Very unsatisfied with this property. Requested housekeeping on my 3rd day of my stay with front desk.. Came be to room that night after working all day. No housekeeping was done, no replacement towels, sheets etc. I also book a room with a microwave/fridge. No microwave was in the room. Nor was one put in during my stay. Solution was to move me onto new room at 8:30 at night, after working all day and being exhausted. Very irritated with the lack of follow thru from this property and housekeeping staff.

We arrived for my daughter's move in date at ASU. This was our third year staying there. We get a room that had not even bn cleaned and the bathroom was so Nasty and tub all dirty. The hotel itself has really gone downhill from when we first stayed there. Don't know if new owners or what it is really old carpet smells nasty . Needless to say had to shower with my flipflops on. The breakfast was the same everyday. The girl working the front desk and the maintenance guy were real nice about everything. Immediately moved us to another room and ask me if that one was good . Before they went downstairs. The one good thing I can say is that. Will never stay there again.

The facility is in very poor condition, hallway carpets completely worn through, rust in the bathtub, ceiling vent was extremely loud in the bathroom and pulled away from the ceiling. Breakfast was very limited with powdered eggs, white or wheat economy bread for toast.

Maria who was the woman who checked us in was wonderful. Gave us great directions and answered all my questions. She even helped me with printing out my boarding pass.She really made my day and saved me time.

Having a balcony was a really nice option you don't see everywhere. The breakfast was better than average and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

I loved the layout of the room. We had our sleeping area, a separate area with a small couch and ottomans, closet, desk area. We even had a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker. We were so very pleased. Super quiet for a good night’s rest. Thank you!

The beds, and rooms are clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the property inside the building is extremely hot. Room was nice but the balcony screen was ripped and smelled like Cigarette smoke, ice is melted from ice machine, Pool closed at 8pm in AZ. No discount given for inconvenience. Disappointed no one cared. It was non refundable before seeing conditions. Overall it was quiet, and relaxing. The showers, and everything in my room was wonderful. I had the best sleep!! I felt like a million when I awoke the next day.

Place needs remodeling bad. Walls and door. Very hot walking to the room and smelling like weed every time. Nonsmoking don’t exist. Breakfast was bad. The lady that worked the breakfast was mean and rude. She turned the lights off while we and other families still eating. Don’t think I will stay there again. Nope!!

Okay place to sleep. The staff was nice, but we didn't need much, so it's hard to rate their service. Overall, the place is dingy and rundown. The pool is outside, uncovered, is disgustingly dirty, and in the summer is way too hot to swim in. Breakfast was well organized and had a decent selection, including waffles, eggs, sausage, and potatoes.

It was a very pleasant stay but there were some maintenance issues that needed to be attended to. The bathroom shower head needed some retouching and the bathroom door as well. It looked like they did the very minimal effort to fix the bathroom door and water faucet in the tub. The dining options were limited around the area. I did enjoy my time there just thought it was more convenient for me. The option to ride the bus was out due to construction and it did also confuse some Lyft drivers. Customer service was great and checking in was easy.

No AC in any of the common areas hallway, elevator the 3rd floor was miserable. The pool water was hotter than a hot tub. No shade. Location was good, breakfast looked well stocked but it for sure didn’t seem like a 3 star.

Smelled like cigarette smoke in the room and I'm allergic to cigarettes. The bathtub need resurfaced and the vanity is only cleaned on top. The bed was comfortable. The TV didn't work, I had to use my phone to watch movies. The deposit is also super expensive, more than the cost of the room.
