The room was horrible dirty couches and sheets the bathrooms horrible as well inside the fridge food from the previous guest the bed was super uncomfortable

Overall a good stay! The lamp in one of our rooms was not working and the bathroom door in the same room would not latch closed. Bathroom space is very limited as well. The rooms AC worked great, but the heat not so much as the room got cold at night.
Customer service/front desk was fantastic. I know they are doing room renovations as well currently.

Stay was ok. Very convenient to areas we wanted to go. Room was good but could use a coffee table. Room was fairly well equipped except there was no spatula or wisp included in utensils so limited cooking of breakfast. A couple things made stay less enjoyable - someone hit our vehicle on parking lot and just left. Then there was a big domestic dispute right in front of our room with man yelling he had a weapon. Made it very scary for our grandchildren. Police did resolve the incident. But front desk staff seemed unconcerned when I told them about these various concerns.

Disappointed in the lack of customer service upon check in. Our room did not have the 2 beds shown in the photo when reserving and we tried to communicate that with her. She made us very uncomfortable and was accusatory as if we were trying to get something for free. We did order breakfast and coffee's with a much better experience. The man and woman helping us were very professional and helpful. Overall, the hotel appeared clean, but had an overpowering smell of Raid bug spray. Maintenance issues with the bedroom door lock being broken, and a bedside table that stayed open. Very disappointed after spending $200 for one night and parking fee. Would not recommend and definitely will not be revisiting.

Was one of the best experience. We did have to pay a fee for parking which was odd since there wasn’t a security gate. The refrigerator in our room did not work but they came right away and fixed it. However for the price and over stay I would still give this hotel a 10 out of 10 and would absolutely stay again.

Great stay. Double room suite was massive and amazing location for the price. Starbucks on property and anything you need in walking distance including a grocery store for the kitchenette. But bring utensils; limited amount supplied. We are booking again!!

When we got there the beds were not made had someone bring sheets and blankets up -1 pillow had stains-a small roach came out of the drain in the sink-the towels are so rough it feels like sandpaper and last night I went to open our room door and the handle broke I went to call front desk cause we were locked in and it didn’t work lucky my husband was able to get us out. The thing that sucked the most was the front desk when I told him our room beds weren’t made and was unsure if the room had been fully service but since it was 1:30am he seem not to care and we were so tired I just made our bed

Turned down the sheets for bed and they were stained! Took 2 tries to get CLEAN sheets. During the night the AC stopped working. They did refund our parking fee for the inconvenience. We stayed there trying to save some money and boy did we get what we paid for!

Great value for the money. I was surprised at how nice it was for the cost. The property was walkable to restaurants and stores. It had a full stove, a full sized refrigerator and was equipped with dishes and a dishwasher like an air b&b. We were able to prepare food in the room to save a few dollars. There was a WaWa gas station and a dollar tree next to the parking area, and this made it very convenient to grab a cheap snack and drink too. We had a comfortable king sized bed and loved that there were doors separating the living room area from the bedroom. The property was in West Orlando so it was closer to the Disney properties and International Drive.

This is one of our favorite hotels when we visit the theme parks. It is 1 exit away from the disney parks and about 10 miles from Universal! There are restaurants and a grocery store in walking distance of the hotel. The room is a mini apartment with separate living room, full kitchen and bedroom. This makes it easier for longer stays!

Our room location was unique and a little difficult to find. Once I got further instructions (I had to go through a closed door into an access hallway) everything was great. They even provided extra blankets when requested (a/c definitely worked).

Only thing I have to say I wasn’t happy about was that the price they mention on the website is really affected by parking charges by the night per car and charges by pet.

We had a comfortable 5 day 4 night stay. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. It had a full kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. I loved that the property was close to shops, restaurants and Disney world. We are already planning to come back and stay at the Sonesta.

Loved this place. Not overly crowded. Pool open until 10pm, BIG PLUS!!! Across the street GREAT FOOD OPTIONS, from pizza to a steak and seafood! Staff friendly and accommodating. Excellent treatment. Only drawback is you pay to park $15 a day. So CARPOOL if you’re traveling with family because all of Disney is paid parking also so the double parking fees add up! Otherwise 10 out of 10 recommend!

The bed sheets had stains on them, and there was dirt on the bathroom doors that wasn’t washed off. Some of the items need a refresh (fridge, carpet), just a basic thorough clean.

The staffing was great no complaints with that, but the apartment itself was just too much of Oder and it wasn’t a good experience for me, I booked a week and ended up leaving the second night because you can hear the people upstairs moving at all hours. Won’t be coming back there again. Plus ( a daily 15 dollar parking charge is borderline ridiculous)
