Cracked tiles in bathroom. Poor replenishment of tea and milk. Cooked breakfast options poor. Great bed. Good pastries and jam and bread. Would prefer real coffee not machine. Friendly helpful staff.

Convenient location if you don’t mind traveling a bit to the main attractions of Paris, many different public transportation options literally right by the hotel. Walking distance to some great restaurants (you have to try Pizzeria Sonata!!!), fast food options, bodegas, pharmacies etc. Clean and fairly modern hotel, helpful staff, breakfast is decent. Good value. Would stay here again. Few downsides: not the nicest / safest area, loud construction noises right next door, room kinda small, no mini fridge in room and I found it fairly difficult to find some simple cold drinking water, even outside of the hotel

Unfortunately I didn’t stay they didn’t allow me and the front desk manager treated me horribly . Although I was there and booked for 2 consultative days

Very convenient location next to Metro and RER C. Confortable accomodation and good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

I think housekeeping staff needs more training on hospitality and gusts comfort.

The personal were nice and friendly. But I’ve notice big changes at this hotel. I’ve stayed here several times. We always pay for breakfast and unfortunately this time it disappointed us.

Cheap and simple hotel, close to public transport but nothing special unfortunately. Air conditioning in room 330 didn't work despite asking from concierge, outside traffic very LOUD even with window closed! Asked for late checkout from the concierge manager night before but he didn't tell room service who were upset at me and didn't speak English! Breakfast is simple but again nothing special, better off paying more money elsewhere for a nicer experience to be honest.

Very friendly welcome, helpful staff apart from slight miscommunication of breakfast times (told breakfast finished at 11am but that was only on weekends, which we were not told). Staff generally very responsive, friendly and supportive.

Clean. Complaint about noise handled promptlynand effectively by reception. Breakfast alright. Surrounded by good amenities subway metro turkish fastfood supermarket patisserie cafes . But around.20nto 30 min drive to Eiffel tower / champs Elysee so not a go for if you want to walk to the tourist attractions

The location of the hotel is ideal, because it is near to the centre and there are metro, rer c and bus stations in front of the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The menu breakfast is good in quality and quantity. The accommodation is value for the money!

Great hotel. The room was small in size but sufficient for a couple on a short trip. There is a metro station and bus stations outside the hotel and lots of food places in walking distance. Very friendly staff and the service was brilliant. Would definitely recommend.

The worst hotel i ever was, the room was so old and to cold. Everything was no go. Only thing good was guy who works in the front desk. If it was 0 i will give 0 to this hotel.

Overall nice hotel! Only there for a couple of nights. Right next to the metro and about 30 minute walk to The Arc de Triomphe. When arrived we got an free upgrade, however still unsure what the upgrade was as it was the same room I booked just with a free minibar. Would go again if I wish to stay in Paris for a couple of nights as it is just somewhere to sleep :)

Very far from city and all items but Metro takes you there. Trains do not run late in evening. Bedding was not changed for 4 days. Sink was broken and fixed but still did not work. When requested at 11 am it to be fixed it was not done when we came back at 11pm. Night manager had to come up with a bunch of tools to help to unclog the sink. Poor ventilation in room and bathroom. Cleaning staff did not clean well. Left tub with

clean and close to the metro station but the breakfast is the same everyday.

Timhotel is directly across from the Metro fwhuch is brilliant.

It is a nice hotel. If they can provide iron and refrigerator, that will be great.

The shower was really nice and the bed and pillows were quite comfortable. The metro station being just across the way was awesome!

Hotel is located in a decent area of the city within walking distance of train and restaurants.

The location is very accessible to bus and rail transport, near the tourist spots. All staff in the reception are very helpful, like in opening of our locked luggage and in persistently contacting our airport transfers.

Mixed feeling about this hotel, we checked in late at night after a long journey and the staff that checked us in were not overly helpful and didn’t really make us feel welcome at all. Parking was €35 a night which is not what we expected after paying for a room in the hotel. How ever the rooms were very clean, well set out if not small. The rooms are modern and perfect if you are not going to be in them all day and just use them as a base like we did. The hotel is literally 100 meters from the metro so great for getting in to the the centre and around Paris. Over all it was absolutely fine, just the staff and the parking charge that put us off.

My second stay at this hotel. Room was much better than before - this room had been upgraded to new corporate décor and was much improved compared to my previous (unimproved) room.

If only it was like the pictures! Hotel is more run down than picture showed - apparently the picture is of their new corporate look which is due to be implemented in September 2018, but this cannot come a moment too soon. Bathroom old fashioned, with severe warning about being charged €500 if you leave the shower curtain outside the bath and it results in water damage. The electricity in my room had a problem on the second night of my stay - this was apparently the same for all other rooms on my floor, but the reception asked me to unplug my tablet in case that was causing the issue (highly unlikely that recharging a tablet would cause a problem for the whole floor, I would suggest but,,,,,,,,) and left me sitting in the dark waiting for them to correct the problem for around 15 mins.. Nothing really terrible about the hotel but definitely not the best impression.
