Friendly staff, clean, easy access and perfectly located

For the price you cant beat it. The remodeled rooms are nicely done. Great for stays longer than just a night or two.

When I went to the assigned room the door was open and the maintenance guy was sitting in the chair in the corner of the room watching tv and on his phone. I was switched to another room because he was in there working. Tv in the new room would stay on all of 2 seconds then turn off constantly. Informed the front desk and I was told maintenance would be by. I am checking out in a few hours and maintenance never came and still no working tv.

The staff were amazing and exceptionally friendly. The area of the motel was a bit sketchy and I didn’t feel safe at night to take my pet out. The pet area was very smelly and people didn’t clean up after their pets. There are renovations going on, our room was beautiful. The bed was uncomfortable, there was tissue stuff in/over the peep hole. No fault to the hotel but the people in the next room and a few rooms down stayed out in the walkway until 2:30am on their phone, talking, and yelling loudly both nights, and it echoed keeping us up most of the night. The parking lot was dirty and the parking is ridiculous. I do believe there were people living there, and seemed to be people hanging around that didn’t belong there making me feel unsure and unsafe. We checked out this morning and our sink didn’t drain, the jetted tub gurgled all night, and when we turned our keys in the office was full of many customers that their rooms had sewage back up in their rooms, ruining some of their personal items, and they could no longer stay in their rooms.

Pool wasn’t working but good other than that

Clean, newly renovated rooms, parking was tight. Walking distance to Gatlinburg trail, we saw a bear almost every day for a week, several times in motel property. Dog friendly.

Property is okay it's not the fact the property is okay it's the fact that when you ask for a refund you should get a refund when you don't stay at the property so I'm not really happy with the respect but I've got because I've not got anything back when I didn't stay here

You get what you pay for. Very conveniently located and cheap in price.

The rooms were clean and remodeled no coffee makers nor phone in the room so if you need the front desk you have to walk all the way to the front. Staff was very friendly. There were a lot of bears but they were friendly not aggressive. The pool DOES NOT WORK it is closed however they will let you swim at the days inn down the road. Will stay there again

Very friendly staff, clean room, and pet friendly. Parking is tight and limited when busy.

When we first walked in the room smelled of animal urine. It ending up being on the floor and one of our bags and clothes ended up smelling like it the next day.

The woman at office attitude was not very nice.under staffed for rooms being cleaned and had to get with staff twice for clean towels! Good part was dog friendly

Nastiest hotel ever stayed in. The door would not shut. People had smoked in room. Toilet would. It flush. People smoking weed at pool. Stayed one night bc it was late when we arrived. Next morning called Expedia they charged me $130 to cancel the one night!! Screwed me over

First off the photos are old photos from like early 2000s, apparently. This when we arrived, the place was run down, there were toilets and beds sitting nex to the dumpsters on the property, the surrounding buildings were horrible. There were also people in front of a room smoking meth. This place is not how the photos depicted the area. I contacted expedia about a refund due to the unsafe and uncleanly area also because it was false advertised as to what we were making a $250 reservation for. Upon comtacting expedia, yhey stated they were so sorry for the experience, and they understand, but unfortunately i cannot recieve a refund. I ate 250 bucks because i will jot let my wife stay in a place like this. Screw motel 6 gatlinburg and screw expedia, i will never book usimg them again! AMEN.

The room was very clean! The staff was friendly and always courteous.

Frienfliness, helpful

The motel was right outside the entrance of the Smoky Mountains, so it was conveniently located. The room was very spacious/clean and it even had a fire place. The only problem was that the toilet did not fill up water after each flush, so I had to play MacGyver and use the trash bin to fill up water and pour it into the tank. Overall, it was wonderful.

Should have a sign up dont feed the bears. Then put dog food at my door for the bears to eat. When signing on to the there was an warning sign . It said the password at this site is listed on the googles list of passwords in a data breach. Could be just my laptop having the issue. The other laptop didnt have that problem. Everything else was great.

Room didn’t stay cold due to there being no wether stripping around the door. You could see clear through around the whole door even tho it was stuck. Which also intel had the night bugs coming through a little because of outside light being on in the walkway. The fridge barely kept my items cold at all. The pool that was there wasn’t even functional and we couldn’t use it at all.

Used to always stay here but not as clean as it used to be. The staff is always great!

NOT worth the price. Dirty, smelly and needs updating.

A little off the main strip but an amazing hotel for the money! Right on the trolley line also. Rooms are quiet, beds are comfy, showers are hot, but AC wasn’t the best. The pool was under renovation but looks super nice. Staff was friendly. I would come again! Even saw some bears! I’d definitely stay here again
