It was a nice and the price was a good deal. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Overall a very comfortable experience.
The hotel is showing it's age, some upgrades like painting etc would be good.

This is my new favorite hotel! I will be coming here every time I visit myrtle going forward. The view from the room was amazing!! The rooms were clean and comfortable! Staff was super friendly and very helpful. 10/10 all around highly recommended!! ❤️

Really enjoyed the hotel and all its services! Loved having a Starbucks on site. Lazy river and access to the beach was also great!!

Proper Under renovation and a little difficult to navigate 1st floor unless you go through lobby and elevators only at lobby with signs about no wet clothes in lobby (at the beach?). Check in and out very easy.

The hotel was very pretty, it's beachfront and it offers many things to do. The hotel room was clean and the ac worked well. I enjoyed the fact we had a table to sit and eat breakfast at by the balcony. The pools were beautiful and clean, the arcade was fun. The waterpark was very well maintained and they had an on duty lifeguard. They also had 24 hour security which was a plus and made us feel safer after an issue happened while at the pool area, no fault of the hotel tho. They handled the situation nicely.

Every aspect of our stay, from check-in to check-out, all the awesome times had in between was amazing!!! Check-in was simple and the young lady working the front desk the night we checked in was super sweet and friendly, and so helpful. Clean and well maintained, laid-back and quiet and peaceful. Was the perfect vacation in every way thanks to our new favorite oceanfront resort!!! We'll definitely be back!!!

The first room didn't have no water they put me in a second room that was smaller than the first and the sink was constantly got stopped up and the TV went bad they didn't change it until the second day mid-day

This one is not a great place to stay. You get ocean front. booking through hotels.com put you in second floor not a great ocean view. Lot of roaches in the rooms. Awesome guest in the 3rd floor who started making lot of noise and moving tables chairs at 11.30 pm. Terrible.. couldn't sleep.

There was so much to do and I really enjoyed having everything in one spot, we didn’t have to leave to go anywhere. There was something for everyone. The only issue we had was there was no hot water our entire stay, we had to take cold showers all weekend and there was hardly any water pressure. Other than that, we had a great relaxing vacation and will probably be back here to spend more time at the lazy river and the other amenities.

The pool, ocean view and beach access were wonderful. The staff were nice and helpful. The only thing that was not pleasant was the smell of marijuana coming from below our room from the balcony.

Did not stay at the North Shore because power was out so i did not have my oceanfront view and the kithen was not clean and the property had roaches and i had to pay hotel taxes at the time of check in when i thought i paid it all with expedia

They send us to a motel and I pay for a hotel. And they didn’t even have us a discount for transferring us from a hotel to a motel. The hotel was dirty and unsafe. It was a terrible experience. I will never recommend this hotel in my life bad customer service and the staff were terrible.

Nedd updates rooms old carpets,walls dirty water no pressure,safe not working no housekeeping you taking your garbage out balkoni window can't lack .They charging resort fees and not shure for what no cleaning is done evrethyng old broken.

People was friendly and helpful. The electricity when out around 4am and wires was burning outside my windows. That evening they moved us to a new hotel. The cleck he was so helpful and apologetic

The propert lost power in the middle of the night. They did not contact anyone to explain or give an update on when it would be fixed. Checked out early and went to a Marriot.

Very clean, spacious rooms, front desk very helpful and always greeted us when we were coming and going, loved the water park for our grandchildren.The breakfast buffet at the restaurant was delicious, loved the pizza parlor and icecream, arcade and putt putt were a lot of fun, would highly recommend this resort and we will definitely stay here again

This was my 4 stay at this resort (probably my last). As always I love the atmosphere at the resort and the employees are polite and friend but my room was the issue. Example was the bathroom bath and shower area there was a foot long crack in the the ceiling above the shower head. We did get a oceanfront view room but the sliding door was so hard to open and off track that it was a pain to open it. The restaurant is no long there its located in the resort beside us and the convenience store that you have on the resort is now closed so you have to walk to the others resort convenience store. Times prior to this all those were there. I will be coming back down next year to the area but I'm sure I won't be stay at this location.

Very disappointing that they are as only to open pools and one open hot tub with many guests as you had very inconvenient for all those people to try to share one hot tub

Pools are old and dirty. Room was semi updated. No shower curtain. Air didn’t work properly. No toilet paper holder. Tv went in and out a lot. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Customer service is the BEST! The beds for the unit we stayed were hard as a rock and we didn’t get a good night’s sleep. Glad we only stayed for a night. That would have ruin our trip, not being able to get good sleep. The customer service makes up for that. I would stay again (1000x) and hope to get different rooms, with better bedding. Thank you Front Desk!
