The hotel is a dump. It is in dire need of a renovation. The bathroom was filthy and in very poor condition. It was a home football game weekend for Iowa which is why price was $350/night, which is ridiculous.

Tv and AC didn’t work. Figured out the outlet was broken for the AC and it only worked if we twisted the plug in place. Staff is friendly and respectful.

I stayed here while my husband was in the hospital. It had been a very bad day when I checked in at 10:00 pm. Randy, the desk clerk was so kind and friendly. It was such a positive experience. Then, at breakfast, Randy again was helpful and just as friendly as he was the night before. The world needs more Randys.

It was as I expected from a 2-3 start hotel. Clean, nice staff, affordable price, and close to everything I needed. The only complaint was no shampoo but it didn't bother me, as I just grabbed some from the front desk.

I had a reservation for 4 room: for 1 night. I canceled 2 with you over the phone. I have the cancellation email from Expedia. The hotel would not honor it and charged me for the 2 I cancelled. I had to pay you a fee for cancelling so now I super overpaid. I am so mad

Asked for first floor but the room I was assigned had someone in it and so gave me second floor and that room wasn’t cleaned so front desk person came to second floor and checked 6 rooms before a clean room was found and was promised a reimbursement but manager wasn’t available even by phone on check out

Where to start, check in was ok, not the friendly service I’ve gotten but, whatever. Got to my room about 2am, the comforter on the bed was dirty and had stains all over it, gross. The floor had crap all over it like nobody vacuumed, my fridge had hair in it, disgusting. The shower had man hair all over it and the drain was clogged. Overall, would not recommend and I definitely will never go back. Should have paid a few more dollars to stay at a better hotel. Or kept my $100 and slept in my car.

Very unclean property. The one queen bed in our room was urine stained and there were multiple other stains throughout the room. Normally would have spoke to the front desk about the issue but when we went to talk with the woman that was there, she was outside smoking weed.

The staff was really friendly and accommdating. One of the beds was broken in our room and we had no shampoo, only conditioner. These are things that should have been noticed/checked by staff when cleaning the rooms proior to our arrival.
