Worst experience in mid night

Never Staying Here Again My family and I stayed at here on Memorial Day weekend, and it was the worst hotel experience we've ever had. From start to finish, our stay was filled with problems and poor service. Upon arrival, the receptionist was visibly annoyed and unwelcoming. The check-in process was slow and lacked any interaction, setting a negative tone. Our room was in poor condition: grimy carpet and a wet spot near the fridge. When we returned later, the leak had spread. Reporting this to the front desk yielded no apology, just a room switch handled with indifference. The new room was no better. The carpet was still grimy, the bathroom door didn’t close properly, several lights didn’t work, and the flooring around the bathtub was curling. Despite these issues, we tried to make the best of it. However, the problems continued. While putting our toddlers to bed, the fire alarm went off and took forever to be silenced. Inquiries at the front desk were met with indifference. The next night, at 9 PM, loud construction noises started in the room next door. Calls to the front desk were ignored or met with a busy signal. When I went down to address the issue in person, I was met with apathetic responses and no sense of urgency or apology. This hotel showed a complete lack of professionalism and customer care. The state of the rooms and the staff's indifferent attitude were unacceptable. We will never stay at this hotel chain again and advise others to avoid it.

I stayed here for two nights in April. I complained about the condition of the room, but they were unable to move me to another. I seriously considered sleeping in my car. I was credited for one nights stay upon my return after complaining. I wish there was a way to share my photos. You too would be appalled.

This place is a dump.

They sent me to a room that maintenance had to be working on (I have pictures)! Went and told the front desk she had an attitude. The next room the TV didn’t work called the front desk she said “just turn it off and on”. I got tired of complaining and just told myself never again

The property was old and not comfortable. The only chair was by the door so that the people in the parking lot had a clear view. My memory of this stay was completely negative!

Room wasn't throughly clean, refrigerator wasn't wiped down properly and blood stains were throughout the room.

Everything was dirty

The room was not cleaned well - many of the surfaces were dirty. When I asked for the dishes and utensils that were supposed to be supplied, the clerk said I would have to carry them up myself because she was there alone. I had to make 2 trips, and the things she gave me were not clean either. I don't think anyone had ever cleaned the coffee maker. The furnishings were shabby and the bathroom door was cracked. I'll never stay there again!

Workers are so unprofessional I wouldn’t even let my dog stay here, not even a rock stay here. There is a guy with dreads that so nonchalant to any issue we have. They expect us to know everything and also why u let him work if he can’t take the frustration of the company issues. He takes everything personal and if that’s the case do not work in customer service. He threatens to not give me my hotel key and everything. Their key deactivated on its own and I had to sleep in my car for 2 DAYS straight because their office isn’t open during overnights. What hotel is not open 24HRS idk but if something happens we can’t even let them know.

Do not stay here!!!!This place is not clean at all and the worker advised me they are dirty and have bed bugs!!

It was in a great location. Very safe and secure.

I had to do laundry so I borrowed one of the carts and the manager was so rude to me and my husband because we borrowed a specific cart. The manager walked us to our room for the cart I couldn't empty it fasg enough he practically pulled it out of my hand.

Fast and easy to check in and out plus friendly staff.

I love that I get a full size fridge, stove top and they even have cookware if you need it. The front desk supervisor is always pleasant.

They do a great job at accommodating you

Need money back didn’t have space

I booked to have a queen size bed but when I arrived they were overbooked and could only provide us a room with two twin size beds and said we could push them together. The room was dirty, not clean with trash on the floor. We did not even stay the night after returning from our concert we drove home. I would like my money back.

Can’t beat the price.

The price was good and the room was adequate. The staff was friendly so I felt it was a good value for the money. I do wish they at least kept a hair dryer on the property to borrow when a guest leaves one at home. Otherwise it was good. I'm not paying for a 4 star hotel so can't expect 4 star amenities. Overall it was good!

Will not be staying her again

This by far was the worst hotel I stayed @. The floor was horribly stained. Looked like someone caught a body in it. The room was overall dirty. You can clearly tell that they didn’t even attempt to clean it. We stayed on the highest floor & it still sounded like someone was above us. Oh…& fair warning…the water doesn’t get hot!

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was fine. My room was next to the laundry room. It was very loud and the wall next to the laundry room even vibrated. There was also a dirty tissue on the floor in my room. The first day I went to get breakfast. I got less than hakf a cup of coffee. I emptied the urn. There was no vanilla flavored creamer or sugar. The other days, breakfast was fine.

I don be happy because people work in the remodeling is invaded my privacy 3 time try open my room, end him se the room is ocupante 😡the last time went he try openy door I’m on the bed

Room could have been a lot cleaner, floor was sticky. I wiped down counters with hygienic wipes. Bed was good. Very friendly staff !
