I was very pleased with the fact that it was very quiet and clean.. I've been there before and must say the change was 💯 better!! Even though my requested room wasn't available at check in. The down grade wasn't a major issue.. Will come again..

I like that there’s a Winn-Dixie nearby. Also a hair store in a Family Dollar and I don’t have to walk too far to go to my favorite restaurant Pollo Tropical.

The website advertisement said there was coffee offered in the office and vending machines. There was neither. I was told to walk to the 7/11 across the street. There were no amenities in the room, other than soap for the shower. I felt it was false advertising. Very disappointing. There were many drunk people hanging around the property each night, so I did not feel safe. Drains in sinks in the room did not drain well, leaving lots of water in the sink when used.

Roaches were all over our wall. We weren't even there for 5 minutes before seeing them. Terrible job cleaning the rooms and terrible stay. Do not recommend

It is nice, it has a kitchen, a refrigerator, a microwave, the room is big, there is parking and a good restaurant in front of the hotel, a ten minute walk away is the USCIS immigration Oakland Park

Well, I settled into a room on the first floor that has a small kitchen, refrigerator, microwave and its respective bathroom, and everything you need. 50 steps away there is a Pollo Tropical restaurant and it is open until midnight. The location is very good. The rooms are clean and have a good aroma, but it needs a few minor maintenance details. It is located on the commercial street and is halfway between Highway 95 and Turpike.

Urine in the only elevator there . Room had bed bugs in mattress and got bitten on back . Bad area . Front desk give me the worst farthest room in the building, wich made it very difficult for me to carry all my bags with a dislocated shoulder.

I really do not know how to describe that place. I do not that is a hotel. There is no service at all. In almost a month stay, my room was cleaned once and towels were changed twice and I got over charged for no reason.

Liked the AC always very cool! Disliked roaches found in room staff not always available lining in room as well as in the hall There was a constant sent of marijuana in the hallways, and the elevator had a very rank odor where the elevator was. There was a lot of Halll traffic standing around in the halls corridors talking extremely loud. The loudness was not a serious problem,

it was quite unpleasant. There were roaches everywhere, an unpleasant smell, and despite reporting the issues, no action was taken. Additionally, the place was noisy and not suitable for families.”

Rates were good and cheap so that’s was the only good thing about it. When we first got there we were given someone else’s room key and almost walked in on someone because of that mistake 2nd problem we had was our key card not working we had to get another one but the Worker did good in helping with that . The room smelled a little bit like a strong odor a bad one there were flys in the room as well couldn’t really eat my food because of them the extra latch on the door was broken off as well like I said this hotel Is only good if your tryna be on the cheap side

The only thing worth mentioning was the toilet paper which was better quality than the 4-star hotel I stayed after this. Hotel premise was water logged 3-4 inches high. Area smelled of marijuana. Separate entry and exit doors to the property was just a joke which I realized later.

There was holes in walls and mold.

The staff and manager are just so friendly. We even celebrated the Stanley cup!??

Unprofessional, drug addicts everywhere.

Pulled in parking lot to both ends of the lot completely flooded. Could not access back of property unless you had high enough vehicle. After checking in and getting my key, I went to the assigned room and upon entering there was a man already in the room in the bed watching television. I had to go back downstairs and get another room and while in the office another customer came in with the same issue. The room was not that clean and the bathroom door did not close because the post to close and lock was missing. The cable was horrible the channels barely stayed clear.

The employees were very kind! Although the actual hotel was awful. There were baby cockroaches every where in the room, dirt on the floor, and the sheets were stained.

It’s not sanitary but if you need a place for a night it’ll due. Carry Lysol wipes for door handles and buy flip flops from the dollar store to shower with!

I needed a room for the night near the local airport for a business trip. I checked into my room and immediately saw roaches. Needless to say, I booked a room at a better hotel right down the street. In general, the property is run down and attracts a less than desirable crowd. The lady at the front desk said they’d be happy to refund my stay, but it would have to go through Hotels.com. I was tired from the trip, so waited until the next morning to contact Hotels.com. They “haven’t been able to reach the hotel” so I’m stuck footing the bill for two separate hotels for the same night.

The place is dirty to many people house talking , roaches in the home , when i checked in I have to wait 45 minutes before the room is ready

The room was dirty. Extremely noise due to music being played in other rooms all night, location next to a highway, and loud AC units. Constant drug use by other tenants in the stairwell and in front of apartments.
