Room is wonderful. Comfortable beds, spacious living area, large tv, nice bathroom and shower. The noise from the pool and hot tub is distracting. Early morning hot tub people puts an end to sleeping in.
Breakfast can be a zoo. All the tables are usually full, and the staff can barely keep the food stocked.

The property has gone down these last two years. The breakfast is a joke and could be dangerous to your health. I'm confident the ONE person doing everything is not health server certified. Too many issues to detail here but it is obvious that management has cut labor to bare essentials and is all about profit. I can assure you that this property will either close or new management will come in. Extremely disappointed and over-charged.
I should also mention that I requested a ground floor at least a month before arrival and again 2 days before arrival. I was put on the top floor and the corner room as far from the elevator as possible...Also my shower had black mold growing in the corners... never again.

We were there with our dog for a soccer trip. Great location, dog friendly, loved the little sitting area. Perfect for our stay.

Our stay was great! Our room was huge which made it very comfortable for 3 adults and 1 child. The rooms were clean and no faulty equipment. The bathroom was large enough and bonus necessities were provided by the hotel. Excellent service of the have, borrow, and buy brochures in case of emergency for hygiene items.
Breakfast was delicious each morning. Lots of options available including light options. Excellent thinking of the hotel to provide high chairs for little guests! Our son was able to enjoy breakfast safely and comfortably. Staff did an excellent job at refilling the breakfast bar and keeping tables clean for guests.

The room space was nice. We enjoyed our stay but we ran into a few things that were an issue or that we wish were different. The shower did not drain and you were standing in 2-3” of water during your shower. There was also a long black hair that was on one of the towels on the shelf in the shower. We travel with our small children and like to be able to leave a light on when we sleep and all of the lights were too bright, even the bathroom light which is our normal go to. Breakfast on both days was convenient but not the best. French toast and waffles were rock hard. The pool area and the gym were nice. We enjoyed our stay but with the amount of hotels nearby, we would probably try somewhere else next time.

One of the best hotels of its kind. Very spacious lobby and room. Separate areas for bedroom and living room. Friendly staff, clean areas and room. The only problem I had was the door of the room was too heavy. I managed to open it but I almost called the front desk for help :). Great location. Close to the mall, highway, and a city park. Couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend it.

What a beautiful property. From the front desk and little bar, to the pool and wonderful room. We enjoyed it all. The front desk staff are just the best. Kind, friendly, and just cool people. Oh yeah, and it’s a Great value for the $.

The rooms were nice and comfortable, and I liked having the toiletries there in the bathroom.
But, it was disappointing as the pool was so dirty. There were leaves and hair in the pool, it looked disgusting. My granddaughters love to swim, and they were so disappointed they could not do that. I would not let them swim in that dirty pool!

Staff was very friendly. However, the poorly done remodel showed its ugly face once we got to the room. The seal around the shower was done so poorly that water seeped through the base the entire time. The tile was installed haphazardly and dirt and grime are collecting quickly. The bathroom faucet was installed wrong. This vanity also had a slight tilt to the left so any water that didn’t make it in the sink ran off from the flat surface to the floor.
The breakfast was as cheap as they come. Powdered eggs, oily potatoes, and microwave bacon.
Pool wasn’t clean when we got to it, had to scoop out leaves and flies ourselves.
Overall, I would recommend paying a few bucks more to stay at another (newer) hotel in the area.
