Room itself was nice and clean. The area is very congested overall, but could walk 15 mins to a Metro. Parking is ridiculously expensive. Maybe stay again when don't have a car.

Missed connecting flight then had to stay over for about 5 hours. This hotel was very clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle is convenient.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was very pretty inside and the breakfast/lunch restaurant was very good. The only down side is the room we had didn't have a ledge on the shower floor so we had to place a towel on the floor when showering so that the water wouldn't spill out as much. We would return again.

Buffet breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Drinks by Deborah were made with love. All the staff i encounter were very friendly and courteous. My biggest issue was hair in shower, on shower curtain and on the floor that clearly wasn't mine.

The hotel was immaculate! The staff was friendly, attentive and very courteous. I will definitely stay there every time I visit my family.

Everytime I go to DC I stay at this hotel . I go at least once a month. This particular time I was disappointed. The staff is always amazing ! Especially Allen at the check in desk . But they are definitely raising the prices down at the bar and kitchen . Last I was there in May, the drinks went from $12-$14 to $23-$25 . Then you have mice running around outside the establishment and a union protesting in front of the establishment. Trying to fix something that isn’t broken is the issue . There’s no need for wooden room keys if you’re going to raise prices every 2 months

Hotel is in a great location and was very clean. Staff was welcoming and addressed guests' concerns.

2023 and 2024 elevators did not work

Only had use of a few elevators that was the only bag thing other than a/c in common areas was not working week enough when at full capacity by people, also elevators don't have a/c so being on them was a sauna. Room was great and shuttle service was great

Another good stay. The hotel struggles to accommodate the heat created by large conventions. Hopefully a remedy is found for that. Otherwise a good stay.

Beautiful property. Conveniently located near Reagan airport. Booked an extended stay for my first trip to DC. The hotel boasts two restaurants: breakfast and dinner. Free breakfast was above average and a nice extra perk. Definitely worth the additional fee. Servers were inconsistent with their attentiveness and customer service during free breakfast, despite the low number of customers. Seemed a bit like they didn’t care (ex. Wouldn’t refill drinks) and were quick to give you the bill before you finished eating. Only ate dinner once at the restaurant. Seemed a bit overpriced and was average at best. The shuttle was often not being used but when asked, was told that it was “unavailable”. Several workers would be outside around the valet and door, but wouldn’t open the doors or ask if you needed shuttle service. Thankfully, Uber is relatively cheap to get to and from DC tourist attractions (around $10 each way) and they are responsive. Housekeeping was inconsistent, I had to contact them several times to refresh the room. Overall, a good choice for a short stay if you aren’t looking for a high level of customer service and hospitality. Wouldn’t recommend for a stay longer than 3 days.

The only thing is the high cost of parking. $55 a night is ridiculous. However, everything else about my stay was amazing. All staff were great and accommodating. We were able to find street parking so that was great.

Stay has been very pleasant staff were very informative on things going on for the weekend around the area and where to find shops. My family has definitely enjoyed our stay and will return for sure.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff were supportive and accessible around the clock, ensuring we had everything we needed. Our room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and while the pillows could have been a bit bigger, it wasn't enough of an issue to request more. The bathroom was pristine with a tiled walk-in shower featuring a rain shower head. There were plenty of amenities, including a restaurant in the building and a market store across the street. There was a local seven/eleven convenience store just around the corner that was walking distance as well. We ordered coffee at the market one day, which was typical but satisfying. While the price of bottled water was a bit high, it's understandable in such settings. The only minor inconvenience was the parking; valet service cost $45 a night (for a sedan), and there was only one valet attendant when we arrived, leading to a bit congestion and quite the wait. I accidentally left my sunglasses in the car, but it wasn't worth the hassle of retrieving them from the valet. Upon check out they attempted to charge me $55 a night and it was quickly rectified when I mentioned it. Despite this, I would highly recommend this hotel. I wish we had chosen the Hyatt initially rather than trying to save money at another location, as we ended up here anyway after a terrible experience elsewhere. Other than the parking, everything else was amazing.

The staff was friendly, inviting, helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast was good. The furniture was comfortable and clean. The TV offers "cast" from a device which was neat. Thermostats were functioning and responsive. Plenty of outlets near both sides of the beds, around the room, and on the desk. Parking was pretty expensive (but that seems to be the norm in DC). However, we did have in and out privileges. They have a small gift shop, Cinnabar for dining options. The hotel has an overall nice atmosphere. Nothing too extravagant or mind blowing but it's nice. The workout facility is small and cramped but it has everything you'd need for a full body workout. The pool was closed. I had two issues. 1.) calling the lobby and front desk from the room phone gave a busy signal EVERY time. 2.) there was an unknown flying bug in the room which I killed. Overall the hotel experience was pleasant. I would've easily omitted my two problems, but I'd prefer to he honest. Would I stay here again? I would for sure.
