There is no elevator and the stairs are a little steep when climbing up so watch out if your feet are big. Staff was friendly and room was pretty clean. Overall hotel is a little dated but the price was right

Location is off main street and close to restaurants and Japanese Gardens. There is no elevator on site (at least to my knowledge) and the staircase used by our family to get to the 2nd floor was marked as steep stairs and I am a size 6.5 ladies and my foot was too large to fit on each stair so I had to walk sideways to go down and on tip toes to go up. Staff are friendly and attentive. During breakfast they were constantly replenishing when empty and cleaning tables. Breakfast had waffles, apples, yogurt, and bagels/bread for toasting. Checkout and check in was effortless. Beds were okay but pillows were very lumpy so I chose to sleep without one but happy to have very clean sheet and towels. A/C was off when we came into the room and I understand it is to conserve energy but it made the room smell like stale air and we had to prop the door open for 15 mins to circulate the air. Considering the price I paid during special event weekend, I am fine with the one night stay.

Breakfast was minimal. Staff were friendly. Coffee machine still had old bag inside. Beds were comfortable and ac works well. Over all okay for stop over. Dated property.

I didn't like the shower. Water temperature was inconsistent

Next visit i will reserve a suite on the first floor no elevator. Everything was excellent. Parking was squishy but lots of parking on both sides. Staff very friendly.

Everything was great but the stairs. Being a senior, it was too risky going up and down. I had an episode of hypertension one night because of tiredness going up and down.

Rooms are a little dated, bathroom was tiny, however overall we would stay again if in the area. Breakfast waffles were good, beds were comfortable.

The rooms need to be renovated, especially the bathroom. The stairs to the second floor are steep. An elevator is needed.

The exterior of this motel gave me hope that it was going to be not so bad but the hope quickly diminished when we got inside. The motel is extremely dated and i didnt find it that clean. The room was just a room. We were on the second floor and you need to go up a narrow and very steep set of stairs to get up there. Everything was dated and felt gross, there was a faint odor of stale cigarette smoke. The room was very small. Felt like a person was in an RV. The toilet and tub are in the tiniest room and the door barely clears them. Continental breakfast that is included had extremely poor selection and the coffee tasted so weak we ended up tossing it out and grabbing a McDonalds coffee on our way to Fernie. The decaf coffee in our room (the only kind we were given) had more flavor than the stuff downstairs at breakfast. I wasnt expecting the Hilton but for the price, i was extremely disappointed. The only good thing i can say is the front desk staff were polite and nice. Left here to the next leg of our vacation and am now in a hotel in Fernie that cost us $5 more per night that has a pool/hot tub, modèrately upgraded facilities and rooms, a restaurant, two doubles and a king bed in a loft, feels much safer, is clean and has an amazing view of the mountains. I wouldnt stay at that Super 8 again.

Nice front desk. I didn’t like the dark stain tub and the rest of the yellowish tub. I didn’t like that the light from the sink shines and illuminates the room. It’s not convenient when the rest of the family is sleeping. The A/C was powerful but sadly it was pointing right at the bed which freezes the person sleeping right in front of it or if you turn it down, then everyone else gets hot. Beds weren’t the best but fair.

The hotel was dirty, the bathtub plug was broken, had no toilet paper, light was broken, they charged us 420$ for finding cat hair on the carpet when we did not have an animal in the hotel, said they returned the 100$ deposit which they had not

Staff was good. Room was dirty, washroom was extremely dirty. Bedcover has stains. When you sit on the bed you can see dust flying out.

AC did not work. $144 and the AC didn't work. Rooms were old and dirty

Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Room was clean and did not smell like smoke. Room needs to be updated: loose bathroom tiles, older mattresses, no USB plug ins. Hotel is in convenient location: close to restaurants and shopping and is located on the hwy to get to Waterton Lakes National Park.

The stairs up to the second floor (where our room was) are terrible. They are too steep and some steps slope the wrong way, the door at the top swings toward the stairs, making it hard to maneuver when you are carrying in you luggage, the floor in our room had some unevenness under the carpet, and the carpet had a sticky spot on it.
