The breakfast was very basic, it needed some fresh stuff. I found pool on cool side. Otherwise i really enjoyed my stay.

They tried to bill me for 2 kids & they are less than 5 years old. Barely stayed in the hotel, we just slept and ate breakfast so I don’t see the point paying extra.
It’s an old building, so it shows. You can tell the people who work here tried their best to keep it clean. Very helpful staff, the lady at the front desk is very friendly.
The carpet in the room is not at all inviting nor does it look clean.
Small breakfast area but food was reasonably good. Waffles, eggs and sausages. Bread and yogurt for the kids.
There’s a pool and whirlpool which was clean.
Overall I think we will stay here again especially if in a budget.

The hotel room, itself, was comfortable. Our reservation was not available when we arrived, having been made a month previous, and we ended up having to pay another $30 to get what we had reserved and had a reservation receipt for in the first place.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The building is a bit older though. Room was ok, bed was sagging in the middle and the reddish coloured carpet looked old. But I can tell they worked hard to keep the place clean. Good price but be aware it's an older building and the things that come with that. I liked that they had a breakfast buffet. It was convenient.

Stay was awesome. Breakfast was great. I would suggest re organizing the way the breakfast is laid out. Very disorganized and frustrating. Potential for collisions with staff carrying hot food trays.

The hot tub didn't work either day that we were there...

The complimentary breakfast was very good. There was a large variety of items to choose from. We got back to our room after being out at dinner to find our bathroom had flooded from the roof. We were given another room down the hall which was good. However we had to pack our belongings & move them our self. Also there was no discount offered for the inconvenience of the situation.

We did not remove the do not disturb sign from our door until about 1.30pm, as we were out for a run then returning to get ready for a wedding. Therefore, our room didn't get cleaned. Most hotels would have cleaned the room in the afternoon.
Bad bathroom design. Very cramped with toilet roll behind the door. Sink faucet dribbled, causing water to pool around sink.
Please put a composting bin in breakfast area. All the plates, napkins and cutlery are compostable, which is great, but then they go in the garbage! No excuse for this. We saw composting in other businesses in Vernon.

The experience is average. The room is clean but does not smell fresh (smells like cigarette).

We only stayed for a night. It was good. Bed was ok wasn't horrible. Room was clean besides the stains on the lamp shade.

The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. The kitchenette was fully equipped with everything needed. The pool and hot tub area was very clean and well cared for, and the hotel staff were pleasant and friendly. We would stay there again!

The hotel check in process was easy and fast, the staff was friendly. Free parking. The room was nice and simple, pet friendly, with tall windows. The bathroom was decent, with basic amenities and toiletries. All of that simplicity made our trip enjoyable. Although they charged $29/night for our small dog, without pet amenities nor treats, the hotel has a policy that prohibits us from leaving our dog alone in the room, which made us hesitate for a moment before checking in. However, the check in staff then reassured us by saying that we could let them know before leaving our pet alone. However, we did not leave our dog alone in the room during our stay.

A real “ Quality” service by the staff- from the front desk, housekeeping, food/kitchen & maintenance (pool)! Friendly staff, they open the hot pool ahead (of scheduled hours of use) so we can fully enjoy & benefit from this amenity!

Rooms and bed were very comfortable, staff was super friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was awesome with many options, would only like a little more water pressure in the showers and also the hot tub jets but will definitely be back again!

The staff were great, even though we were not there on pleasure and there was some confusion getting settled on our behalf the staff were more than willing to help accommodate us. I’ve stayed there more than once and every time has been a pleasant stay. We will continue to come back anytime we need a hotel in Vernon. Definitely recommend this hotel for affordability and convenient accommodations.

The breakfast area is too small and they don’t service it properly. Eg. overflowing garbage cans, no bread and milk ran out. You had to tell them as they weren’t being proactive.

The best thing I liked was their breakfast. Everything was fresh and delicious and a lot of options to choose from. The room was super clean which is one of the biggest things for someone like me who takes their own sheets and pillowcases. Didn’t end up using my own so that says a lot.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. We came in kinda late and the front desk kept the pool/hot tub area open an extra 1/2hr-hour so we could relax after our long day driving.
Also the staff did a wonderful job keeping the breakfast running smoothly.

Very reasonable and clean. Unfortunately, my stay was interrupted by a family emergency that caused me to miss the first night. The only thing that could have been better was the addition of a microwave in the room. I had to use the one in the common area.
