Excellent place to stay! Great location. The restaurants were really good.

I recently stayed at this resort while hosting company in Orlando, and my experience was extremely disappointing. I was given false information by a resort attendant, which caused me to delay extending my stay until later in the day. As a result, my room was locked—with my dog inside. When I went to the reservations desk to resolve the issue, the staff member I spoke to was incredibly rude and made inappropriate gestures. Hoping to find a resolution, I calmly approached a manager to explain that I was misled by an employee, which was the only reason for the delay in extending my stay. Instead of addressing the issue, the manager involved security and threatened to trespass me if I didn’t leave the property. At no point did I behave inappropriately or escalate the situation. The only issue was that they didn’t want to admit their mistake. I was completely inconvenienced and treated unprofessionally for simply bringing this to their attention. The customer service here is appalling, and the management appears to lack the basic skills needed to handle situations appropriately. I cannot recommend this resort to anyone.

We loved our stay and looking forward to visit again.

There is no room service at all unless you stay for 2 weeks or more. Wifi connection was poor. Nice water park on the premises.

My unit 5216 had lots of ants wasnt able to enjoy the unit and the washer wasnt working properly unit wasnt cleaned very well

Pools great, room was great except for porch being dirty, staff was great except for a security officer, he was snooty. We had an incident where my wife was coming out to the porch and slid on the sandy floor. She fell and bruised her right knee. The security officer made a report. During the report he made the remark " that it's Florida ". He was rude and my wife said not to come back. When we went to check out I showed them the pictures of the porch and asked if they could give me a discount. They did give us a discount but I don't feel it was enough.

Property I stayed in had a leak from a bad refrigerator/freezer. Caused my food to spoil. Despite me notifying a customer service representative. The gentleman that was sent to evaluate the refrigerator. Kept saying just keep it closed and his language barrier. Prevented us from having proper dialogue. It took me to complain several times. Before they sent someone out to taken a written statement and to evaluate the situation. I should have been offered another unit immediately.
