I appreciate their efforts, but some key elements were missing that would have turned 2 stars into 4 or 5.
- No working cable TV when we checked in. It worked the next morning, but it meant finding other ways to spend a few hours of down time when we figured we would wind down with a movie or show after 5 hours of driving.
- Room keys that drop charge when they get within a thought of your cell phone. That led to return trips to the front desk.
- Fox News programming in the breakfast area versus local news, weather channel, or something non-controversial for background. Coming off of a heated election cycle, I would bet some folks were not in the mood for political news while trying to eat breakfast.
- Missing breakfast items. We went down for breakfast around 8:30 and many things were out or almost out. The omelettes on the menu were out and took about 20 minutes to reappear. Other things were just down to a handful of items and were not restocked since breakfast was set to close… in another hour.
What we did like was that it is conveniently located, our room was definitely spacious, and staff seemed to be trying. Again, a few small tweaks would have gone a long way.

It was really nice and quiet. Breakfast was delicious. Shower head needed a little repair but otherwise it was nice and comfortable. Beds were comfortable.

We could see the sign from McDonald’s at night making it hard to sleep. The beds were not that comfortable

This was an overnight stay on our wsy to Canada. The hotel wax comfortable and staff were very helpful and friendly.

The property had trash from homeless folks, it made us feel like our belonging in our car weren't going to be safe. We also got checked in and about 30 mins later some other folks walked into our hotel room (#231) The front desk guy (younger fellow) gave us both the same room keys. After it was resolved we stopped by the front desk to make sure everything was settled before we headed out to dinner. He assured us all was good. We got back to our hotel room after dinner and neither of our room keys worked.

They have a big area in the lobby we were allowed to use for a birthday party.
The pool was nice.
The location is convenient for us as most of our business involves getting on the highway or being in that area.

Too expensive for a mid-level property. Road noise was terrible. Breakfast was so-so. Personnel helpful and friendly. Won't select this again unless the price drops.

The staff was very good on checkin and throughout. The room was pretty comfortable. Beds were good, pillows were very good. A nice bonus was that the pool was open 24 hours, which was appreciated by our late arriving party. Breakfast was good, lots of options. The only knock I’d give this property is that street noise is a thing late into the night because of its location. Overall, I’d stay here again, certainly.

Bathroom smelled like a dirty drain. Towels smelled horrible, they didn’t look clean will leave a nasty smell on your hands when drying your hands. Door of the bathroom and cabinets the paint is all fainted off and the sink was dirty like it hasn’t been clean properly and it would get clogged. I stayed a week and I didn’t even get no shampoo or conditioner or housecleaning didn’t go by. I was very disappointed with the hotel how the room was, not well take care of. Curtains were broken on top of that it didn’t had the blackout curtain. I would not recommend for anyone to stay at this hotel. If I could I would rate it a 0.

Very comfortable beds. And very clean and well kept. Breakfast provided was good. Coffee looked always stocked. We only tried the hot tub which is very nice. We love that it's indoor pool/hot tub.

When I first walked in the establishment Carlos was very friendly and welcoming. They did well explaining things and was well mannered. The room was great except stains running down the wall next to the bed rm# 129. And also the bathroom is a bit small. But other than that great hotel.

Quiet, despite seeing children. Thank you. Room was large comfortable stay. Bathroom was tiny. Toliet, shower and door were fighting over space. Overall good stay. Great thing was that the amenities were 24 hours. i.e. pool, workout center. Awesome!

Nice place to stay! The coffee machine in the lobby does regular or specialty coffee well. Room was nice! Bathtub was larger and pretty deep! Next to coffee shops, Walmart and food choices.

Dirty not change bed sheet the chair already worn out, toilet leak. First feel I am in homeless shelter. Will reconsider for this brand. I stay in best western all the time on my road trip before. Not any more.

Room was neat and clean. Mattresses could be changed. The room faced the roadway which was extremely noisy all night long. Didn't get much sleep. I asked the person at check in for a quiet room. They said this room would be quiet. I should have insisted on a room on the back side like I normally get at this location.
