They didnt clean my room

The staff was friendly and helpful. We were in town for a family function and we're traveling with a cake that needed to be refrigerated and there were able to store it overnight for us. Will definitely stay here next time we are in town

Hotel was really nice and clean. Huge parking lot that accommodated our car hauler.

I called 2 weeks prior to going and asked about a discount that they were giving to my car club to get a discount since we were booking so many rooms I get to the place and was told they couldn’t do anything for me. Ok no problem it is what it is. Then I go and get a hair cut came back to room to find all the towels were gone and none were replaced had to call down to lobby and ask for some waitress an hour and a half and nothing so I had to use a damn floor mat towel to dry myself as well as my wife did I brought it up to the ladies at the counter and they looked at me as if they didn’t care so much for customer service. Was there 4 nights made bed one time throughout trash once never came back with extra towels or clean ones. Just a joke of service most disappointing stay I’ve ever had and paid damn near a thousand dollars for this horrible service.

From the outside the property looks horrible and unsafe, there was a used condom in the parking lot. The water wasn’t working when we got there. It didn’t start working until way later night. The person that cleaned our room only pulled the cover over and didn’t fix the sheet. Didn’t get towels until I asked the housekeeper for them. Hotel is in walking distance of ihop and other things. The front of the hotel was blocked off.

The staff was amazing!

I arrived after a 5 hour drive, with my family, to be told I didn't have a reservation. The young man tkld me they had overbooked by 3 rooms. The hotel attempted to charge my credit card on file 3 times prior to my arrival. I had to drive 45 minutes to Indiana just to have a place to sleep despite having a reservation.

Clean, and super quiet. Would stay again.

The person checking us in was fast, but not helpful. Didn’t say our room number, didn’t say where elevators were. Didn’t tell us if our reservation included breakfast or not. Bad communication

The location entrance was unsafe to turn end due to traffic.

The room was very nice. The front desk was nice also. I am a little frustrated that I paid extra for breakfast but wasn’t able to utilize it. On weekends it opens later than during the week and my daughter’s volleyball started before the breakfast opened so I wasted $20 on a meal we couldn't eat.

Really nicely remodeled Holiday Inn. Beds were very comfortable, Pool area was nice. Didn't get to use a hot tub as it was non-existant and being remodeled, but no big deal. Lots of Resteraunts nearby and a decent breakfast buffet for $10

The rooms are clean, but the lack of easily accessible electric outlets at the desk made work very difficult. Or the ability to charge a cell phone.

We had just checked in and were in the room about 15 minutes when a staff member just opened our room door and said sorry and ran off closing the room door. The staff member did not even knock. When I ran after her she was already at the stair door. When I asked her why she came to my room, she said she was checking to see if we needed towels. If that was the case, why did she not ask us so and why did she not have any towels in her hand. I find the lack of privacy give me less trust and security to return to this hotel. Even though the hotel is under renovation, their was no discount. My room was situated near the elevators (people laughing and talking as they came out of the elevator) and the vending machine (someone was pounding on the machine which woke me out of my sleep) which makes it a noisy night for a very light sleeper.

Holiday Inn was partially under reconstruction.

Nice, accommodating staff. Room was comfortable. Some construction on property.

VERY nice room. Felt right at home immediately. My travel companion and I both thought the beds were extremely comfortable and we slept wonderfully. The coffee selection in the room was tasty. Provided toiletries were nice. The only real area for improvement was the staff--they were adequate and checked us in and out efficiently. They were just missing that genuine warmth and welcoming that would have pushed our experience to the top!

Absolutely superb check-in clerk. All was wonderful.

Bathroom toilet runs day and night. Floors in bathroom looked like they were never swept or mopped. dressers and stand were dirty. Found Ants walking all over the walls. I asked front desk if they could get someone to kill them while out. They agreed but, when returned nothing was done. Thank goodness We just used the room to sleep and shower in.

First room that we went into wasn’t that great had a few complaints walked down to the front desk and they offered a new better room and it was great no complaints! Would stay again and it was decent rates

The front counter staff was friendly and helpful. Checking in was quick and easy. The front desk called to make sure I was settled in and asked if I was satisfied with my room.

No bugs! The entire experience was great, the staff was soooo nice and when I come back I will be staying again.

Very old hotel. Design from the 1960‘s. On the first night the Fire Alarm went off in the early morning. No explanation from staff. Elevator was then out of service as staff didn’t know how to reset elevator. We had to climb to 7th floor all day. Breakfast was free according to Expedia but they charged 10$ for it. Breakfast was awful . As it was laying there for hours. Uneatable eggs and French Toast was hard like a rock. Entire hotel needs to be redone and staff needs to be better trained. Location is good but that’s about the only positive point.

The check-in day the woman in service desk very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
