a lot of food choices. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was good sized and the beds were very comfortable. There was no room service and we did not get fresh towels. The staff was friendly. We were on the second floor and could hear someone walking around in the room above us and every time they flushed their toilet. Nonetheless, the location was convenient. I may stay there again for the location.

Coming into the property was a little confusing because the entrance is prior to entering the freeway and the parking you can only see entering was for handicap and three other cars. But once entering you can then see the parking garage underground low clearance. Staff was very friendly and polite and professional. The room could have been cleaner such as the carpets (little dirty) and bathrooms (toiletries not refilled or broken). The mini refrigerator was not cooling. The beds top comforter on the bottom corners was dirty. But the rest of the bed was clean. Our room was the bottom floor in the corner and our window faced the freeway entrance so all night we heard cars, and there is no railing protecting the window. Literally anyone can break that and get in.

Great spot! The staff tried to double charge one of our cars for parking. 3 cars but 4 rooms so we should pay for 4 cars? In the end we found out about it and they begrudgingly reversed the extra fee so all good. Decent rooms and a simple breakfast. Just what we needed.

I have ordered a room with two beds months in advance and when the day came where I was going to check in, they called me saying they didn’t have a two bed anymore and only a one bed. I asked for a price reduction and they said no. My family also had a room there and they cancelled her room saying they didn’t have a room for her because she didn’t have a card on file. No contact about the cancellation. She still has the check in available on her end. They said they can’t help her and sent her away even though she had the room months in advance and we were all there for family day and graduation day for the marines. Horrible hotel would never stay there again. Our lights didn’t work and part of the walls wallpaper was falling apart.
