beds were super comfortable room was nice with a good size fridge

for some not having an elevator would not be ok. we managed just fine.

The staff were all so pleasant. The location was great for what we were doing. Easy access.

The room had a damp, dusky smell. The room should have been aired out. It was almost a mildew smell.

It was a nice facility. It was clean, and close to many of the attractions that I was there for. The staff was friendly.

The breakfast was worse than if they had just offered donuts. The view from my window was a blocked off, overgrown gravel lot with beer cans and trash in it. For as basic a hotel as it was, the price was a little high.

Breakfast - fair. Cardboard. Room smelled musty! Price higher than our next nights at a much nicer Hilton Garden Inn!!!!!

The AC worked.

The front desk worker was disrespectful towards my friends and my self because of our age, and did not honor my military discount, I was also over charged $10; I was refunded. My room smelled very bad(205), and the bathroom floor had bugs.

The location was convenient.

No elevator, no pool, the floors of our room had not been vacuumed before we arrived, the comforter on one bed was stained or dirty(not sure which), we stayed 2 nights and both mornings I had to ask for coffee to be made.

the price of this room for the lack of amenities did not seem at all fair to me as a consumer, even the bathroom was tiny

Room was clean which is most important. Hate to pay high prices for less than 12 hour stay. Just need a place to sleep and freshen up.

Can't think of a thing

there was no hot water or any water from the hot water side in the bathroom sink. there was cold. I had to wash my hands in the tub. I reported it to the front desk and was offered a move, but it late, we were tired and it was 1 night. My husband says that the hot water in the sink was turned off at the source. Someone knew. My thought is how was the room cleaned and the water problem not reported/fixed prior to being rented out.

Staff is always pleasant. Beds are the most comfortable beds I've slept in when I'm traveling and the cable TV is fantastic. Just across the street there are plenty of places for dinner.
