swimming pool was not clean son found a bug on the bed bedbugs

Good morning, I hope all is well. I went in with great expectations. Once in the room, I noticed the floor had not been cleaned, there was a bug crawling on the floor, also spider webs in the corners. I did inform the desk, someone came in swept, and ran a mop over the floor. God bless you all

was very disappointed in how personal/manager handled my concern for a refund for my mom of 1 night which we inquired about 3 months ago to do it. was told she had to check in first then they would adjust. A different story was told to her when she checked in….. unfortunately it also was extremely difficult to really understand the employees with language barrier???

the ac went out and it was really hot , so they moved us to a room with twin beds instead of a king [ sucks] , other tha that it was alright

There was no game room or fire pit.but the staff and cleanliness more than made up for it.I would definitely stay again.

I didn't like the loud vibrating noise by room 304 so late in the evening.

Overall, we loved the facility. One improvement would be to have better air ventilation in the rooms.

We rolled in late and left early, as a last minute stay. TV didn't work. One of the lights in the room didn't work. Layout of the room is odd. It's a budget hotel. Nothing fancy. No carpeting which means when the people above you walk it's very loud on the vinyl flooring. Probably would stay again if every hotel was booked and we needed a room last minute. Not sure it was worth the $135 rate but when you're desperate it worked. Bed was comfy shower was hot.

Overall my experience at Clarion Pointe Bettendorf was positive. The staff I encountered where pleasant and professional. The room was nice. It was a great value for the price. This is a nice budget hotel that was conveniently located for my needs. I did not use many of the amenities and just need a room to sleep in. When I arrived to check in the clerk was already helping a customer. She gave me eye contact and acknowledged I was there. When it became my turn she was polite and efficient, addressing all my needs. She directed my to the elevator and I went up to my room. The room appeared to be recently remodeled. The room was small but nice looking and the controllable AC made it nice and cold (just how I like it). The carpet was nice and there was a huge mural on the wall the bed was against. The room had a king bed that was comfortable with nice linens and pillows. The room was furnished with a sitting chair, a desk chair and a large TV. The room had a mini-fridge and a microwave. In the closet was a safe, hangers, an iron and ironing board. The bathroom was small but clean. There where plenty of towels and a selection of soaps and lotions. The only negative in the bathroom was the lack of towel hooks. There had been one on the back of the bathroom door, but it was missing and only the screw holes remained. I was there only one night. The room was fine, the staff helpful and friendly. I have no complaints.

The carpet smells like mildew and they gave us another room and the air conditioner didn't work half the time

A convienient location for traveling to and from basketball tournament. Reasonably priced. Good breakfast. Great coffee.

It was loud. Lots of doors slamming after midnight. Could hear people sneezing and coughing through the walls. Bed was very hard and creaky.

We checked in and there were 2 kids running around and couldn’t find their mom. The pool was cold, the shower trickled water. But it was quiet at night when we slept.

Great customer service! People at the front desk are helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean. It is also a good central location within the metro area—close to Interstate 80 and Interstate 74.

The staff was very helpful. Plus, my room was refreshed several times (fresh towels, bed made, garbage emptied without any request on my part.

This hotel was assigned to us through a team travel site. The price was over double what it usually is. This hotel was dirty, NOISY,(at midnight someone was slamming doors screaming they wanted to killl themselves) and overall very questionable as pot was being inhaled in the elevator. Not a great choice for a kids sports team to stay. I would not recommend it!

There were blood stains on our comforter and they couldn’t give us a new one because they only have one per room. We found a cockroach crawling on the wall.

We live locally and rented a room so that we could go swimming for a day. The pool was so cold we absolutely could not stand it. My daughter shivered and her lips may have been turning blue. We did go to the room to have a snack and noticed crumbs all over the floor that appear to have been there for a while. The staff that we did encounter were kind, but there was nothing they could do about the pool. We were not offered a refund. We were only there 3 hours before we checked out. Lesson learned.
