Really like this hotel... But....
The reception staff could be just a little more friendly/ warm, it's not such a chore is it?

Close to the train station and the historic center, this historic hotel is a perfect location for exploring the town of Bolzano.

This is beautiful and worth getting a view of the mountains. Well maintained, lovely and relaxing. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was beautiful. They are very helpful, and offered to store luggage all day while I walked around the town. They helped me find some places to go and were very kind. I would highly recommend, and accommodates both luxury and hiking travelers.

Friendly staff. I left my luggage for two nights while hiking and it was waiting for me in my room (same room) when I checked back in. Just one example of their quality service. I would recommend and stay again if I return to the area.

I was very happy with my room, amenities, bar, breakfast and swimming pool. Spritz included a plate with Wasabi peas, crackers and olives, a nice touch.
Enjoyed Bolzano and when I return will check here first for accommodations.

The hotel is in a fabulous area in the old town. So close to restaurants and shopping. The staff were lovely and we really enjoyed our time in the area. Our room was very clean and spacious and we had a great view towards the hills. We had a car and were glad that we were able to pre-book parking - this made a big difference to us. Very happy with the hotel and would definitely stay here again.

We were in Bolzano for the Christmas market. The location is stellar, hotel was comfortable. The breakfast is fantastic and we enjoyed a night cap in the bar.

Parkhotel Laurin is a grand old hotel with lush garden, swimming pool, indoor snd outdoor bar areas and an excellent restaurant for an evening meal. Perhaps our favorite experience though is the sumptuous breakfast buffet served daily. I’m sure there are other lovely hotels in Bolzano, but the overall atmosphere at Parkhotel Laurin keeps us coming back.

Great location close to train station. Beautiful grounds that were well maintained. Excellent breakfast included in our package which was well stocked with many items. The room was very large with a balcony overlooking the gardens.

The best part about this hotel is the amazing - and deceptively large - garden in the back. A complete surprise in the middle of the city! We walked there very easily from the train station and enjoyed cocktails in the garden every night. The hotel is old and grand and has some quirks associated with that (the first room’s AC did not work and it was 90 degrees) but the staff was helpful and accommodating. They moved us to a beautiful room overlooking the garden. The buffet breakfast is worth it. Definitely add it to the reservation. Highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay was very good with only one problem as the aircon wasn’t working during our stay. However I would definitely book here again. Staff friendly (limited English). Great location near the station, has convenient parking if renting a car and can drive to the Dolomites hikes in an hour or two. Restaurant is very nice here, buffet breakfast had a lot of options too

We had a wonderful weekend at the hotel. The rooms are bright, clean, and full of little amenities. The staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful. Parking is available in front of the hotel with discounted prices for guests. It's also within walking distance from the train station. The breakfast is delicious, with a full selection of fruits, pastries, eggs, cheeses, yogurts, and hot drinks. And let's not forget the beautiful wooden bar, which is a great place to have a drink - but also the smoking lounge, reserved only for guests, with a full selection of Davidoff cigars. A magical place for couples, that is family and dog-friendly as well.

Parkhotel Laurin is a beautiful hotel close to the train station and all you’d want to see in Bolzano. The area felt very safe too. My room was clean, spacious and very quiet (and I was close to the elevators). The breakfast buffet has a wide variety to choose from with more than enough to satisfy a vegetarian. The restaurant is a lovely place to enjoy dinner too. I will definitely stay here again if/when I return to Bolzano.

Great Location in a beautiful hotel. I enjoyed everything about this hotel. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. This hotel is close to the train station but also many other sites. The bar area is beautiful and very cozy. Breakfast was delicious, they put out quite a spread. My room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Definitely recommend staying here.
