At our room were BED BUGS!!! We told the manager and he changed the room, at the new room no bed bugs but the room stanks a urine everywhere, the shower faucet dripping water all night and the tub was dirty honestly was the worst nightmare especially because we have kids, we just want to have time with our family and make memories but you cannot do that at this hotel. I never going back there again. At the breakfast wasn't there white or another kinda or bread, were there waffles but no syrup So we having a really bad experience here, I want my money back

The hotel is right off the highway, so it is very convenient but not exactly beautiful. Straight up the road is a lovely downtown area with many local restaurants and a lakeside park. I was very impressed with the lakeside area of Michigan City.

Toilet wouldn’t flush , carpet in room was soaking wet no remote for tv then when asked for one they brought us one that was covered in gunck

Everything was great, except for the pillow i was using the case smelled horrific. Worse smell ever.

Out dated hotel that has no elevator so u have to carry all of ur bags up a flight of stairs…

The room is clean but the door lock and toilet are old. The lock stuck sometimes and the toilet won't flush clean the first time. One day the coffee was out.

AC Did not work. Room was 80 degrees. Wouldnt refund and said there were no more rooms available room. Had to go to walmart and buy 3 fans for our 150.00 room

Being my first time fir an stay there cleanising if some area should have been completed before my arrival. Also eating areas not sufficiently cleaned, along with dispense juice and pop machine.

When we checked in we reserved a cot, however they did not provide us with blankets. When asked to get a sheet and blanket the guy at the front desk said they do not have extra blankets

Spacious room. Convenient location. Only concern was their breakfast. Coffee machine wasn't working and fruit looked like it had seen many of days of sitting in it's bowl. Not fresh.

Hotel was not clean, had busted bathroom door, stains on walls and floor, and weird stains and rust on the room lamps. One of the rooms we booked had a urine smell and when telling the employees the just handed us cleaner to “help”. Just a very dirty hotel. We also had issues with our key not working and the employees said it was because our phones? Have never had an issue like this before. Wouldn’t stay here to be honest.

I booked this hotel for my 19th birthday. I wanted to go to Michigan City and the photos and reviews made me decide this was a decent place to book. The exterior of the building threw me off before I walked in, but the inside is pretty nice and it seems as if it’s a family that runs it. We brought extra people without thinking of the number of people we booked for, but they let it slide without a problem. no extra fees. Our room key stopped working the first night, but once we informed them of it they gave us a new one within 10 seconds. The room was clean. No complaints from me.The breakfast doesn’t include eggs or sausage/bacon, but it does provide many other options and they clean/restock the area every morning. I stayed for 2 nights and I witnessed them cleaning the pool both nights as well. It’s a nice place and also a great location if you’re not a fan of downtown traffic and it’s right next to sooo many food spots. 9/10, 1 point missing for the room key i guess lol

Good price for the location, cleanliness, and level of comfort! My only complaint was the size of the pillows! 😆

When we arrived, our lamps didn't work nor did our tv. The hotel didn't offer us another room and couldn't get a maintenance person to fix until the next day when we checked out. We had to leave the bathroom light on so we could see. They offered me a discount but then couldn't give one since I booked though 3rd party.

We didn’t stay. We got there and everything was dirty. When I tried to talk to the grunt desk he was backed up. When I tried calling Saturday to get a refund, no one answered the phone. We went to a different hotel

Clean and just whatever needed after a long drive. Dark out windows and comfortable bed allowed for a good sleep!

My experience at this hotel was TOP NOTCH! Literally EVERY single employee I met was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. Starting from the moment I checked in, the attendant was so sweet and helpful despite the fact she had been working doubles between two jobs. I had several interactions with her and every time she was so courteous and understanding. Then, I ran into a maintenance worker who was an outstanding employee. And when I left, I encountered a different front desk attendant who was so gracious and kind. The employees I encountered were fantastic representations to your company and if I could give them a raise myself, I would! But all I could offer was my intense gratefulness and smiles, even a hug with the last front desk attendant I met. The hotel itself was easy to get booked and checked into. The entrance was very welcoming and super clean. My hotel room was also very clean, properly stocked, and comfortable. Overall, I’d give my experience a BIG 10/10 and all the stars possible. I checked into the hotel under personal distress but the kindness of all of your employees put me at ease and helped me to enjoy my time. Thank you for the best hotel experience I’ve ever had!!!!!

Wonderful check in experience, staff member was excellent. Our room was clean but the hallways and entries really weren’t and smelled bad.

Broken microwave and hairdryer. Two day stay no one took out the trash.

This is our second time staying at this quality inn and we will rebook for next year as well. The rooms are so clean and the staff is very accommodating. Great price, conveniently located next to a Walmart and the interstate. We will be back!

I paid for a room with 2 beds and had no idea they woukd not have an elevatir. Elderly Mother csn not go up stairs. They said he only had one room Down stairs that someone was in and complained about cigarette smoke so moved rooms. We took that room and the bath tub and bathroom floor was full of sand and the wall behind the bathroom door was covered in vomit or diarrhea!! The front desk said, "well housekeeping is not here so theres nothing i can do about it". I have pictures. We got in at 1130pm so was too late to go any where else. We kept the bathroom door shut and didnt use it. We slept 4 hours and left. Im pretty sure this is a biohazard issue and a health hazzard. A different person was at the front desk when we left and he said, "well that is unacceptable ". Nothing else. Totally grossed out!!!
