I like Elevator access for parking lot, Coffee and food next to property. NO closet in room, I stay 4 day and house keeping never came for trash, and never check if we need anything, they only provide half roll o toiler paper.

I got bit by bugs. They left the room door wide open after cleaning. Luckily nothing was stolen. Room smelled wet. It is a good location tho.

Pros: 1 mile away from the beach. Mexican restaurant next door is legit. Room is budget friendly. Cons: Too many flies in the room. Carpet was damp. Bed is not comfortable. Room is not cleaned well.

We stay here for soccer when we don’t want to spend a fortune. It works for us! AC works good and beds are comfortable.

Stayed 2 nights, first look of parking and hotel was pretty sketchy. Hotel lobby looks nothing like the picture, there was plexiglass at check in, person checking us in was wearing gloves. Room was better than I expected. Other reviews mentioned mildew in shower, yes there was but you could see where they try to cover it up, there is no circulation, fan in bathroom didn't work so of course mildew will grow. I went to lobby to find out where the continental breakfast was since the pictures showed a nice area and I was told it would be in the lobby. When i went back, it was whole fruits, granola bars and cinnamin or danish packages. No juice, no coffee. I was told coffee is in room. Ramada please update your pictures or bring back what the pictures show, Covid is better taken care of now.

Great priced room just down the street from the beach. The place is always consistent with their quality.

Close to Oceanside Pier. Quiet. But a bit old inside. Some mold in the bathroom.

The fridge made a knocking noise, the place smelt like mildew. It is older. Overall it was fine but I would not pick to stay here again.

1st room ceiling and walls covered with nats and flies in the bathroom moved room and was clean.

I woke up to people screaming at each other in the hallway and then the Sheriff’s Department banging loudly on the door across the way. I was woken up several times to these loud noises and it was traumatizing. I reported it to the front desk in the morning and she gave me the manager’s number. The manager was very dismissive and condescending. She offered 3,000 points to compensate for the trouble. This is not appropriate compensation for paying over $400 a night. The room was also disappointing. The floor boards by the desk were popping up due to water damage and I tripped several times. The tv remote did not work unless you were sitting 2 feet from the tv and the bathroom sliding door did not remain closed. You had to hold it closed. This is not the quality level I expect from a Marriott Hotel. Please do better.

Property was close to beach and the Surf Cup soccer fields.

As soon as we walked in it smelled like mold. It was coming out the AC unit and pretty sure it was under the paint. Had to buy a DampRid from Target to help with the smell and humidity.

Upon check in we were notified that they would require an additional $200 deposit, even though the room has been paid in full, and that it would take 5-7 days to refund. The check in staff were not friendly. The room was decent but we did encounter trash behind the nightstand and bedframe when we saw a roach. When the vending machine on there properly ate our money they stated they could not help us.

I’ve stayed at many budget friendly hotels, especially this area and have generally had great experiences. This hotel was by far the worst I’ve ever stayed at and would never book again nor recommend to anyone. First room smelled like cigarette smoke but the owner insisted it was a cleaning product they use (it wasn’t). They upgraded us to a suite after 3 days which didn’t smell like smoke. Then 2 days later they claimed they over booked the room and forced us to switch rooms again. The third room also smelled like cigarette smoke. It was advertised that there is breakfast but there isn’t. They have snacks upon request for “breakfast” in the lobby that run out quickly. The cleaners did not make the beds when they cleaned the room each day.

Room was clean, but run down. Area around hotel wasn’t the best part of town. They also require a $200 cash deposit which I’ve never had to do at a hotel before so be aware of that!

I don't like how they ask for a deposit and charge your card. They should keep it on file in case the room is damaged.

People nice. But: Room smells of strong bleach You are treated like you are going to ruin the place. Super strict policy rules made overly clear Shampoo bolted to the bathroom 200.00 deposit per night required. Clearly they had or are having a struggle..

The hotel was neat and clean. My main complaint it that I stayed for seven nights and my bed was not made for 4 days within that time phrase. I thought it was a little strange to not make up the guests bed or maybe I'm old school.

Only complaint I have is the vending machine ate my $4.00 and no one in the office could reimburse me. Other than that I don’t have any complaints.

Wish I knew this hotel was undergoing renovations bc i would not have stayed there. The sticky paint and fumes had not even disappeared yet. Girl was fast asleep at front desk at 8pm when i went to get towels. Overall good stay with friendly greeting. Just chaotic and the picture was definitely better than the in person presentaion. I prefer rooms that you enter from inside for safety just FYI....these are outside entry rooms. I learned for next time im in San Diego!

Very nice place to stay

Room is clean and there is a fridge and Tv with satellite tv in the room. There is poor water pressure in the shower. Hotel is older and in need of some updates. It’s not bad for the money

Staff was very friendly but communication between shifts lacked re: a repair that was delayed and someone entering the room to clean when a late check out was approved but not communicated. Stay was good. Beds are hard. Clean and friendly. Very convenient location. Walking to downtown Oside.

Staff was very l helpful in getting portable crib for my infant. Listing said they provided breakfast but immediately upon booking received a messaged from the property saying the didn’t. I guess enough people complained about this because the front desk staff offered us snacks in the morning. The lack of breakfast wasn’t an issue for us and our schedule! Would stay again if in Oceanside.
