Took me awhile to understand the layout of the complex need "this is where you are signage.

Attended Brandon Bennett Concert as we do yearly! Wonderful show. Never ever disappoints. Best Elvis impersonator of all. Hotel/Casino great place to stay and play!

Our stay was everything expected

I booked the room for my wife. When she arrived they checked her in, then before it was finished, they informed her since I was not there with her, she was not allowed to go to room and made her rent another room. She was told to try to get a refund from the third party I booked thru. She had no choice because she was there to go to hospital to see a sick parent. Just awful service by lady checking her in and we feel life they scammed her into having to pay for two rooms.

No housekeepers not good

Hot water was only warm Like the new fast elevators

Stayed 5 nights. We had extremely loud neighbors. Our rooms never was cleaned while we was there. Got a none smoking room and it smelt like a bar. Employees was nice but hotel was struggling.

Stayed at the ip casino ate at tien asian restraunt it was good

Not happy about not being able to pay cash and having a hold on 100.00 of my money. Staff at desk rude

A/C didn’t work in the room

Our stay was okay except for the animals the final straw was when the dog peed in the elevator and the couple that wheeled a dog in a carriage into the casino.

The services were good. The only problem is on the 9th floor the room air conditioner sounded like a motorcycle.

We will not stay here again. Our check-in experience was slow and irritating. The elevator situation was extremely inconvenient. Our bedroom and bathroom were not clean and were in run down condition (e.g., wallpaper peeling off the walls). The beds were very uncomfortable. The hotel upcharges for a microwave in the room which is really ridiculous - why would a 4-star hotel not have microwaves in the room when one can have that in a 2-star hotel? The staff were not very friendly. And of course, even in a non-smoking room, the entire hotel reeked of not only cigarette smoke, but also cannabis. Checking out, we weren’t allowed to use a cart for our items which was insane - we were permitted to use one when we checked in and having evacuated our hometown due to a hurricane, we had a great deal of our personal belongings with us. This resulted in us taking three back and forth trips from our vehicle - down one elevator 12 stories, across the length of the lobby, to the other elevators, to then go up 7 floors to the parking garage and back and forth x3. As a pregnant woman, I was NOT happy about this. We will definitely not stay again and will not recommend this property to others.

Need a microwave in the rooms

Nice casino hotel in Biloxi. Fun visit and convenient. Restaurants are good but a bit pricey. Casino is nice as well. Not too crowded during the week.

If I ever go back to Biloxi I will be staying at the IP again

It was possible to do an early check-in. And an added bonus was same day poolside cabana booking. Clean room. No smoking odor in room like most casino hotels. Comfy beds.

Just a girls getaway kind of fun

Stay was going fine other than the strong smell of smoke, even in non smoking rooms. But on my last night in the hotel I saw a roach in the bathroom. I’m big adverse so that really soured my stay.

Some staff not to friendly

Hotel/Casino is rather isolated from business district so very limited options outside property. Rooms were tired and fluorescent bulbs in rooms were flickering or burned out in lamps. No sense there was really any quality control process in place. Some restaurants close Monday and Tuesday limiting options further. Bell clerks very helpful.

OK hotel to stay in but there is no housekeeping and the view was a parking lot.

Room was nice. Beds were comfortable.

We had a great stay! No complaints.

The employees seemed friendly. We were on a non-smoking floor, someone was smoking. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. The elevator like smoke and marijuana. The hot water didn’t work properly, you had to run sink and shower at same time for several minutes to get hot water so you could never just get in. The food was good. The pool was nice.

It’s always great to stay at the IP.. I hate that don’t have microwaves in the rooms but offer $28 + tax a day not just one time during the whole stay so that’s not acceptable. I hate long ago when I 1st start going IP have many restaurants and now the 7 they do have aren’t considered restaurants not from it use to be it was also a theater in Hotel that’s gone and the buffet now seriously why, that’s gone is beyond me when every other casino still have a Buffet.. but IP is mostly the only casino that has cheaper room deal and offer smoking room too so that is great for those need it but all is great at the IP.. love to stay whenever we’re there in Biloxi. They do have a wonderful pool but hotel to big to only have one for all the people and Kids so perhaps reopen the once before indoor pool because it’s needed big time.

Not helpful when an issue happened will not stay there again

We really enjoyed our stay... One thing i did notice that the property offered free contenetal breakfest......IT DOES NOT.... Also advertise FRIG AND MICROWAVES IN ROOM ... there is a frig but you have to rent a microwave... So that might need to be changed in thier dicription other then that AWSOME TIME

Great stay while moving family into college

Didn’t really like the parking but everything else was great. Loved the ride pool and arcade
