Stay was pretty good, but valet parking is outrageous. $25 per night.

The rooms are fairly nice, although they are quite small. The television has old-fashioned channel selection, where you have to look through the channels to find what you want to watch. The coffee maker in the room was not working and they do not offer free coffee in the lobby. They have a Starbucks in the lobby, but there is some type of complication with it; the Starbucks had a very limited menu and it took the employee extremely long time to process these transaction. The hotel restaurant and bar had limited available items and they were out of many of their popular items. The front desk staff was very friendly and they were accommodating by giving me a late check out as I requested. Overall, I would say that this hotel is good not great.

My stay was not bad. Check in was super easy and friendly. The rooms are a bit dated. The cleanliness of the bathroom, not good. Needs a deep cleaning. Woke up to a cockroach staring at me on the bathroom floor. I will not be staying here again. Also, plan on another $25/day for parking.

Rooms appeared to be newly remodeled, very clean. The area unfortunately is somewhat sketchy, many beggars and homeless on the streets.

The neighborhood was concerning. Next door was a bus stop with many homeless staying plus it acted as a meal kitchen as well. I witnessed a gang of masked dirty bike riders popping wheelies with loud "cherry bomb" mufflers riding recklessly down the street in front of the hotel. In the hotel, there was no gym, but it did have a pool. Parking is $25 a day plus tip, as valet is their only option.

The hotel is pretty weathered and could use some updates. The water machine in the gym was not working. The room had damp carpets as if it was just cleaned and smelled a bit musty. The hotel was fine as it was priced very affordably for an overnight stay.

The room was nice. Check in process was very easy. People behind the counter were polite. Valet parking is basically mandatory, due to street parking being so much. The overnight security/valet guy, BIG GUY, very nice and helpful. Very nice stay. Less than 20 mins from Hershey Park. Would definitely recommend.

Overall the experience was good, front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Our issue was with parking, motorcyclists beware. Parking service charged full price but are not qualified to handle your motorcycle - so no valet, same price for self-park. We agreed to pay the full amount and park/take out our bike ourselves, following any instructions they provided. For some odd reason, they were refusing to let us park if we didn’t leave our keys - why would I leave you my keys if I am the only one that will move it? Risk that one of your employees, probably not familiar with bikes, try and move it and drops it? We ended up parking across the street in the municipal garage. Felt safer.

The property is nice and the staff was very welcoming. The parking is valet, I wasn't aware of that at the time of booking. It was probably stated at the time of booking I just didn't see or read it.

Wonderful experience the food was so fresh and good we were able to have breakfast in bed and enjoy the beautiful pool. They were super nice and helpful they brought extra blankets to our room when I asked for extras. The only problem during our stay was there was no hot water maintenance came up after we checked in and said it was fixed but before check out we went to take a shower and it was ice cold even after trying to see if it would heat up. It was very disappointing having ice cold water after traveling 5 hours to stay at this hotel. But over all a really beautiful relaxing place to stay.

Checked in later in the evening, was turned away from parking because they were full. Was directed to park on the street and walk a block or so. First room we were served had a very foul smell of mustiness, everything remained damp. was eventually moved to another room, with no issues. This is an older urban hotel, with a defined footprint. Rooms are small. Parking is not adequate. Staff at the front desk openly admitted they were understaffed. Everything else was fine. Location to all things downtown. Harrisburg was good. Easy walking access to bars and restaurants.

I didn't know that a room with a king-size bed could be so small. Also, there was some kind of annoying hum coming from the HVAC equipment. I turned off the A/C, but still heard the hum. Also, parking is limited at this hotel and I had to park at the lot across the street for $30 a day. Fortunately, I did not have a lot of luggage.

Perfectly located. Easy to find free parking on the weekends. I walked to the Riverfront Park twice to just read and relax.

Filthy. Had to change out of first room bc it was so moldy and had several layers of dust on all surfaces and a filthy AC unit. Second room was cleaner but AC didn't work properly and bathroom still had mold all over it. Luckily stay was for one night and we didn't need to use the shower. The hotel is run down and lacks upkeep and cleanliness.

Parking and registration was a nightmare, although the valet staff was very helpful and friendly. The bathtub looked dirty, and the shower curtain was literally pink on the bottom from mildew and standing water. When I leaned over to turn the light off next to the bed and lightly bumped the lampshade, a cloud of dust rained down. The carpets and doors looked like they haven’t been updated in at least 20 years.
