Very noisy room to the outside. No extra blanket in room

Just stayed for a night and the property looks updated despite it being an old building. Overall, very decent, but the most impressive thing to me was how quiet it was! (It probably helped that my room faced a residential street.)

This hotel is a great value stay! Good beds and amenities.

The restaurant and lounge are excellent.

The room toilet did not work but did not discover until midnight. And there was construction but that was not a huge issue. Facility and rooms were very lovely The biggest review that I can give is the service at the front desk was excellent! I mainly had 2 gentleman who helped me get rooms for guests sorted out and they were patient and accommodating!

Staff very friendly, very clean, close to a main road, but not noisy.

Excellent Front Desk staff. Always willing to listen and act on needs. Beautiful clean rooms. Only problem was out toilet didn’t work when we got in room late and had to go to public bathroom.

The front desk staff were great

they are going through renovations outside but needs inside too. the carpet was totally stained, I was in a room by the stairs and all night long people were coming and going and the door is really loud. I was up most of the night with the constant loud door shutting. hopefully renovations will happen inside as well

The stay here was perfect, The Firestone had great food at a very reasonable price. It is right off the hiway with easy access back to hiway for those traveling. I would stay there again as it was a great stay.

It was an excellent stay for a quick nite as i was tired from a day on the road

The first room was carpet was dirty, so they transferred us to a second room. The second room, the light in it. It was very dim. The bathroom was dark. They need to improve their lighting.

The overall feel of the hotel was good and the restaurant was very good. The only suggestion I have (and it is a personal preference) is that the room lacked a clear enough place and light to sit and read.

Room was nice. When we arrived front lobby doors to Hotel were locked. Had to stand and wait for pribably 15 minutes while we rang bells? Tried calling When I checked in front desk clerk could barely speak english. When I got my wife settled in room I headed back out to get luggage. Front doors of this big hotel were again locked and nobody at desk of this big hotel so i again repeated the long process of trying to get in building. We only stayed here at this Hotel because of nephews wedding reception going on at this facility. Staff involved with that were excellent and event very well looked after. However changes in front desk staff very much needed. In morning I attempted to extend a stay for one of the familiy members who were staying in a different room but didnt have a credit card. The front desk staff could not communicate in the ifea of the simple thing we were trying to do. I just wanted to pay amd guarantee the room for them with my credit card We went around in circles with a language barrier until I got upset and moved everbody over to Ramada. Highly recommend them and NOT the coast

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We had a good meal.

The room sheets and bed were dirty and didn't have any spare room or ability to clean for us. The location was convenient with the swimming pool nice and clean

The hotel only provide very limited amenities—no regular coffee, no body lotion, even no cup/glass for tooth brushing. The room is very small too.

Front Desk staff both at check in and check out were not the friendliest, but other than that we had a pleasant stay
