Visited for anniversary to have dinner at 32. We requested a no smoking room but the entire casino and hotel smelled of smoke. Our room smelled of marijuana. The bed was horrible as I woke up with major back pain. The Infusion cafe made my order wrong and I was offered to have it remade at my expense.

My sister and I met up to have a quick girls getaway. Saw a concert in the area, stayed the night and enjoyed the spa the next day. Room was fine, until i noticed someone else's hair on the shower wall. Ugh!
On the other hand, the spa is definitely a don't miss!! Massages were fabulous! We each had our own masseuse- John and David had magic hands. Highly recommend. Jade was extremely attentive. We enjoyed the steam room, sauna, and arctic room immensely. Total relaxation! Will definitely return.

Even the non smoking room smells of stale cigarettes. The towels as well smelled. Room had humidity in Dec. thermostat said 63 but it wasn’t getting cool. Shower curtains are just a dirty item to even still have in hotels. Heads up, No mini fridge. Casino is very old. One person was working the Casino floor for drinks. She never came by. We went on a Wednesday night. It was free self parking. But overall very old and smelly hotel.

First of all you would think a casino a business that brings in billions would have better rooms and beds. The beds are hard uneven and honestly the worst, the rooms are dark and dingy, they no longer have valet and haven’t had valet in 4 years, they have no buffet their restaurant Bayview cafe the food is overpriced and heated in a microwave. Literally the best thing about this hotel is the Senses Spa. Which is the only reason why we stayed there. Would never make the mistake of staying at the IP again. Or any casino for that matter. I would much rather stay at Hyatt or a double tree even cause that would’ve been better than what we experienced

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. This trip was for her birthday and the staff made it a memorable occasion. The room was decorated with rose pedals, tea lights and happy birthday balloons. Tein was a wonderful experience also. Everyone was so nice and helpful.

Check in process was excellent. Front staff was very friendly and accomodating. She kept our party together on the same floor as requested. Room was nice with a nice view of the water. Overall great stay.

I have stayed here twice this month. The first time was better than the last. The room was not as up to date in the bathroom area as the first room. The breakfast at the cafe was just ok. Biscuits and pancakes were cold. Fitness area is awesome..just wish they were open more hours

The first day my Family and I arrived we were greeted by Michelle her customer service was amazing. Our 3 rooms were very nice and clean. The choice of restaurants, food and customer service was excellent. The only problem I had was my mother and I have a disability and handicapped parking was limited. You all have VIP parking for the casino guests. What about your guests who are playing and staying at your resort? My family and I spent at least $1200 or more at your establishment. Due to limited parking in your parking lot I had no choice but to park in your garage on the 5th floor all the way at the end where I had to walk to the elevator unacceptable!! I will be reaching out to the corporate office.

Check in with Michelle was EXCELLENT!!food was delicious. Brandon was an excellent server!! Justin was great as well! Bed was soo uncomfortable but overall everything was good.

Room was clean but someone made a repair on the bottom inside tub with white spray paint..When i took a shower i didn't notice it at that time...Turned off shower and had white paint chips on my feet 4 or 5 of them when i was drying off. Nickel to quarter size.. i took a towel and wiped off other loose pieces..I did not notify front desk because i didn't want to deal someone going into room..Only there a few days...A few other things..loose toilet seat, loose handles on hot and cold faucet handles..

Check-in reception was polite and friendly. Janeka, Chris, and Fernando at the Roulette table were very educated and helpful for us newbies as we were learning. Beau always remembers my sports bettin' wife (or at least does an amazing job of pretending to, when she comes maybe twice a year) and is always so funny and sweet! Apart from a casino smelling like a casino, I believe they try their best to keep both the hotel rooms and the casino areas clean. I don't even know how I got a food credit from our last visit, but I had one on my account and that was great!! The Cafe restaurant had an amazing french toast breakfast. We're ready to go back for our next visit already.
