Pretty good place to stay.

The staff was Friendly and the rooms were clean. The kitchen area was kept very clean and stocked

Nice hotel, lacking the Hallmark Channel in TV selection. Breakfast was average, what you would expect. Overpriced for what amenities were available.

Hotel was great and was in a really good location. Front desk staff berated the shirt I was wearing, but other than that, the room was just fine.

I forgot some things and my iPod. I got a phone call saying I had forgotten some things there and they were willing to send them to my house. I really appreciate that. It means they take care of their guests.

The daytime staff was not very friendly. The night person was nice

Very well lit parking lot and hallways. Nice and quiet. Very clean updated property. Mattress was too hard but if you like them that way, you’re in luck.

Clean comfortable stay. Special shoutout to the gentleman who kept the breakfast area clean. Have never seen anyone who did a better job!

Second time staying here. Very nice facility. Beds are very comfortable, breakfast is average, but good.

The property was very clean, easily accessible from main highways & the breakfast was wonderful! The staff, especially the breakfast staff, was so kind. My only critique was the room was a little small for 5 people. We had to get a roll-away bed, which took up even more space, leaving it very tight to maneuver around the room.

Just nothing outstanding.

We've stayed at this Comfort Inn several times and each time has been the same, Excellent.

The property and hotel its self are not extravagant or special in any way, BUT the staff was amazing! I cannot remember the name of the manager that was working the front desk but she was delightful and let me check in a little early having to be there for a full 2 days. The housekeepers I encountered in the halls were all so nice. Customer service is rare today and I appreciated the customer service here!!

Fairly easy access, seems well kept. Had only 2 issues with this stay. Apparently it is a dog friendly facility. My experience was not the best as far as animals are concerned. The first day there someones dog tried to bite me out in front of the elevator. It tried to bite my left hand. The dog was only able to try to bite the top of my left hand. It did not break the skin but did manage to rake its teeth across the top of my left hand and I said OUCH ! The lady quickly pulled the dog away and said I am sorry. It could have been worse if the dog was able to bite my hand from top to bottom. The 2nd issue was gaining access to our room. We had booked through Travelocity for our stay. We were booked for a Saturday night the 6th through the 11th which was on Thursday morning check out. The second day we could not get into our room. We had went over the stay when we checked in and it was confirmed through the dates of July 6th through the 11th. We could not get into the room at all. I went down to the main floor to the front desk and told them we could not get into our room and that all our belongings were in the room. She told me then that we only had booked a 1 night stay and that's why it would not unlock the door. I told her we had booked for the dates specified above and it had been confirmed upon check in and through Travelocity. Otherwise our stay was a good experience. we would stay there again if we return to Missoula. The Direct TV was not good.

Small property, nicely remodeled, rooms are quiet and comfortable.

Wow, what a great place with excellent staff! So helpful and hardworking. From the desk clerk who set up a rollaway bed for us to the breakfast crew who kept this clean and stocked, to the housekeepers who were hard at work and friendly, we had a great experience!
